Fiquei hospedado no Tintto de 17 a 20/08. Consegui um bom preço com a CVC. O hotel é fresquinho, foi inaugurado pouco mais de 1 ano, possui uma linda decoração, desde a recepção, quartos e piscina. Senti falta apenas de um guarda-sol na área de lazer. O café estava ótimo e bem variado, com tapiocas, omeletes e waffles recheados. Achei os sucos fracos e no primeiro dia, achei o melão com um sabor estranho, mas percebi que a Bruna do restaurante já estava retirando o mesmo. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos. O Fagner conseguiu taças de vinho e abridor mesmo tarde da noite. O meu quarto foi o 306, achei apertado mas o banheiro é super espaçoso.

We deceded to stay one night in this hotel becuase is one of the last hotels on the ”orla” where the transfer buses stop for going to Jericoacoara. The hotel is old and need a reform. The fotos are not correct. Breakfast simple and busy cause every trips starts at the same time. For sure not the best solution for Fortaleza.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em área segura, com praticidade na localização. Utilizei o hotel para trabalho, e com as horas livres foi possivel aproveitar os beneficios que a localização oferece, como caminhar na orla ou jantar em um dos varios restaurantes ao redor.

Nice room and location, very nice beach views. Good buffet breakfast as well. Against: very slow elevators. However, the staff is not very knowledgeable. I needed to extend one night because my continuation flight was 4:30 AM ... I booked that in the web site, pre-paid tariff as it was my stay. The day before departing asked the reception desk to extend my key, as they confirmed that I will get the same room, so I don't need to do it on the same last day in a hurry before the check-out, as I was too busy in a conference. They did. However they did it wrong. So when I returned from my conference, using the terribly slow elevators, went to my room (in the last floor, 21st), and then the key was not working, so again down to the reception, wait for them to finish with other customers, etc., So I lost 1 hour among both days to get my key working. They should compensate customers for their errors and ensure that the failed staff get some kind of penalty for not doing correctly their job at once.

Thanks so much for your excellent service. For many this was their first international mission trip. Breakfast was awesome. Food was always fresh. The staff that was at breakfast August 4-9 (two ladies that i shared blessing bracelets and the young man who showed me the monkeys. They were always pleasant and helpful, despite our language barrier. Would recommend and definitely stay there again if i am ever in Juazerio Do Norte again.

Gostei muito fiquei 7 dias, funcionários excelentes, no restaurante , na recepção e os demais, tive um problema com chuveiro que foi resolvido sem stress. Perto de mercado, farmácia restaurante e pertinho da praia e espigão de Iracema. O café da manhã maravilhosa tudo bem variado .Limpeza ótima . Não quê reclamar, apenas elogiar e agradecer pela minha estadia ter sido perfeita.

Uma recepção perfeita e personalizada, com atenção e muito carinho em tudo. Desde a acolhida no check-in, a gerência providenciou uma decoração diferenciada uma vez que minha esposa estava aniversariando no período da hospedagem. Fora as acomodações perfeitas, higienizadas, aconchegantes. Difícil descrever tanto primor. Sugiro a quem for a Juazeiro que se dê ao o prazer de sentir o que é o Iu-a hotel.

Assim que chegamos ao hotel fomos bem atendidas pela recepção, MA sinfelizmente nao foi o quarto que reservamos e ainda estava com um xixi no vaso sanitário, ou seja sem limpeza devida, mas depois constatamos que o vaso estava entupido, no dia seguinte depois da reclamação que não foi o quarto que tinhamos fechado eles n os encaminharam para o quaro flat, mas mesmo assim por ser muikto antigo e sem manutenção devida, o telefone nao funcionava, ficamos sem contato com recepção, restaurante etc... o Chuveiro não esquenta e por ser muito velho a agua que cai fica toda espaçada, não teve nenhum dia arrumação no quarto, nem limpeza, eu mesma q arrumei as camas. O ÚNICO PONTO POSITIVO atendimento dos funcionários, sempre muito educados e prestativos, ressalto o atendimento dos funcionarios: Rosana, Marcelo e Alex todos do café da manhã e restaurante, o Marcelo parece o anfitrião de tão bem que atende, simpático, prestativo faz tudo que pode ali. Num todo o lugar precisa de manutenção, o parque aquatico é muito antigo e velho algum momento ali fiquei com medo de meus filhos brincarem nos toboáguas , mas pelo que pesquisei na região é o único que tem uma maior estrutura para crianças , muito triste ver um lugar daquele porte tão abandonado!

Estávamos em família e Pegamos um day use na pousada, o local é bonito, na frente do mar, com livre acesso e cadeiras e mesas disponíveis na areia. Valor do day use 150,00 casal com 100,00 revertido em consumação, 50,00 individual, 25,00 criança. Refeição no local foi à desejar, opções para compartilhar que mais parecem um prato individual, e acabou demorando em torno de 2 horas para servir. Estava em falta algumas opções do cardápio como camarão, picanha.. também não tinha laranja para o apperol spritz. Embora os atendentes muito solícitos e educados, pedindo desculpa por cada inconveniente .. A área da piscina é muito boa, mas falta uma música ambiente, pra deixar mais aconchegante. Parece um velório.. muito silêncio O local é tranquilo, pra quem quer sossego e silêncio, tá ótimo.

My stay at Carmel in Cumbuco was very pleasant. This is a luxury hotel and it offered all the amenities one could ask for! Although the staff was limited in the English language, there efforts to have me feel welcomed, taken care of, and safe were 10/10! A special note of gratitude for service and integrity to a restaurant worker, Thiago! My first moments there dining for lunch and I unknowingly dropped 800R$ after paying the bill. He promptly turned it into the front desk who returned it to me. Amazing ethics in the staff here! Also special thanks to Gabriel at the front desk. He is well versed in English and made certain all of my needs were met and with joy!

The most beautiful getaway we’ve ever experienced! It did not feel like a hotel. The environment and friendly staff made it feel like a home away from home.
