「はい、とても古びて古びていますが、70 年代のレトロな魅力があり、非常にお得です。受付は丁寧でプロフェッショナルでしたが、もう少しサポートしてもらえると嬉しいです。ホテル予約サイトがホテルに支払いをしていなかったため、問題が発生しました。受付係は、問題を解決するために電話するように言いました。もっと良いホテルであれば、受付がこのサービスを提供してくれるでしょう。トレーニング不足でしょうか? バス停と交通博物館の向かいにある市の中心部という素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテルの後ろ側の部屋からは、背景に古い遺跡、手前に新しい建物、その他の古代および現代の建物の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。後ろ側の部屋の一部に付いているバルコニーは、天気の良い日にリラックスするのにとても快適な場所です。ベッドはとても大きく、きれいなビーズで適度に快適です。私たちの部屋のカーペットは新しく、私たちが滞在している間に他の部屋のカーペットは交換中でした。装飾の状態は適切で、改装する準備ができていました。しかし、価格と場所を考えると許容範囲でした。含まれていた朝食は嬉しい驚きでした。ビュッフェ式朝食ルームは居心地がよく、シリアル、フルーツの塩漬け、ヨーグルトなどの種類が豊富でした。フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは、とても丁寧に調理されており、良質の食材が使われていました。紅茶とコーヒーも高水準でした。サービスはプロフェッショナルで効率的で、お客様に快適な一日のスタートを提供することを明らかに目指していました。」

「Great if you're attending an event or visiting a student at University of Warwick. There's a nice bar and restaurant on the premises and a shop (co-op) and another bar nearby on the campus. Scarman is next to Warwick Business School. The free parking is handy and the staff were polite and super helpful, answering the questions we had to make our stay easier」

「Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.」

「Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.」

「Hotel looks very posh. Unfortunately thats where it stops. The family room was large but lacked character. The gym facilities was extra charge Breakfast was OK. But plates and bowls were filthy We travel to Midlandsa lot. We wont be staying here again. .」

「Enjoyed our stay. Aaron at reception was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with full English breakfast options as well as a variety of cereal, freshly baked croissants and other pastry as well a Nutella pump which my son thoroughly enjoyed」
