イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズで、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

バーミンガムで1時間のイベントや会議に出席する場合に便利です(はるかに安いです) あらゆる点で非常に基本的なものですが、それは私にとっては役に立ちました。 バーミンガムまで約15分です。 ホテルは改装され、塗装されているため、場所は少し乱雑に見えます。 非常に基本的な食べ物-夕食と朝食ですが、1泊の滞在には大丈夫でした。 バーミンガムに近いが、はるかに安いので、私は再び予約します。

The stay was very pleasant hotel room is clean staff were very cheerful and friendly the environment was great highly recommend this hotel in Birmingham

チェックインスタッフは丁寧で親切でしたが、この宿泊施設で利用できるものについてもっと詳しく説明してほしかったです。シャワーが温まるまでに時間がかかったのが唯一のマイナス点ですが、それ以外は滞在は素晴らしく、その夜は12時間ぐっすり眠れました。

Welcoming and friendly. On the fringe of the city centre, which is less than 10 minutes walk. The hostal is impeccably clean. I shall definitely return

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

The place was lovely to stay at and you already have access to the pool which is lovely touch! When we arrived, there was food plates still outside of our room from previous guests but this was soon resolved. Overall, the hotel was lovely!

We've stayed here many times and everything has always been fine. Unfortunately, this morning they were a bit unorganised in the breakfast room, no saucers, no glasses, no bowls and a few more things missing. They soon rectified things when asked.

Thank you to all the team at Redwings Lodge  Who look after you so well ,they treat you like family and always with smiles .  Again everything very clean and in good order and this is a an old building so not an easy task . The bed comfy ,lovely linens and fluffy towels ,  tea coffee available in room and more if you run out . Everything you need outside ,cafes ,eateries pubs and shops . Buses to Birmingham Center and Solihull with its train station .  So it’s got everything and much more  at a reasonable price .  Again Thank you all , till next time .

はい、とても古びて古びていますが、70 年代のレトロな魅力があり、非常にお得です。受付は丁寧でプロフェッショナルでしたが、もう少しサポートしてもらえると嬉しいです。ホテル予約サイトがホテルに支払いをしていなかったため、問題が発生しました。受付係は、問題を解決するために電話するように言いました。もっと良いホテルであれば、受付がこのサービスを提供してくれるでしょう。トレーニング不足でしょうか? バス停と交通博物館の向かいにある市の中心部という素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテルの後ろ側の部屋からは、背景に古い遺跡、手前に新しい建物、その他の古代および現代の建物の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。後ろ側の部屋の一部に付いているバルコニーは、天気の良い日にリラックスするのにとても快適な場所です。ベッドはとても大きく、きれいなビーズで適度に快適です。私たちの部屋のカーペットは新しく、私たちが滞在している間に他の部屋のカーペットは交換中でした。装飾の状態は適切で、改装する準備ができていました。しかし、価格と場所を考えると許容範囲でした。含まれていた朝食は嬉しい驚きでした。ビュッフェ式朝食ルームは居心地がよく、シリアル、フルーツの塩漬け、ヨーグルトなどの種類が豊富でした。フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは、とても丁寧に調理されており、良質の食材が使われていました。紅茶とコーヒーも高水準でした。サービスはプロフェッショナルで効率的で、お客様に快適な一日のスタートを提供することを明らかに目指していました。

I stayed here at the end of May 2025 as a solo traveller. Quiet location with buildings in very nice landscaped grounds. All areas of the hotel I experienced were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in all areas at all times. Bed was comfy and room facilities all I needed. Would happily stay here again.
