Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.
We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.
The room and bathroom was really smartly styled to a high standard and very clean. Check in was late so did it one the express check in which was easy.. the only two things were that there was a lot of loud doors closing all night with guests coming and going for flights.. and other than the shuttle bus it is quite a trek to actually get to the airport
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Booked as had a concert in Wolverhampton and this is a little gem of a place. Booked a family room which was a really good size and had outside space which was a surprise.
I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.
On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay.
Reception was easy and hassle free.
Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room.
Slept well. No noise.
Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

RRaymond@GMGI just stayed for one night at Lea Marston hotel. Did not have time to enjoy the facilities. Location is a bit off but still okay for drivers.
UUnpopularSwindonA very classy room I actually turned up slightly earlier than expected as my train was early to Birmingham. So I press to tell if I could check in early at around midday and they were more than happy to check me in however I decided to drop off my luggage and attend a meeting. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and I had my usual additional request of having a room facing the canal. Unfortunately I was given a room on the opposite side to what I requested however went back down to the reception and the staff was so helpful in getting that sorted are they actually gave me the right room?
GGeezerAfter reading reviews and seeing images of the hotel I was apprehensive about staying at The Britainnia.
The lobby wasn't the most welcoming. It seemed dark and probably hasn't been upgraded since the hotel was built in the early 70's.
My Room 330 greeted me with the smell of fresh paint, new carpet, furniture and a recently upgraded bathroom.
For the price I paid, it was good value for money.
TTAMBGenerally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.
ゲゲスト5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.
