「ホテルは値段の割にとても清潔で素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は、食事の時はベッドで食べなければならなかったので、椅子とテーブルがもう少しあれば良かったということです。(いつも最悪というわけではありませんが) ただし、それが唯一の欠点で、それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトも迅速かつ簡単でした。」

「Absolutely smashing. Myself and sister visited ( it’s our most favourite hotel whenever I come visit her) for my birthday treat. Honestly all the great great team can never do enough for you x They make our stay.  Huge thanks this visit to Josh, Charlotte and Debs ( looking fab Debs. Haven’t seen you in ages) and all the team xxx  We always relax in the spa , then enjoy the  lounge and tasty dinner later. It’s just the best, and especially this special birthday visit. 「Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.」

「The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel.」

「Pool and changing rooms were a little bit ‘tired’ looking. Rusty lockers. Tiles in the pool slippery and a bit dirty. Staff at pool was lovely and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming.  Breakfast and bar food were delicious. Breakfast staff very helpful, polite and attentive. We loved the air conditioning in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。」

「はい、とても古びて古びていますが、70 年代のレトロな魅力があり、非常にお得です。受付は丁寧でプロフェッショナルでしたが、もう少しサポートしてもらえると嬉しいです。ホテル予約サイトがホテルに支払いをしていなかったため、問題が発生しました。受付係は、問題を解決するために電話するように言いました。もっと良いホテルであれば、受付がこのサービスを提供してくれるでしょう。トレーニング不足でしょうか? バス停と交通博物館の向かいにある市の中心部という素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテルの後ろ側の部屋からは、背景に古い遺跡、手前に新しい建物、その他の古代および現代の建物の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。後ろ側の部屋の一部に付いているバルコニーは、天気の良い日にリラックスするのにとても快適な場所です。ベッドはとても大きく、きれいなビーズで適度に快適です。私たちの部屋のカーペットは新しく、私たちが滞在している間に他の部屋のカーペットは交換中でした。装飾の状態は適切で、改装する準備ができていました。しかし、価格と場所を考えると許容範囲でした。含まれていた朝食は嬉しい驚きでした。ビュッフェ式朝食ルームは居心地がよく、シリアル、フルーツの塩漬け、ヨーグルトなどの種類が豊富でした。フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは、とても丁寧に調理されており、良質の食材が使われていました。紅茶とコーヒーも高水準でした。サービスはプロフェッショナルで効率的で、お客様に快適な一日のスタートを提供することを明らかに目指していました。」

「チェックインに到着すると、ホテル側がミスを犯し、ファミリールーム 1 室ではなく 2 室を提供されたと言われました。未成年 2 名が同伴していたので、これは受け入れられませんでした。ホテル側は、私たちが一緒にいられるように、ドアが隣接した 2 室を提供してくれました。」
