ホテルのロビー、フロントデスク、防音設備はすべて非常に良く、サービス態度は期待以上でした。近くにスナックが多く騒音はありますが、ホテル内の快適さには影響ありません。地下鉄の駅からもそれほど遠くありません。

This is a nice hotel. When I first arrived this hotel, the front line staff, Mr. Boy, he gave me a very good impression , nice, friendly n helpful with good assisting, he explained to me very clearly and introduce the way to old market, also arrange my late check out service.Besides, I like this hote since it hive me al comfortable assessors, such as nice breakfast services as well as the open areas with many books and drinks provided without charge, also, the double provides room to me is good for fat and tall couple . Thanks uou very much for all of you.

Great hotel, The metro is very close just 5 min walk and you can take line 2 which go directly to electronics market (15 stations). Taxi will cost less than $9. The hotel located in an area with many small shops and restaurants. It was safe to walk at anytime. The staff are the best I met in China every single one was so nice and helpful . Front desk receptionists always great you with smiles and always offer their help. Other staff were all nice and helpful. Room was adequate for my purpose and bathroom was clean and hot water was good pressure. In all if I go to Shenzhen again I will stay in the same hotel.
