非常に快適な部屋と素敵な設備。スタッフは一般的に暖かくフレンドリーで、特にドアマン、ウェイトスタッフ、コンシェルジュ、清掃サービスでした。フロントデスクと勤務マネージャーは役に立たず、問題や苦情に対処するためのよく訓練されていないようです。食べ物のオプション(アースカフェ、スターバックス、ワガママ、シェイクシャックなど)のためにアルファイサリアモールに簡単に屋内アクセスできる便利なロケーション。3つ星のレビューの理由: -多くの技術的問題 - 午後11時に部屋を変えることを強制する人もいます。 AirPlayが機能しませんでした。エレベーターを使用するか、部屋にアクセスするために毎日キーカードをリセットする必要があります。クレジットカードの謎の料金と紛失したギフトカード/クレジットフロントデスクでは説明できませんでした(幸いなことに、私のオフィスはそれを整理しました)。 -チェックアウト後に洗濯物からいくつかの失われたシャツを発見したクーデター。他のプロパティで経験したMO基準に達していません。戻るかお勧めするかどうかはわかりません。

Nice Hotel. As soon you enter, the smell is good. Very nice lobby. Nice restaurant on site, lobby cafe is also very good. Comfortable beds, nice room. Location is great. The staff is very friendly . Cigar lounge on site. Nice gym. Here for 6 nights on a business trip and hotel is perfect. Reasonable price.

空港から車で45分から1時間、道路の向かいにはキングダムタワースカイブリッジがあり、徒歩10分以内に大きなデパートがあり、安いスーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利です。 マットレスはとても快適で、枕は大きすぎて慣れていません。時間があれば、お気に入りのスタイルを変更するためにフロントデスクを見つけることができます。私たちは急いで行き来し、辛抱強くそれを見つけることができませんでした。 朝食は豊富ですが、中国、日本、韓国の味とは異なり、写真を撮るのに適しています。 プールやスパなどの施設も体験しませんでした。

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel..the room is so clean.All the staff are well trained and so nice..Special mention to Ryan who served our food..He is the best waiter,very professional and so kind..Kudos

The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

Car park is a nightmare especially if you have a big car ”TRUCK” everything else is good

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

The reception employee, Mr. Faisal was very professional and super friendly and made us feel like home. The bell desk clerk was also very active and polite. The hotel seemed to have been renovated with big rooms and modern furniture along with a very well equipped bathroom. There is also a 24 hour room service but we did not use it as we were there for one night and we checked in way past midnight after having dinner outside. The main issues we had were the TV remote control that did not work and the walls being too thin as we were able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway and passing by our door.
