First time I've stayed in a Penta Hotel. Excellent & helpful communication with hotel prior to my stay. Like others I found checking in at the bar very strange and I found the guy at the bar doing this very curt (it was around 11 at night so maybe he had a hard day!). Decor on ground floor very modern, moody and dark - great they had a complimentary water cooler available. Rooms are very small but for one night it was fine - again modern decor and clean. My room could have done with a bit of maintenance however - curtain loose and paint(?) stain on carpet. The strangest thing about the room was how close the hairdryer was to the sink - couldn't really help splashing it when getting washed! Surely this can't be compliant with current safety regulations (see pic). All in all had a great sleep and would use Pentahotels again based on this short 1-night stay.

We stayed here due to our flight being delayed in Heathrow leading us to miss our layover flight although we were upset, it was truly the best thing that could happen. We boarded our free transfer from the airport to the hotel it was about 15 minutes away it’s beautiful views and scenes of Brussels. The hotel was lounge was absolutely beautiful and clean, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and comfortable, humongous bed which would have slept 3 people. It was a very modern design which I loved, stocked with tea and water in the fridge and cupboards. The gym looked great too. We were offered a free breakfast and dinner voucher from the airline which is lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was so friendly he made sure to go above and beyond with anything we asked for. We didn’t get to use our voucher as our flight was early the next morning, but from the dinner I would tell it would have been great too! There was a list of transfer times to make sure you make your flight on time which was incredibly handy. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was absolutely 10/10 no complaints about anything.

Early morning flight so stayed here 1 night. Unfortunately, it’s chaotic due to its proximity to the airport. It’s 100 meters from the departures terminal. So from that perspective it is ideal rain, sleet or snow you can make it to the airport 😉. The problem is many others have the same idea so the hotel is usually full. The bar and the dining area are at the entrance in which case many pass by for a beer or glass of wine, in which case they are obviously under staffed so prepare for a wait. Had a French onion soup and braised rib. Not much to comment on it was ok and not something I would recommend. Your limited at the airport so for a meal this is probably your best option. The rooms are acceptable again your only here for the convenience. They are equipped with the usual necesites and the windows are hermetically sealed so you won’t hear the planes. If you have a flight departing after 08:00 then you can find some other hotels in the vicinity which can offer shuttle service and maybe have a few more amenities.

This hotel was just somewhere to put our heads down and use as a base for exploring Brussels. We had a room with three single beds, one of which folds up. It was clean, functional and had an ensuite bathroom and separate shower room. The hotel is right beside the main station, trains go to Brussels Central every 15 minute or so and take 20 minutes, kids up to 12 travel for free on the train, and the return tickets are €7.50 at the weekend, €13 during the week. There's a car park as part of the station which is €24 for 24 hours, all we needed. Yes, there were building works going on in the reception, but we had no intention of dining or hanging round a budget hotel when we could be in the Grand Place of Brussels in 25 minutes.

zeer mooi hotel, en super nieuw. De mensen aan het onthaal zijn vriendelijk, maar je merkt dat het ook voor hen nog nieuw is. Er is een fitness, waslokaal en grappig om zeggen maar de toiletten op -1 zijn zeker de moeite waard om eens te gaan kijken ;-)

オーストリアからバス旅行で戻ったとき、ベストウエスタンホテルブリュッセルサウスに滞在しました。外から見ると、私たち一人一人が感銘を受けませんでした。建物はとても厳粛に見えますが、内部は非常に高い水準にまで達しています。夕方のスタッフはかなり失礼でしたが、朝のスタッフは素晴らしかったです。部屋はきれいでしたが、いくつかの摩耗がありました。テレビにはBBC1とBBC2が利用可能なチャンネルとしてリストされていますが、私がそこにいたときは機能しませんでしたが、絶対に必要であればランダムな英語チャンネルがありました。部屋には充電ポイントがたくさんあり、テレビの下にはUSB充電器が1台ありました。バスルームはとても新しいように見えましたが、シャワーヘッドは固定角度にあり、多くのスプレーがバスルームの床にまっすぐ流れました。夜にラテン語に到着しても、シャワーは非常に良い水圧を持っていて、すぐに加熱されました。ベッドは快適でしたが、2つのシングルが一緒に押されたので、それらの間の浸りに重力があることがわかりました.枕は最高ではなく、最悪ではありませんでした。ここでの朝食は少し選択的でしたが、私が泊まった別のベストウェスタンほど悪くはありませんでした。このホテルには多くのコーチ旅行があり、それぞれに朝食の時間がありました-残念ながら、後のコーチの何人かが最初の座席に到着したので、スタッフは食べ物が完全に備蓄されていることを確認するために急いでいなければなりませんでした.しかし、特に何人かの旅行者が彼らと話す方法を考えると、非常にフレンドリーな態度でそうしました.場所的には、このホテルはダンケルクのフェリーから約2時間です。近くには設備はありませんが、夕方に食べ物が必要な場合は近くに2つのサービスステーションがあります。私は間違いなく将来このホテルに滞在することを検討します。平日はコーチ旅行がない可能性が高いです。

Very convenient location and very clean. The staff was very polite and there was a wide variety of food for beeakfast

ホテルの朝食は良いです、夕食は平均的です、推奨されません、昼食はありません、近くにレストランはありません、それは街で食べることをお勧めします。 シャトルバスについて。1階、Eエリアまで降りて、シャトルバスを待って、スケジュールを添付します。待っていません。直接タクシーで、10ユーロ出て、受け入れられます。 近くにタクシーに乗るのは良くありません。外出する272人、クレジットカードをカードで利用し、272人が街に行き、地下鉄を回って、多くの場所に行くことができます。近くには471と282もあります。Googleマップで時間を楽観的に見て、交通はまだ便利です。 カルフールなどの大きなスーパーマーケットに2回移動することができ、自分でホテルに戻るために何かを買うこともできます。

ホテルはブリュッセル空港から車で約5-6分です。ホテルの環境は一般的ですが、ドアに無料で駐車できます。ホテルの隣には鉄道があり、騒音は比較的大きく、飛行機の離着陸の音も比較的大きいです。お湯はOKです、眠ることもできます。

This was an adequate hotel for a one-night stay that would allow us to easily get to the airport by 6 am. The receptionist ordered a van that did accommodate the bike box that we were using (oversize luggage) and arrived on time. We shared it with 4 airline staff members. The only problems we had were getting there. We came from the US and did not have online services except when we had access to wifi. The hotel told us ”You have the IC train to Zaventem and Brussels Airport Zaventem or you have the S train to Schaerbeek and Louvain for both trains you will have to step off at Diegem.” For timetables and tracks info, you can ask the staff at the station or check the display panels.” The IC train to Brussels Airport does not stop at Diegem. Luckily we noticed Diegem was not listed on the display panel at the track when the train was arriving and asked someone to verify before getting on that train. The hotel does not provide enough information to identify the specific train to take from central station in Brussels. There are trains leaving constantly from at least 7 tracks and the main display panels in the main part of the station telling you which track to go to list only the destinations, not the interim stops. it is vital to be able to identify the exact train you need. There are no paper timetables available, no wifi, no information desk to help, and the ticket line is extremely slow. I found the right train by standing in the ticket line and talking randomly in French and English about how there seemed to be no way to identify the train I needed to take. Another person in the ticket line volunteered to help by looking it up on his phone. This is something that is impossible without easy online access, and knowledge of how the train website works. The hotel needs to be able to tell people exactly which trains stop at Diegem. This seems like minimum courtesy for their guests. Getting from the train station to the hotel was also a problem. Google maps gave three different sets of instructions, which we obtained from two locals and using Google maps location services. None of them were correct, so the hotel needs to provide exact instructions to get to the hotel from the train station, including an exact map and street names. Again, this seems like minimum courtesy to guests.

すべてのアトラクションに非常に近い素晴らしいホテル部屋は良いサイズの素晴らしいバスルームで、大きなウォークインシャワーがありました朝食は十分で、ホテルは非常に静かな場所にあり、非常に大きな庭がありますバーが開いたときにテーブルサービスを提供できればよかったのですが、残念ながら平和に座って日差しから利益を得るのはとても素敵でした実際のバーはホテルの古い部分にあり、小さな中庭でとても居心地が良かったです飲み物を飲むスタッフフレンドリーなホテルはとてもきれいで、強くお勧めします

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast quite busy and a bit chaotic but reasonable choice, good value. We had booked 51 weeks ahead, maybe at a better price than other people but we had a room which we can only describe as very small and pokey. We should have complained. We had to take turns at moving at all. Suggest if you are offered 5 th floor up, take a look before accepting.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Beds were very comfortable and the suite came with a kitchenette. The shower was fantastic. Location was good as well, walking distance to both the train station and city centre. Check-in reception had limited hours so be mindful of this. We did not have any issues. The only minor hiccup we had was after check-in, maintenance personnel knocked on the door and advised they needed to fix the shower head. After less than five minutes, it was fixed. This did not hamper our stay at all. Next time I’m in Leuven, I would book this property again.

II had a pleasent stay and enjoyed your efficient and friendly service. The room was very clean and had all the accessoires I would need. Your transport advice for the airport was very précise. The breakfast package you prepared for us vas ready at our 06:45 departure.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last night, 3 June 2022. The staff were very friendly and obliging. There was ample free parking. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and large, plenty of space within the rooms, everything well thought out. The bathroom had a lovely large walk in shower. Although we stayed room only, there was an adjoining Starbucks, Burger King and a café to purchase breakfast. I shall certainly stop there again, well recommended.

建物は古を感じる作りです。逆に言えば、エレベーターがない、床がでこぼこしているせいか、シャワールームの扉に隙間ができて飛沫が外に出る、シャワールームのあたりが臭う、といったたくさんのマイナス点があります。一方で、ベッドの寝心地はとてもよく、タオルはバスタオル、フェイスタオル、足拭きタオルの3種類が用意され、どれも良い肌触りでした。この地域の常なのか、歯ブラシはありません。ドライヤーもありません。駅近なので、朝早く空港に向かったり、ブリュッセルに行くために泊まるならロケーションは良いです。スーパーも近くにあります。宿泊の参考になれば幸いです。
