Travel as family, however only 2 towels are provided. Live music on weekend can be loud amd goes all the way till midnight.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come.
the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana.
the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious.
the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!.
the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter.
overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

ホテルはとても古く、セキュリティ対策もされていません。どの階でもアクセスカードなしで入ることができます。
朝食は標準以下なので、あまり期待しないでください。
スパは素晴らしいです。リラックスするのに最適です。

エアコン以外はすべて問題ありません。まったく寒くない。ホテルに確認に来てもらい、行動は取られませんでした。数回確認を求めた後の夜にのみ、技術者が確認に来ました。はい。ただ確認してください。それ以降はまだ何もありません。すべてが素晴らしいです。しかし、そのA / Cのために、経験は少し突然でした。 10/10から7/10まで。はい、エアコンのためだけです。私は最も高価な部屋に滞在します。しかし、それに対するサービスは完全にアウトでした。新しいゲストの場合、ホテルに厳格にしてください。 1時間以内に行動が取られなかった場合、別の部屋またはホテルを変更することを検討できます。

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of food options served. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay🫰🏻🫰🏻

AANDRIOSIL MELCAN MANANSARとても清潔で広々とした部屋。
エレベーターもいつでも利用可能。最高のロケーション。窓からはハラームの素晴らしい景色が見えます。
部屋でアザーンと祈りの美しい音を聞くことができます。このホテルを絶対にお勧めします。

匿匿名ユーザーモールに近い良い場所、まともな部屋の大きさ、まともな朝食の広がり。迅速な対応のカスタマーサービスとスタッフ。部屋で数回パワートリップを体験しますが、すぐに回復します。ホテルが長年にわたって上昇し続けているので、手頃な価格を維持することができれば良いでしょう。全体的な経験は良いです

The hotel is situated at simpang 4.
The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2.
Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in.
Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby
The room rain shower head is good pressure...
The air-con is cooling...
Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely.
Location away from airport around 6km.
Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore
Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

ゲゲストI wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area.
Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

LLovely Couple滞在全体は素晴らしかったのですが、午後5時のマッサージサービスを予約しようと電話した時、「Baik Bu」と言われただけでした。ところが、スパセンターに到着すると、なんと2人の従業員が昼寝中でした。そして待つように言われました。その後、スタッフの1人が、予約枠はすでに満席で、午後7時に別の予約枠を待つ必要があると言いました。約束を守らなかったのは問題ですが、何の対応もありませんでした。結局、サービスの改善は何もありませんでした。

SSafety Lover全体的に良いもてなしでした。朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかったのですが、禁煙室をリクエストし、同意書に署名しましたが、バスルームにはタバコの煙の非常に強い臭いがあり、特にタバコの煙に敏感な家族にとっては不快です。どこから来ているのかわかりませんが、排気ファンが動いていないのでしょうか。それとも隣の部屋からでしょうか???。お湯を沸かすための電気ケトルは、耐熱性の低いプラスチックで作られており、長期間使用しても不快な臭いを放っているため、衛生的ではありません。ホテルの経営陣がこれを懸念してくれることを願っています。単なる提案です。
