トルコワン県で、バーのあるホテル

私たちは主にスイミングプール、サウナ、スチームルーム、スパエリアなどの施設を楽しむためにこのホテルに一泊しました。まず第一に、フレンドリーで親切なスタッフと経営陣に感謝したいと思います。誤って間違った日付を予約しましたが、すぐに滞在できるように予約を1日早く変更するのを手伝ってくれました。 部屋自体は広として快適で、朝食にはさまざまなオプションがありました。全体的に、部屋と朝食の経験は良かった。 しかし、主な失望はウェルネス施設であり、これが私たちがこのホテルを選んだ主な理由でした。私たちが到着したとき、トイレの汚れを含むバスルームの清潔さに問題があり、追加の清掃を依頼しなければなりませんでした。 スイミングプールは非常に寒く、基本的に使用できませんでした。季節の変化のためにオフになっていると言われましたが、この情報が事前に明確にされていなかったため残念でした。私たちが到着したとき、サウナも寒く、スタッフは暖房に数時間かかると私たちに知らせたので、簡単にしか使用できませんでした。スチームルームは技術的な問題により完全にサービスが停止しました。 結局、トルコ風呂エリアしか適切に使用できませんでした。スタッフは丁寧で助けようとしましたが、残念ながら施設はホテルの広告や予約体験によって生み出された期待に応えられませんでした。 このホテルは部屋と顧客サービスが良いので可能性があると思いますが、ウェルネス施設はより良いメンテナンスとゲストのためのより明確なコミュニケーションが必要です。

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

We recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!

Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

非常に悪く、あまりお勧めできません。衛生的な風呂のシャワーは壊れており、エアコンはありません。ビュッフェ式朝食はちょうどよかった、アジアの味には適していません。真剣にお勧めしません
