I'll come back to write the full review. But not only is are the staff on point. Food, delicious. But they also legit care, not just about us guests but also about the wildlife. Seriously the best mezxalitas food and sea turtle saviors. If you ever want an amazing tranquil beach club butt also ones that cares for the beach and nature look no further.

The staff and service at Dunes is so incredibly special. They were so attentive and efficient during the entire process of reservations prior to arrival and during our stay. I celebrate my bachelorette party and they went above and beyond to make me feel special and taken care of. The spa was amazing, so was the yoga and sound healing. Our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. The resort itself is gorgeous and so close to all the best hot spots. We felt safe. Beach and pool were within steps of our room. Highly recommend and would go back!!!

Great service from check in to valet, cleaning and the beach restaurant staff. Always space available at the beach. Still lots of seaweed but ours was always clean. Rooms were perfect and the pool was nice. It's small but great temperature.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a very unique vibe. Great location in the hotel area with lots of things to do. The amazing staff were friendly and attentive. Food and Mayan dinner was truly special and yummy. The yoga class was a great start to the day.

Dune Boutique was mind blowing, from the great customer service, the delicious food, the amazing views, calming perfect place. For helping with booking of our transportations, tours, even packed us a lunch box for our early tour! I can go on... Hubby and I stayed here this past week to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were sad to check out a day early due to hurricane Beryl. We can't wait to return for a longer stay. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work and great service. Special thank you to Alex (front desk) and Abraham (in dining) For the attentiveness and making our stay extra special.

The experience was amazing Gloria and Mara were super professional and efficient they listen to your every need and are very detailed. My husband and I enjoyed the experience and they even took some photos of us afterwards I recommend it to everyone staying at dune or in the area Mejor masaje de mi vida las! Lo recomiendo 100%

My couples massage was AMAZING! I really enjoyed the whole experience. My masseuse, Selena, really took her time and did a great job! I’ve only had one other experience like this somewhere else but I would definitely come back to Dune to do this again. She asked me what type of pressure I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. I would also like to add that Gloria was fantastic as well and she was working on my fiancé. She was so sweet and when she offered to take pictures of us, she was patient, gave us ideas, and had us go to different locations so we had a lot of choices! 10/10 experience and a great price! When you stay with Dune, they have a great deal for their guests.

We just stayed at Dune for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an incredible time. The hotel staff were incredible and went out of their way to make sure his birthday was special - they decorated the room and had a dessert surprise with singing for him at breakfast. We loved the property. We decided to stay in one of their more basic rooms and spent more time out by the pool and by the ocean. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the shower. The AC was perfect (and much needed). The property is so cool with the treehouse architecture feel and wooden tunnels. Took advantage of the daily breakfast, complimentary bikes, and happy hour. The market across the street is a plus and is in a great part of town with restaurants to walk to. It was off season so while you could hear the music from the surrounding clubs outside the room, you could not hear it in the room at night. Might be different in high season but the noise was no issue for us. Overall a great experience and would return.

Highly recommended! Abraham and the restaurant team were incredible. The food here exceeded all expectations. The fish tacos during happy hour are a must. The hotel and restaurant are right on the beach. If we were any closer, we'd have to swim to our room. We could have stayed anywhere, but theres no doubt we made the right choice. Will DEFINITELY be back. Dune Hotel was awesome...
