ゲゲストThis hotel is definitely a very unique hotel, seemingly modeled off the Aman luxury chain, that is catered for the domestic Chinese market in several ways. For one, it offer several ”instagrammable” or ”daka” spots that look very nice for pictures, especially the iconic rooftop. Another is that they offer a ton of gifts and free food included in the price (which definitely improves its value), including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evenning snacks. Service is also great. However I have two comments, which is, its kind of a bit far away from the busy areas/malls in town and tourist spots, and also that they dont have certain facilities you may expect in a four or five star hotel like a swimming pool /spa etc. It is also kind of hard to find if you try to get there via subway as its located on top of an outdoor mall. But I appreicate that they are trying to offer a different jkind of experience at a price that is not breaking the bank.

ゲゲストWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it was a short one night stay since we were going to Lijiang the second day but honestly I feel bad leaving. The breakfast was quite delicious, service was wonderful and everyone was so helpful, friendly and smiling
They also have daily meditation sessions, we joined one at night and felt so good that we came again in the morning. We were severely jet lagged so it helped so much.
The hotel aesthetics and the rooms is really beautiful, shower was extra nice and comfy. They even have an oil diffuser which we really enjoyed turning on at night. Attention and care feels in every little detail!

ゲゲスト家族で3部屋予約しました。部屋の質の高さと清潔さにみんな驚きました。フロントの女性はとても親切です。到着時に花のクッキーをくれ、遅くに淹れたてのコーヒーと紅茶を用意してくれました。私たちはWeChat Payアカウントを持たずに米国から来たので、アプリを使って食べ物を注文したりタクシーを予約したりしてくれました。このホテルは小さく、到着時に正確な場所を見つけるのに少し苦労しましたが、これまで泊まったホテルの中で一番良かったです。ホテルから受けたすべてのサービスは、まるで家族と一緒に泊まったような気分にさせてくれました。次に斗南花市場に行くときは、間違いなくまたここに泊まります。間違いなく5つ星ホテルだと思います。

Our stay at Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming was truly memorable. All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, while the housekeeping team was warm and thoughtful. They went the extra mile to decorate our room for my husband's birthday and even sent us a beautiful and delicious birthday cake — a gesture that made our stay feel extra special.
The Lake View King Room (45m²) was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake — peaceful and perfect for unwinding.
When we mentioned that our centrally controlled air-conditioning felt a bit warm, 军军 和 Amy immediately offered us an additional room for free, complete with an individual aircon controller so we could adjust the temperature ourselves. This level of care and flexibility was truly impressive.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, including KFC, and there’s a 7-Eleven just nearby for added convenience. The lobby is also grand and tastefully decorated, giving a luxurious first impression.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming — it offers both comfort and heartfelt hospitality.

AAnneFloresThe room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate.
The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China.
The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night.
Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

LLuJiaye Hotel は隠れた名所です。静かで良い立地で、主要な観光スポットにも十分近く、ほとんどが徒歩圏内、またはタクシーで 20 元以内です。パーソナル バトラー システムは素晴らしく、常に誰かが対応してくれます。2 泊予約し、バルコニー付きの部屋にアップグレードしてもらいました。皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、何でも快く対応してくれました。本当に第二の我が家のように感じます。到着した最初の夜、洗濯をしなければなりませんでしたが、夕食は無料で、大きな洋服ラックが部屋に届けられました。5 つ星以上の価値があります。朝食の種類も豊富です。昆明での滞在は快適でした。

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

ゲゲスト這是我真實的感受：我從美國專程到昆明旅遊，夫人偏愛清靜，所以從攜程選擇了這間酒店住三天作為休整，車剛進大門巳被保安指往左轉，一直往前走也不見什麼酒店影子，夫人急了，是不是找錯了地方，下車到處詢問後得知往相反方向走，走到盡頭是一欄桿閘口，什麼人也沒有，道路左邊好像有一間小屋什麼的，進去看一下里麪也很安靜，怎麼辦？半小時過去了還是原地打轉，失望了，走吧，正當往回走的時候，從小屋裡走出來一個小姐姐問我是不是今天訂了房，我急忙報上姓名，因我是用英文名訂的房，她應該不懂，我馬上遞上護照讓她登記，她説收一千塊按金，我給她信用卡，刷了幾次再換上另外幾張卡也不行，到最後衹能從手機付款。辦完手續後一小哥開車帶我們去房間，從踏進房間那一刻起，我驚呆了，房間出奇的乾淨整潔，明亮，佈局合理，室內擺設考究，細緻，後花園還有一個大温泉池，並植有花卉，樹木，和一架盪千秋，美不勝收，最趣致就是那間水池邊上的亭子了，從花園看到了滇池，但美中不足的是草地上有許多煙頭。一頓下來巳是下午4點了，小哥帶我倆去餐廳，一路行石級上山頂，旁邊是桃花盛開的桃樹和那些很別緻的蘑菇燈，小橋流水，竹林和那些不知名但花開得燦爛，紅彤彤的樹。餐廳巳關門，但特意為我倆提供餐飲，服務員很熱情友好，還專門為我倆準備了湯圓。特別一提的是廚房師傅炒菜很好味，看得出來是用心去做菜品。早餐也算得上豐富多彩。三天下來，給我有賓至如歸的感覺，酒店美，員工更美。我會再來，不是住三天，而是住一個月起步！（能否蓋一間餐廳不用行上山頂，在平地，方便像我一樣的老年人）

サービス：受付の方はとても親切で、部屋をアップグレードしてくれて本当に助かりました。ホテルは無料の空港シャトルサービスを提供しており、6人家族でタクシーに乗ってばらばらに移動する必要がなく、とても便利でした。
設備：ホテルは少し古く、使用感はありましたが、それでもとても清潔で、部屋も広々としていました。アップグレードされた部屋は特に清潔で広々としていました。
環境：ホテルでは朝食の選択肢が豊富で、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ジャムも用意されていました。

1.ホームステイは別荘エリアにあり、別荘エリア全体に人が住んでおらず、環境は比較的静かです。
2.外出はカモメの水たまりなので、カモメに餌をやるのが便利です。
次に欠点があります:
1.私たちが泊まった部屋は地下室にあり、比較的蒸し暑い天窓があり、経験を反映しています。
2.天窓の上にはエアコンのホストがあり、とても騒がしく、ホストの轟音が一晩中鳴っています。
3.部屋には機械麻がありますが、椅子はありません。ルームサービスを呼んで持ってきました。
4.春節の間、ホテルのウェイターの数が足りず、ルームサービスと食事が長い間待っていたためかもしれません。朝食をとっているとき、叔母はあなたが食べた後に皿を戻すのを手間がかかると言い続けました。私は一人でした。それから、顧客の順序ははっきりしていません、明らかに私たちの朝食は後ろの顧客に与えられました。
5.浴室很小,而且洗洗台溅水严重,基本上用水就会把身上打湿。
