One of the most amazing stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond, they went above and beyond to help me with all requests. All staff were so kind and the boss is also a great man! Highly highly recommend experiencing a stay here, the hot spring is also 100% natural water and makes your skin feel amazing.

Quiet peaceful location. Gentle breeze from the lake gives you a fresh feeling. Away from the noise of downtown but close enough for a short taxi ride to 云南映象 or 万象城。 Although self serve wash/dry machines are available, I would have preferred a hotel laundry service.

昆明南駅のヒルトンホテルに再宿泊しましたが、今回もいつも通り素晴らしい体験でした。文句なしの5つ星評価に値するホテルです。ホテルの性質上仕方ないですが、ジムのマシンは少しシンプルで、旗艦店と比べることはできません。しかし、それ以外はまるで自宅にいるように快適で、朝食も美味しく、部屋もピカピカでした。これらは全て率直な感想です。 旬のイチゴ🍓最高！ ユニークなスリッパ、👍！ オープンクローゼット、一目瞭然で使いやすい👍！

The hotel provides a good breakfast spread though non-pork noodle options would be welcomed. The laundry room is well equipped, and there is also the service for it to be sent back to the room if done. Housekeeping was good - rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk was polite and helpful. 10min walk to Cuihu Lake, which is a beautiful park. Location is pretty central to malls and Kunming Old Street too.

房間功能性很強，有户外小庭院，私湯，裏面有汗蒸房，按摩床，棋牌室…早餐也非常有特色，品種很多，甚至一大早有煎牛排和大蝦。往吃早餐的路上也有很多特色的户外泡池，無邊泡池，在山頂，看出去的景色也很好，能看到滇池和遊樂園，博物館（貌似目前裏面還沒完善）。酒店裡很大，可以自駕到自己住的房間外面，也可以接駁車接送。感覺温泉水很不錯，下回有機會還會再去。

まず利点についてお話しします。 1.ホームステイは別荘エリアにあり、別荘エリア全体に人が住んでおらず、環境は比較的静かです。 2.外出はカモメの水たまりなので、カモメに餌をやるのが便利です。 次に欠点があります: 1.私たちが泊まった部屋は地下室にあり、比較的蒸し暑い天窓があり、経験を反映しています。 2.天窓の上にはエアコンのホストがあり、とても騒がしく、ホストの轟音が一晩中鳴っています。 3.部屋には機械麻がありますが、椅子はありません。ルームサービスを呼んで持ってきました。 4.春節の間、ホテルのウェイターの数が足りず、ルームサービスと食事が長い間待っていたためかもしれません。朝食をとっているとき、叔母はあなたが食べた後に皿を戻すのを手間がかかると言い続けました。私は一人でした。それから、顧客の順序ははっきりしていません、明らかに私たちの朝食は後ろの顧客に与えられました。 5.浴室很小,而且洗洗台溅水严重,基本上用水就会把身上打湿。 以上が私の気持ちなので、インターネットで言われているスターホテルのサービスはあまり良くありません。子供と一緒に旅行する場合は、ホテルを予約することをお勧めします。

The room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate. The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China. The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night. Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

The location of Ruibo was so convenient to get to our early morning train at Kunmingnan Station in under 10 minutes. It is also situated right across from a lovely suburban lake with a beautiful path around it. Our family so enjoyed walking around this lake in the afternoon. The air was fresh, there were not so many people that you might encounter in Downtown Kunming, and my daughter found so many dandelions to blow! There are also many lovely and fairly priced restaurants down below the hotel to choose from offering a variety of Yunnan fare. Check in was flawless, and the check in agent was so kind and calm in the lobby. Now let's get to the room!!!! It had a stunning view of the lake, the train stAtion, trains and surrounding mountains. Everything in this brand new room is so well designed. There many nooks and crannies with well situated seats and cupboards. Space is so well thought out. My daughter's favourite seat was the couch incorporated into the windowsill. She could sit there and draw while looking out the window. The loft was awesome for our larger group of 4 people. The upstairs loft has its own bathroom and shower and sink!!! This was so appreciated after weeks of waiting our turns for the single toilet and shower that we found with other loft hotels! Best of all...both bathrooms had smart toilets!!! This was the first of 6 rooms we have stayed in around Yunnan to feature smart toilets. The price of this room was such value for the amenities and facilities we got! I would definitely stay here again, especially if arriving or departing on the southern trains!

Good choice of hotel for an overnight stay while in transit to the airport. Free, personalised shuttle service - good mattresses. Good value for money close to the airport.
