台中からサンムーンレイクエリアまでバスに乗りましたが、このbnbはとても便利です。ドロップオフポイントからわずか約100mで、湖のボートツアーが始まる桟橋にも閉じられています。朝食はシンプルですが良いです。レセプションエリアにコーヒーマシンが提供されます。素敵な中年の女性がレセプションで私たちに会います。 3人用の4人部屋を予約しました。

環境は本当に素晴らしく、共有エリアも多くて特に居心地が良いです。自分のロッカーが割り当てられ、無料で荷物を預けることもできます。屋上テラスがあり、夜は涼むのに最適で、洗濯できる場所もあります。個室スペースは一般的なホステルの一人用のスペースよりもはるかに広く、荷物を置ける場所がたくさんあり、小さなハンガーも2つあるので、生活動線がスムーズで快適です。ファミリータイプの個室もあり、今回出会った家族は皆、マナーが良かったです。バスルームは共用ですが、非常に使いやすく、物を置く場所に困ることもありません。 ドミトリーでも安全面は全く心配ありません。各個室と外のドアはすべてカードキーで入室します。ドミトリーで唯一困るのは、足の臭いルームメイトに当たる可能性があることですが、各個室には小さな換気口があるので、やはり匂いがします。でもこれは運の問題であり、お店のせいではありません。 宿泊施設の立地は抜群です。坂道を少し上がると周遊バスの停留所があり、ケーブルカー乗り場までは徒歩10数分です。電動スクーターならもっと早く着くでしょう。 宿泊施設は伊達邵（イダシャオ）族の集落にあり、日月潭周遊バスの停留所の一つです。私は日月潭駅から船で来ました。急ぐ場合は一度乗り換えが必要ですが、下船後、宿泊施設まで坂道を少し登って10分ほど歩きました。とても面白い経験で、私は価値があると感じ、やはりお勧めします。ただ、次回は大きなスーツケースを持ってこない方がいいという教訓を得ました（笑）。土曜日は歩道も混雑していて、本来5分の道のりが10数分かかりました。 夜市へ行くのもスムーズでした。出るとすぐで、坂道を下り、別の坂道を登って宿泊施設に戻る完璧な周回ルートです。食べたいものはすべて食べられました。（夜市は少し高価で、非常に商業化された観光経済です）

日月潭にある雲品温泉ホテルは、台中新幹線駅から送迎サービスがあるのが今回のホテル選びの決め手でした。サービスも景色も素晴らしいだけでなく、部屋に温泉があるのはもちろん、共同の温泉も楽しめます。朝食は12時まで食べられ、夕食時には各テーブルにワインのサービスもありました。部屋のベッドはとても快適で、冷蔵庫には無料の飲み物が入っています。午後には桟橋へのシャトルバスもあり、もし周遊バスに乗りたい場合は無料の一日乗車券までもらえます。台中行きのシャトルバスが12時発だったので、多くの観光スポットを巡れなかったのは少し残念でした。また機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。

スタッフはとても親切でした。ロープウェイのチケットをホテルで購入したのですが、後で2日間運休していることが分かり、ホテルはすぐに料金を返金してくれました。また、ホテルでアクティビティを予約すると、ビジターセンターよりも安かったです。私たちが泊まったオーシャンビュールームからは美しい湖が見え、とても快適でした。次回もまたここに泊まりたいです。

このホテルは立地が非常に良く、総木造建築のため、非常に魅力的です。湖の景色を一望でき、レセプションエリアも魅力的です。客室は清潔で、素敵な内装が施されています。スタッフは親切で丁寧で、滞在計画のお手伝いをしてくれます。しかし、以前のレビューにもあるように、ホテルは古さを感じます。客室のカーペットにはシミがあり、共用エリアでは階段の損傷や塗装の剥がれが見られます。ジャグジーとサウナを備えたスパエリアは、ホテルの水準に全く達していません。設備はメンテナンスが行き届いておらず、湿気による劣化が見られます。スタッフは非常に親切でしたが、この水準と価格のホテルに期待する点もいくつかありました。例えば、荷物を預けたのですが、夕方に戻ったときには部屋に置いてありませんでした。朝食は美味しかったのですが、種類が少なかったです。お湯が出るまで7分も待たされました。プールは午前9時から午後5時までしか開いていませんが、チェックインは午後3時、チェックアウトは翌日の午前11時なので、ゆっくり過ごす時間はありません。要するに、このホテルは地域屈指のホテルになる素質を備えているにもかかわらず、メンテナンスと細部への配慮が不足しているため、衰退の一途を辿っています。本当に残念です。

One night is too short for our stay in this breath taking villa. Weather is superb, food is great, room is decent as we got the traditional room not the newly build one. We didn’t get to try the bbq and steamboat sadly as it closes order at 1900. But there’s a cozy ramen place down the hill Great memories here! Except with our luggages, the location is impossible to go up without a car drive. We have to call for help from the service staff who is extremely helpful since our arrival and departure. And of course we give our thanks too. Ahhh just so memorable

The location of this hotel is very convenient\. The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle stops just across the street, so after getting off the bus, you only need to cross the road to reach the hotel\. This is definitely a big advantage, especially for guests who use public transportation\. I would also like to compliment the front desk staff\. The ladies working there are hardworking, friendly, and always willing to help solve problems\. Their attitude and service were definitely one of the positive parts of my stay\. However, I do feel that there are some areas where the hotel management could improve, especially when it comes to looking at things from the guest’s point of view\. Or  example, breakfast is advertised as a buffet and is served from 7:00 to 9:00 a\.m\. I can understand having a fixed breakfast period, but I was surprised to see a notice stating that guests are limited to only 30 minutes for breakfast\. I do not think this is reasonable\. Since breakfast is already limited to a two\-hour service period, why is it necessary to limit each guest to only 30 minutes? At a buffet, guests need time to line up, get their food, and find a seat\. When the restaurant is busy, it can easily take 10 minutes just to get your food\. That leaves very little time to actually sit down, relax, and enjoy breakfast\. Breakfast is part of the hotel experience, and guests should not feel rushed from the moment they sit down\. I mentioned this to the front desk, and the staff explained that the hotel does not actually strictly enforce the 30\-minute rule\. If that is the case, then I have to ask: why have the rule posted at all? I understand that perhaps some guests finish eating and then continue sitting in the restaurant for a long time\. However, I believe those situations should be handled individually and politely\. It does not seem fair to create a restrictive rule for every guest simply because a small number of people may stay at their tables too long\. Good hotel management should focus not only on managing guests, but also on creating a comfortable and welcoming experience\. **The purpose of management should be to make the service run more smoothly, not to make guests feel that they are being managed. The front desk staff work very hard and genuinely try to provide good service\. I hope the management will also pay attention to details like this, because one unnecessary policy can negatively affect the positive impression that the staff have worked so hard to create\. My suggestion is very simple: **remove the 30\-minute breakfast limit\.** If the restaurant becomes crowded and some guests have already finished eating but continue occupying their tables for a long time, the staff can politely remind them that other guests are waiting\. This would allow the restaurant to operate efficiently while still maintaining the warmth and hospitality that guests expect from a good hotel\. Overall, the hotel has a very convenient location, and the front desk staff deserve recognition for their hard work and helpful service\. If the management can consider hotel policies more from the guest’s perspective, I believe the overall experience could be greatly improved\.

バス停からも近く，湖の目の前で立地は抜群。部屋から絶景が眺められるので少々高くてもレイクビューの部屋をお勧めします。設備面も問題なく，清掃もしっかりとされていました。バスタブも大きなものがついていました。バルコニーには椅子がありましたが，部屋になかったのはちょっと残念。朝食の内容も満足のいくものでした。夕食は近くにレストランがたくさんあり，不自由しません。日月潭らしさを感じられる良いホテルですので，また利用したいです。

ホテルは日月潭宜大邵埠頭に近い絶好のロケーションにあり、ヨット、電動ボート、スタンドアップパドル、自転車に乗るのに非常に便利です。 部屋は清潔で整頓されています。欠点は、視界が広いため、必然的にプライバシーが不十分になることです。 宿泊料金には朝食が含まれており、お食事は通常のお粥とおかずが約5種類、お粥のおかずが約8種類、ジャム4種類とトースト、フルーツ1種類、コーヒーなどのドリンクが付いています。ミルクティーだけでも食べられます。 ヨットに乗りたい場合は、ホテルのフロントで直接割引チケットを購入することをお勧めします。約 30% オフです。購入するためにヨットのチケット売り場に並ぶ必要はありません。

台北からホテルに到着したのは午前2時半頃でしたが、ホテル内は清潔で、エレベーターもあり目的の階まで行けました。今回は目的地に到着してから朝8時半に起きて夕食をとるまで寝ました。レストランはB1にあり、両側にセルフサービスのバーがあり、おいしい（写真）、レイクビューもあるので、写真を撮ったり、食後に散歩することもできます。良い一日は朝食から始まります。価格的には、まあまあだと思います。 cpの絶対値というものがあります。 機会があればまたここに泊まります。好印象の良いホテルでした。
