CCarolynnnExceeded our expectations, the details in every corner of the room - especially at the toiletries area, very good service and clean, used almost all branded brands like hansgrohe, Toto, dyson could be found :)downside is only that it’s far from the city which cab takes about 30-40mins ! Lastly, they served all 3 meals (even supper) inclusive in the room charges!

CCynthiaChen16Bmost enjoyable stay in Kunming near the flower market on the 28th floor in a brand new setup. Striking hyper-modern and tasteful design with comfy King bed in front of the biggest TV screen ever in a hotel room, automated curtains,lights and everything. what impresses most however is the quality and friendliness of the customer service. nothing is too much to ask and you will be welcomed every time with nice tea service and flower cakes. Highly recommended.

KKatie_catsThis is a unique hotel that offers healing therapy classes that comes along with the accommodation package. I’ve attended the sound bath therapy class at 1pm and felt somewhat relax after the session. Throughout the day, we had a lot of rest in our room and can hear singing bowl music from outside in the late evening til night.
For maximum relaxation, I booked a room that provides aroma diffuser and essential oil to promote good sleep. Room has Xiao Du AI to help with curtains opening/closing, weather forecast, news, alarm setting and music playing! Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy watching shows on projector screen as the projector seems to be faulty. We initially thought its just dead battery in remote control but after changing to new battery provided by the hotel staff, the ceiling projector still fails to turn on. We gave up troubling the staff and rest instead since our flight is late midnight.
Breakfast is wide spread and offers both western and local food option. I like their porridge and it’s a good change from having daily Mi Xian from other hotels. They also offer special jujube type of fruits that I’ve never tasted before.
In addition, they also offer afternoon tea buffet starting from 2pm which you can help yourself if you are still staying in the hotel during the afternoon.
The only alarming thing is, we left the hotel with “Do not disturb” red light on + hang “do not disturb” tag on the door, but was shocked to see our room was tidied when we came back in the evening. China hotels do not seem to have safety box option as basic amenities, so we prefer not to get our room tidied but thankfully nothing valuable was lost. We didn’t tell the hotel since nothing was lost and our stay was short anyways.
Overall, the staff service attitude is friendly and good but I hope they can respect customer’s privacy. If customer do not wish the room to be cleaned, please do not enter the room.

MM229175****酒店住起來很令人驚喜，所以第二天直接續房，每天兩次免費換洗消毒私湯池水，公共區域的池水有 72個，貌似也是每天換水消毒的。每個房型一個獨棟私密性很好，都帶私湯，獨立汗蒸房，可以公共温泉也可以私湯，現在是淡季，客人不多，體驗感很好。早餐在山頂，估計入住客人不多，菜品不多，但是中餐這塊味道不得不誇，且兩天早餐不重樣，説明用了心思的。預訂的套房户外風景絕佳，能觀滇，看落日，離歡樂世界就一個十字路口。十字路口還有一個小美食街，餐飲不多，但裏面昭通燒烤味道還可以。總體來説這次住這個酒店非常滿意，正在計劃第二次什麼時候去了！

ゲゲスト正直、江掖大酒店はフロントのサービススタッフから客室の清掃スタッフまで、皆が熱意に満ちていて、ゲストに誠実に対応してくれます。今回はロフトの部屋に宿泊しました。装飾はシンプルでエレガントで、向かいには大関公園があり、疲れたときに公園を散歩するのに最適です。温泉で泳ぎます。着替えが必要な場合は無料のランドリー施設もあります。昆明への休暇旅行にとても満足しています。改善点は、フロントデスクやレストランで平気で喫煙している喫煙者がまだいることです。ホテルはそれを厳しく非難し、禁止してほしいです🚫。毎日のケアと家族をくつろがせてくれたウー・ジェンピンさんに特に感謝します。次回休暇で昆明に来るときも、やはりここを選びます😀

MM227739****数日後にようやくレビューを書こうと思い出しました。料金もお値打ちで、空港送迎サービスも素晴らしかったです。運転手さんもとても親切で、10つ星の評価を贈らざるを得ません。ユーモアたっぷりで、荷物の運搬まで手伝ってくれました。楽しい観光スポットも教えてくれました。朝、空港に送ってくれた時には、全員分の朝食まで用意してくれました。

ゲゲストThe room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate.
The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China.
The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night.
Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

サービス：受付の方はとても親切で、部屋をアップグレードしてくれて本当に助かりました。ホテルは無料の空港シャトルサービスを提供しており、6人家族でタクシーに乗ってばらばらに移動する必要がなく、とても便利でした。
設備：ホテルは少し古く、使用感はありましたが、それでもとても清潔で、部屋も広々としていました。アップグレードされた部屋は特に清潔で広々としていました。
環境：ホテルでは朝食の選択肢が豊富で、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ジャムも用意されていました。

ゲゲストまず利点についてお話しします。
1.ホームステイは別荘エリアにあり、別荘エリア全体に人が住んでおらず、環境は比較的静かです。
2.外出はカモメの水たまりなので、カモメに餌をやるのが便利です。
次に欠点があります:
1.私たちが泊まった部屋は地下室にあり、比較的蒸し暑い天窓があり、経験を反映しています。
2.天窓の上にはエアコンのホストがあり、とても騒がしく、ホストの轟音が一晩中鳴っています。
3.部屋には機械麻がありますが、椅子はありません。ルームサービスを呼んで持ってきました。
4.春節の間、ホテルのウェイターの数が足りず、ルームサービスと食事が長い間待っていたためかもしれません。朝食をとっているとき、叔母はあなたが食べた後に皿を戻すのを手間がかかると言い続けました。私は一人でした。それから、顧客の順序ははっきりしていません、明らかに私たちの朝食は後ろの顧客に与えられました。
5.浴室很小,而且洗洗台溅水严重,基本上用水就会把身上打湿。
以上が私の気持ちなので、インターネットで言われているスターホテルのサービスはあまり良くありません。子供と一緒に旅行する場合は、ホテルを予約することをお勧めします。
