Location is great, 4 mins off Costco and supermarket, Burger King, nandos next to the hotel. Check in is quick, room is great and quite clean. Will definitely come again.

Booked a king size room for a couple of nights while visiting the area. The hotel is well situated for easy access to Reading, Oxford and beyond. The room was spacious, comfortable, well- equipped and very clean. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels and chocolates provided daily! Staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and hot breakfast options. Would highly recommend.

部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、ベッドは快適で、ホテル全体が気持ちが良かったです。 フルイングリッシュがほとんど食べられず、コーヒーがひどく、ウェイトレスが不親切だったので、朝食はがっかりしました。しかし、私たちはそれを笑った。 2日目の朝、私たちは大丈夫だったコンチネンタルブレックファーストを食べました。 夕方のバーのスタッフは十分に丁寧でしたが、タップが切れていても、大きな/ピントグラスでソフトドリンクしか提供できないようです。私たちのグループに高齢者がいたとき、これらはかなり重かったです。 レセプションの紳士は素敵でとても親切でした。

This BEST WESTERN is feeling its age but is all there for the occasional user. The rooms are basic but functional, the bathroom is a bit cramped but all works and the bed is comfortable and the tea making services available. It does however hit a price point that is otherwise difficult to find in the Reading area.

Check in was a bit slow . But stay was decent but they could work on their cleanliness as the bath tube had stains and the toilet flush was not stopping at all was running through the whole night. And bed covers had some stains as well

The over cleanliness of the hotel was pretty poor, hallways were beat up and in need of repair, the sheets were stained and there was dust everywhere. Especially dirty window seals and cigarette burns on the bedside table. The first night the adjacent rooms were arguing and playing loud music until 5am, the second night it was more quiet but the hallways smelt of ******** and every half hour or so someone was throwing stuff about in their room. It has the potential to be an outstanding stay, the staff were fine and coping well with what they have. it’s a shame the people in the area let it down. Missed breakfast so I could get some sleep once everyone had settled down before having to check out and travel again.
