「Very convenient location as it’s next to the town centre and shopping mall.  Staff are friendly and helpful.  Some rooms however are seen able by public access so privacy may need to be protected.  Due to the open corridors and courtyards are surrounding all the rooms, could be very noisy if other guests are having conversations.  Note  that the desk phone in all the rooms are not working just for display!  There’s no food and beverage facilities.」

「The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.」

「支払った料金を考えると、もっと期待していました。どうやらローシーズンも考慮されていたようです。 プールのラグーンは期待外れで、もっと高い水準、スタッフの多さと清潔さを期待していました。 ホテルのレストランはギャンブルをしない限りは値段が高く、大幅な割引もあるようです。 ルームサービスは良かったし、値段に見合っていました。 暑さを考えると、無料のボトルウォーターなどのちょっとしたアメニティがもっと充実していることを期待していました。2泊しましたが、チェックインごとに2本しかもらえなかったようです。 バスルームとトイレタリーはまあまあでしたが、バスルームのドアはドラム式で、自動的に閉まるので開けるのが不便でした。」

「Well located hotel, large rooms and rooms look very new, very comfortable stay. Breakfast is a bit too simple, it will be good to include some hot items like eggs」

「素晴らしい短い滞在をしました。クリーンルームのエアコンは涼しく、非常にモダンな部屋でした。素晴らしい屋外プールとスパは敷地内の設備が豊富です。レストランとビュッフェ式朝食とルームサービスは敷地内のボーナスです。*******とジム、メインストリートまで徒歩15分、自転車も現地でレンタルできます。各階に洗濯機とドライヤーがあり、ウェルネスセンターがあります。戻ってきて再び滞在します。」

「ウェイターは非常にプロフェッショナルで、動作は迅速かつ的確で、顧客体験は素晴らしいです。特に朝食ルームでは、台湾出身の若い女性であるササさんが積極的かつ熱心にサービスを提供してくれたほか、オーストラリアでの運転に関するさまざまな注意事項も教えてくれました。このホテルに泊まることを強くお勧めします!」

「ホテルの立地はとても便利で、タウンセンターまで徒歩1分です。お土産を買ったり、スーパーに行ったり、食事をしたりできます。また、徒歩10分のところに展望台があり、午後のチェックイン後にウルルと夕日を見に行くことができます。部屋は全体的に清潔で、シャワーとトイレが別々になっていました。ただ、シーツに小さな黒いシミがあったのと、1階の部屋だと床に時々甲虫が出ることがあるので注意が必要です。ドアの隙間を塞ぐと甲虫の侵入を減らせます。2階の部屋に泊まる場合は階段を上る必要があります。」

「Excellent location in the heart of CBD. Huge Woolsworth store and restaurants within walking distance. Mattress was little too hard and pillows were flat n musty. Cab ride from airport was abt $35 and 20 mins away.」

「Very convenient location just a short walk into Alice Springs town. I walked to Anzac Hill Lookout. Olive Pink Botanic Garden is about a 5-minute walk away. It was also easy to drive to Larapinta Drive and the routes to the gorges and waterholes of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Handy to restaurants in the immediate area. I would highly recommend Tali in the Lassetters Casino complex. I stayed 4 nights before heading to Uluru area and another night on my return. Unfortunately, both rooms were not clean. In fact, the crumpled pillows suggested the pillow cases had not been changed. In the first room, there were ***** hairs in the sheets and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were also not properly cleaned. In the second room, which smellt strongly of disinfectant, while the sheets and pillow cases appeared freshly changed, the duvet/bedspread/quilt had evidently not been washed/cleaned for a while and many hairs fell out of it onto the sheets when it was folded back. Yuck! The rooms could do with refurbishing. I found it a bot odd that despite the many signs advising guests to lock doors and hide valuables - and that the hotel could not be responsible for thefts - the outside sliding screen door of each unit could not be locked from the outside (I confirmed this with reception). If you can overlook the cleanliness issues, this hotel is a convenient base to explore Alice Springs and the West Macs.」

「The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.」
