イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズで、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

すべてにとても便利!  予想よりも早いチェックインがありました。ブリンドリーの場所で友達に会い、友達と週末を楽しんだ。朝食は素晴らしく、バラエティに富んでいて、フレンドリーなスタッフとすべてのダイエットのオプションがありました。  駐車場は場所を考えると非常に近く、比較的良い値でした。 ベッドはとても快適で、バスルームはホワイトカンパニーの商品でよく装飾されています。  隣人の騒音がないので、全体として本当に良い選択です。

はい、とても古びて古びていますが、70 年代のレトロな魅力があり、非常にお得です。受付は丁寧でプロフェッショナルでしたが、もう少しサポートしてもらえると嬉しいです。ホテル予約サイトがホテルに支払いをしていなかったため、問題が発生しました。受付係は、問題を解決するために電話するように言いました。もっと良いホテルであれば、受付がこのサービスを提供してくれるでしょう。トレーニング不足でしょうか? バス停と交通博物館の向かいにある市の中心部という素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテルの後ろ側の部屋からは、背景に古い遺跡、手前に新しい建物、その他の古代および現代の建物の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。後ろ側の部屋の一部に付いているバルコニーは、天気の良い日にリラックスするのにとても快適な場所です。ベッドはとても大きく、きれいなビーズで適度に快適です。私たちの部屋のカーペットは新しく、私たちが滞在している間に他の部屋のカーペットは交換中でした。装飾の状態は適切で、改装する準備ができていました。しかし、価格と場所を考えると許容範囲でした。含まれていた朝食は嬉しい驚きでした。ビュッフェ式朝食ルームは居心地がよく、シリアル、フルーツの塩漬け、ヨーグルトなどの種類が豊富でした。フルイングリッシュブレックファーストは、とても丁寧に調理されており、良質の食材が使われていました。紅茶とコーヒーも高水準でした。サービスはプロフェッショナルで効率的で、お客様に快適な一日のスタートを提供することを明らかに目指していました。

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

Location is good, very close maybe 5 mins walk to new street station,China town and bullring ,grand plaza centre and M&S . Standard room is big, coffee Tea facilities ,window view facing Wetherspoon, Unfortunately: toilet flushing not good need press harder whole day only able to flushed once. Toilet door too old and damage. Table lamp not working

本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast - bacon beautifully cooked. Hotel bathroom needs renovation - washbasin crazed. One of the reading lights over the bed was broken off.

Decent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.

立地は最高で、ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、部屋は清潔で快適（特に毛布は厚手で心地よい）、防音性も抜群、朝食も素晴らしく、全体的に期待以上でした。
