If you ever been in a run down hotel , although it doesn’t seems like it, sure feels like it. Old fashion keys, horrible hard mattresses ( better sleep on the ground) over pricey, smells of cigarettes. Room TV. Was size of my monitor computer at home. The at most worst was that the ac controlled by the hotel not allowing you to adjust, and it is shot down in the middle of the night were the room was like a 90 degrees . In two words “” RUN AWAY” Another thing DO NOT BOOK IT WITH BOOKING . When I wanted to leave after a night less sleep. The hotel insisted of me paying for the two nights although I stayed one night . They said it is BOOKING policy …. About contacting booking …. Don’t even try to.

The reservation was made late in the evening, but we were able to check in easily. The breakfast is very good, with many choices. The staff was very helpful for all our needs. Free parking is a big plus.

We spent the weekend of August the 18th we bought a very good package that included the spa and massage. breakfast and dinner, my wife was very pleased with massage therapist lady. Monday the 21st at check-out i realized that i was. Charged for the small water bottles that the housekeeping stuck in room refrigerator. 2 euro each one. We thought were free. and the waitress. at dinner also charged my room by mistake. Check your final bill at check out, otherwise takes long time to have the money back to your account. like it happened to me. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was good, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. the restaurant menu is small but covers appetizer. And main course, some items like the steak have a few euros as extra copayment and for the dessert there is a better choice of pastry on breakfast buffets. the hotel is far from the village. but if you don't have a car the city bus services are very good.

Very friendly and available personnel. Spacious room. Fine breakfast buffet. Good and stable WiFi internet. Very good parking.

Hotel molto bello, confortevole e moderno, camera pulita e con meraviglioso panorama sulla valle. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La parte della SPA è davvero bella e la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. La Riflessologia plantare che ho prenotato è stata una bellissima esperienza di relax e conoscenza, e l'operatrice che mi ha fatto il massaggio è stata davvero molto empatica, brava e professionale...mi ha aperto un mondo e la ringrazio moltissimo!! Per il resto, avevamo mezza pensione, devo fare i complimenti per il reparto colazione (torte ottime) e per la cena poi presso l'Osteria al 3. Cucina molto buona, pizza Bufalina fenomenale e personale gentile...unico consiglio per migliorare il servizio per la cena è solo quello di non far aspettare tanto le persone. In toto esperienza da rifare, rilassante in un posto davvero bello in una città affascinante come Urbino!!

Hotel alla periferia di Urbino: sarebbe in posizione tranquilla ma noi il weekend la notte abbiamo dormito male per via della musica "a palla" delle strutture vicine...colazione nella norma ma non molto fornita sul fronte dell'intolleranza al lattosio...Camera suite comoda , pulita e spaziosa.

Un buon hotel alla periferia di Urbino. Il personale molto cortese, colazione buona, ottima la SPA, prezzo ok, diversi piccoli difetti che su 4 stelle vanno evidenziati: areazione bagno non funzionava, alcune lampadine non funzionavano, accessori vasca scadenti/rotti, moquette nei corridoi, ragnatele diffuse. il voto sarebbe stato 3/5 per la struttura ma gli do 4/5 per l'ottima SPA
