The hotel is located in the heart of the town. It took us some time to find the entrance to the hotel because of reconstruction process that is going on near the hotel. Parking area being very small was fully occupied, therefore we had to search for public parking area. The room was a little bit dark and one mirror element (part of wall decoration) was broken. Cleanness in the room and in the hallway leave much to be desired. Breakfast was very good: well organised, good service with good variety of food.
The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.
DDouglass2001_s.sWas a comfortable and well outfitted apartment. Has excellent laundry machines, and supplied detergent. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Nice and warm in the winter.
ゲゲストThe hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.
PPatrykHotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Good pool & sauna area. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia.
ゲゲストIt is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better.
Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.
CCarmelaHotel veramente ottimo! Pulizia, gentilezza, attenzione verso il cliente, colazione molto buona. Quando programmo un viaggio a Sofia non ho dubbi sulla scelta. Complimenti Les Fleurs!
JJFOThis hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious.
The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated.
Reception is very friendly and helpful.
Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
