とても素晴らしい
KKatie_catsThis is a unique hotel that offers healing therapy classes that comes along with the accommodation package. I’ve attended the sound bath therapy class at 1pm and felt somewhat relax after the session. Throughout the day, we had a lot of rest in our room and can hear singing bowl music from outside in the late evening til night.
For maximum relaxation, I booked a room that provides aroma diffuser and essential oil to promote good sleep. Room has Xiao Du AI to help with curtains opening/closing, weather forecast, news, alarm setting and music playing! Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy watching shows on projector screen as the projector seems to be faulty. We initially thought its just dead battery in remote control but after changing to new battery provided by the hotel staff, the ceiling projector still fails to turn on. We gave up troubling the staff and rest instead since our flight is late midnight.
Breakfast is wide spread and offers both western and local food option. I like their porridge and it’s a good change from having daily Mi Xian from other hotels. They also offer special jujube type of fruits that I’ve never tasted before.
In addition, they also offer afternoon tea buffet starting from 2pm which you can help yourself if you are still staying in the hotel during the afternoon.
The only alarming thing is, we left the hotel with “Do not disturb” red light on + hang “do not disturb” tag on the door, but was shocked to see our room was tidied when we came back in the evening. China hotels do not seem to have safety box option as basic amenities, so we prefer not to get our room tidied but thankfully nothing valuable was lost. We didn’t tell the hotel since nothing was lost and our stay was short anyways.
Overall, the staff service attitude is friendly and good but I hope they can respect customer’s privacy. If customer do not wish the room to be cleaned, please do not enter the room.

優れた衛生状態
ホテルの清潔さは申し分なく、客室には埃や汚れは一切見られませんでした。ベッドリネンと寝具は一つずつ交換され、バスルームも水染みなどの問題もなく非常に清潔に保たれていました。ホテルの衛生管理には非常に安心感を覚えました。
朝食とアフタヌーンティー
ホテルの朝食ビュッフェでは、温かいお粥から新鮮なフルーツ、様々なパンやケーキまで、あらゆるものが揃っています。さらに、アフタヌーンティーの品揃えも豊富で、ゲストの選択肢が広がります。
深夜のおやつと特別な手配
ホテルが用意してくれた深夜のおやつは、妻の体調が優れなかったこともあり、大変美味しくいただきました。さらに、ホテルは深夜のおやつをお部屋まで届ける特別なサービスも手配してくれました。このような細やかな心遣いは心温まります。
無料サービス
嬉しいサプライズでした。チェックアウト時に、貴重な塩漬けキノコの瓶詰めをお土産として用意してくれました。このちょっとした贈り物は、ホテルの心遣いを体現しているだけでなく、滞在をさらに楽しくしてくれます。
総合評価
パップマンでの滞在は、全体的に完璧でした。衛生状態、サービスの質、食事の選択肢など、どれをとっても満足のいくものでした。清潔で快適な滞在をお探しの方には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

- the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery.
Cons:
- room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open.
- Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map.
- we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception.
Overall a good experience.

MMei YingThis hotel has a striking red and black theme, which I really like. The staff are extremely friendly, and the service is excellent—they even added me on WeChat for easier and more convenient communication. Another great advantage is its close proximity to Green Lake. I highly recommend staying here!

ゲゲストWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

ゲゲスト正直、江掖大酒店はフロントのサービススタッフから客室の清掃スタッフまで、皆が熱意に満ちていて、ゲストに誠実に対応してくれます。今回はロフトの部屋に宿泊しました。装飾はシンプルでエレガントで、向かいには大関公園があり、疲れたときに公園を散歩するのに最適です。温泉で泳ぎます。着替えが必要な場合は無料のランドリー施設もあります。昆明への休暇旅行にとても満足しています。改善点は、フロントデスクやレストランで平気で喫煙している喫煙者がまだいることです。ホテルはそれを厳しく非難し、禁止してほしいです🚫。毎日のケアと家族をくつろがせてくれたウー・ジェンピンさんに特に感謝します。次回休暇で昆明に来るときも、やはりここを選びます😀

AAnneFlores部屋はかなりまともで大きいです。私が得た部屋は改装中の部屋の隣にあるので、少し騒音がありますが、日中だけです。美しい景色、大きな部屋、大きなベッドを除けば、私にとって最高のことはスマートトイレです(私は特に滞在のためにビデのある場所をチェックし、この場所はハイテクのものになりました)。ホテルと冷水も素晴らしいです。トイレ、シンク、シャワーが別に配置されていることを感謝します。
スタッフは皆親切で親切です。 DiDi アカウントに問題があり、予定されているツアーのために 1 つを予約する必要があります。勤務中のスタッフは喜んで支払いを予約するのを手伝ってくれて、後で支払いを済ませることができると言いました。また、私をDiDiに護衛し、運転手に私が言語を話せないことを知らせ、安全に場所に連れて行ってくれました。他のスタッフも私のWeChatを手伝ってくれました。これは、中国に滞在する間、大いに役立ちました。
私が言える唯一の欠点は(場所に具体的であれば)昆明老街のような通常の観光スポットにそれほど近くないが、南駅(昆明南)に近いことです。これは、近くのモールや路地を実際に楽しんだので、私にとって大きな詐欺ではありません。これもここで良いものの 1 つです。モールの上にあり、その向かいにはショッピング (服、食べ物、レストラン) に行く場所もあります。隣のモールにも大きなスーパーマーケット/デパートがあります。夜も賑やかになります。
全体的に、個人的には、これは昆明に滞在するのに最適な場所だと思います。

ゲゲスト最初は適当なホテルを予約して、一泊だけ飛行機で出かけるつもりでしたが、到着して本当に驚きました。ロビーは広々としていて、美しく装飾され、天井も高く、まるで格安ホテルとは思えないほどでした。
サービス：受付の方はとても親切で、部屋をアップグレードしてくれて本当に助かりました。ホテルは無料の空港シャトルサービスを提供しており、6人家族でタクシーに乗ってばらばらに移動する必要がなく、とても便利でした。
設備：ホテルは少し古く、使用感はありましたが、それでもとても清潔で、部屋も広々としていました。アップグレードされた部屋は特に清潔で広々としていました。
環境：ホテルでは朝食の選択肢が豊富で、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ジャムも用意されていました。

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

2.外出はカモメの水たまりなので、カモメに餌をやるのが便利です。
次に欠点があります:
1.私たちが泊まった部屋は地下室にあり、比較的蒸し暑い天窓があり、経験を反映しています。
2.天窓の上にはエアコンのホストがあり、とても騒がしく、ホストの轟音が一晩中鳴っています。
3.部屋には機械麻がありますが、椅子はありません。ルームサービスを呼んで持ってきました。
4.春節の間、ホテルのウェイターの数が足りず、ルームサービスと食事が長い間待っていたためかもしれません。朝食をとっているとき、叔母はあなたが食べた後に皿を戻すのを手間がかかると言い続けました。私は一人でした。それから、顧客の順序ははっきりしていません、明らかに私たちの朝食は後ろの顧客に与えられました。
5.浴室很小,而且洗洗台溅水严重,基本上用水就会把身上打湿。
以上が私の気持ちなので、インターネットで言われているスターホテルのサービスはあまり良くありません。子供と一緒に旅行する場合は、ホテルを予約することをお勧めします。
