Excellent Stay at Yun Man Ju Hotel Kunming Old Street I had a wonderful stay at Yun Man Ju Hotel. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to Kunming Old Street and Nanping Pedestrian Street, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, making the stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and willing to assist with any questions. Their excellent service made me feel at home. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming.

本当に良い滞在でした。ロケーションが最高で、駅がすぐ裏なのでどこへ行くにも便利です。この価格でこのクオリティは本当にお得です！各部屋に全身鏡があり、写真撮影にもぴったり。ホテルの内装がおしゃれで、映える写真がたくさん撮れます。スタッフの返信は秒速で、フロントのスタッフの方々もとても親切でした。本当にありがとうございました。非常に満足のいく滞在で、このホテルに泊まれてとても嬉しいです。景色も良く、ツインタワーが見えます。

アメニティについては、家族5人で宿泊できる場所さえあれば十分だったので、中立的な評価として3/5としました。 さて、まず何から始めましょうか？空港からDidiやタクシーで直接到着する場合は、ホテルの入り口まで歩いて行くことをお勧めします。地下駐車場で降ろされた場合は、運転手がホテルのエレベーターにつながる場所を見つけるのに苦労するかもしれません（迷路のようで、たどり着いても少し怪しい感じがしますが、大丈夫です）。 次に、立地について。立地は最高です！ホテルのすぐ隣には、夜遅くまで営業しているレストランが山ほどある大型ショッピングモールがあります。本当に便利です。歩くのが苦にならないなら、南へ15分ほど歩けば別のショッピングモールもあります。楽しめる場所がたくさんあります。 ロビーと受付のスタッフは親切で温かく迎えてくれました。頼めばいつでも水を持ってきてくれ、できる限りの手助けをしてくれました。入口で無料のお茶をいただけたのは嬉しかったです（全部は飲みきれませんでしたが）。 さて、部屋についてですが、私たちは3ベッドルームの一番広い部屋を選びました。値段は？信じられないほど安かったです。ほとんど聞いたことがないくらい。予約した時点で50～70カナダドルでした。本当に驚きました。 しかし、完璧なホテルなんてありません。いくつか改善すべき点があったと言わざるを得ません。 トイレエリアに何とも言えない匂いがしました。どんな匂いか特定できませんでしたが、換気扇を回しっぱなしにして、匂いを消さなければなりませんでした。ちなみに、換気扇は効果がありました。 リビングルームは広々としているのに、2～3人掛けのソファと小さな椅子1脚とテーブルしかないのはどういうことでしょうか。せっかくのスペースがもったいないです。この広さなら、ゆったりくつろげる大きな家具を置くべきでしょう。殺風景な印象を受けました。 窓について：簡単に言うと、防音窓が設置されているにもかかわらず、ウェザーストリップとラッチが隙間を効果的に塞いでいないため、夜間の冷気が入り込んできます。幸いなことに、空調システムは正常に作動し、カーテンは比較的厚手で自動調整式なので、快適に過ごせました。 ベッドは非常に清潔で、床も比較的きれいでした。 しかし、もしまたこのホテルに泊まる機会があれば、一つ考えなければならない点があります。私は喫煙者ではないので、宿泊前に部屋の消臭処理をお願いしました。部屋自体はタバコの臭いが全くなく、それは素晴らしいことでしたが、どうしても解決できない問題があります。夜、横になって寝ていると、タバコの臭いが空気ダクトを通して漂ってくるのです。毎晩、同じことが繰り返されました。息子も義理の両親も何も言いませんでしたが、妻と私は確かに匂いを感じました。 隣でタバコを吸っているような強烈な匂いではなく、部屋の空気に漂う、誰かがタバコを吸った痕跡のような匂いです。いつ吸ったのかは分かりませんが。 それ以外は、ベッド、枕、掛け布団はどれも清潔で快適でした。 正直なところ、家族は部屋自体には満足していました。利便性と価格は本当に申し分なく、信じられないほどお手頃です。昆明にまた来ることがあれば、ここに泊まることを検討してみます。様子を見てみます。

禁煙ルームを与えなかったので空気が良くなかったのですが、素敵な体調の部屋でとても満足していました。同じ建物内のウィーンホテルの入り口右側の非常に小さな入り口でチェックインし、再びウィーンホテルのエレベーターを利用して部屋に行くことができます。おすすめです！

雲南に乗り換えで来るたびに、宣威に戻る前に数日間「驼峰」に滞在します。近くにはたくさんのショッピングモールや飲食店、レジャースポットがあります。特に気に入っているのは、客室の広々とした木製のバルコニーです。バルコニーの手すりの外には名前の分からない木々が並んでいて、葉っぱはイチョウに似ていて、今は黒いベリーがびっしり生い茂っています。ここで風に吹かれながら温かいもち米のお茶を飲むと、この上なくリラックスできて気持ちいいです！仕事の疲れもほとんど吹き飛びます。部屋の寝具や収納棚はとても素晴らしく、バーカウンターでサッカーの試合を2試合観戦しました。フロントの女性スタッフはとても可憐で、親切に接してくれて、プロフェッショナルで細やかな対応でした。

great value for money for short transit. The owners are all kind and you even got a free station pick up and drop off service.

Good if you want to spend a night near the railway station. About 40mins away from the city center by subway. Otherwise, the rooms are good, comfortable and very spacious, even though the entrance, and corridor don't look too good. It's in the tenth floor, in case you dont know chinese

This is the hotel we stayed at after arriving in Kunming on the first day. Although we arrived at the hotel quite late, around 2 a.m., the receptionist on duty still welcomed us with a smile. Even though the room was rather small, overall it was still okay. The bathroom, which does not have a glass door, was sufficient. The hotel’s location is strategic for getting to Kunming city, although it is slightly tucked away as it is located in a small alley.But just walking 2 minute to go around nanping street.

Despite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

ホテル自体は悪くないのですが、見つけるのが難しく、地図上では全く違う場所を示しています。部屋は清潔でしたが、バスルームに少しカビがありました。部屋はかなり広くて居心地が良いですが、冬はエアコン付きの部屋を選んだ方が良いでしょう。部屋はとても寒かったですが、毛布のおかげで何とかなりました。一番ひどかったのはバスルームです。とても寒くて、タオルが乾きませんでした。水道管から水が流れる音がかなり大きいので、近隣住民に迷惑をかけないよう、夕方に洗うのが良いでしょう。スタッフはとても親切です！全体的に良い印象です。ホテルが市内の観光スポットに近いのも良かったです。また利用したいと思います😁
