「Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.」

「One of the best resorts i have stayed in. Everything is positive here. First, the facility is amazing with superb valley view. Food is awesome, no words to describe the taste. Service was excellent. This resort was opened b4 28 years it seems. I am wondering how i missed such a wonderful resort all these years. Frankly speaking no negative points. 1 point which is not negative but to note. It is 1 or 2 kms away from city center. If you go by car no need to care about this.」

「A decent hotel nearby ooty lake. We stayed at triple deluxe, the third bed was sofa cum bed, although not so comfortable, easily 3 adults can stay with that in place. Restrooms were clean. No food available.」
