酒店小而美，門口的花園很漂亮，早餐的環境也很好。房間裏的傢俱是kartell的，不愧是藝術酒店。推薦大家來瓦雷澤可以住這裏！

Super clean, quiet 🤫 and perfect location. The restaurant below serves delicious food too. Breakfast was cold buffet and the cappuccinos were very good. I can’t say if they would make a warm scrambled egg if asked as we didn’t bother. We had plenty to chose from anyway.

We based ourselves here for about a week. The staff are friendly and there is a secure bike shed to store your bike. The rooms aren’t terribly large but are nice. Better to ask for a room away from the restaurant, as it can get quite noisy at night, particularly over the weekends. Still and sparkling water provided daily, along with a kettle and tea fixings. Susanna, who looks after the breakfast area, is a gem. The restaurant specialises in seafood. Only about a 5-10 minute walk into town, where there are heaps of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Villa Ponza is just up the hill, behind the hotel, and has an excellent upmarket cafe for lunch, as well as a very worthy modern art museum.

From the outside the hotel looks very nice - it is a big villa with a little garden in front. Our room, however, (one of the suites on the top floor) was not properly cleaned. There were hairs in the bathroom, a lot of dust everywhere and spiderwebs around the bedside tables. Although they cleaned the room again after we arrived we did not feel comfortable. They do everything very superficially: at breakfast for example they don’t even bother to wipe the tables between customers (except on our last morning when there was another waitress). The street nearby is very loud, also during the night. A positive thing about the hotel is the free parking and the location: around 5min from Varese by foot and a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant. (Separate Bewertung) Die Lage ist super - sehr nahe an der Altstadt. Es hat auch einen grossen eigenen Parkplatz. Der Empfang ist nett und Professionell. Die Zimmer sind klassisch und haben alles was es bracht. Ev. etwas klein.

On est bien loin des prestations d’un quatre étoiles: Hôtel très bruyant, tout près d’une route très fréquentée, mais également très mal isolé, donc on profite aussi des allers et venues du couloir. Sans parler du petit déjeuner très médiocre, peu de choix et produits de très mauvaise qualité. Indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Et de plus, ne cherchez pas le sourire du personnel, vous ne le trouverez pas! Nous avons du mal à comprendre tous ces commentaires ėlogieux??

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen im Hotel. Na ja… Die Fester waren auf 1.60 m Höhe. Also kein direkter Ausblick, ausser man steht auf einem Stuhl. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer macht einen unglaublichen Lärm. Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstrasse und diese wird die ganz Nacht durch rege benutzt. Auch bei geschlossenem Fester wahnsinnig laut. Frühstücktsbuffet war sehr süess lastig. Top ist die Nähe zur Altstadt.

Auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz wurde mir die Luft aus den Rädern nachts abgelassen, WLAN wurde nur auf dem Zimmer angeboten,und musste alle paar Stunden mit neuem Login aktiviert werden. Eine verantwortliche Person war nicht im Haus. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen
