ニュージーランドマナワツ･ワンガヌイ地方で、駐車場のあるホテル

1 泊の滞在を楽しみました。ホテルの場所は分かりやすかったです。フロント デスクのマネージャーは礼儀正しく、フレンドリーで親切でした。 ホテルの部屋は居心地がよく、清潔で広々としていました。部屋からはパルミーの素晴らしい景色が眺められました。部屋にはエアコン、ミニ冷蔵庫、お湯、ケトル、コーヒー、紅茶、フレーバー ティー、ミルク、砂糖がありました。残念ながら、水のボトル、歯ブラシと歯磨き粉は持参する必要があります。ヘアドライヤーはありません。ベッドとマットレスはとても快適でした。ジムとランドリー施設もあります。ホテルのお客様用の駐車場もありました。 Pak n Save は通りの向かい側にありました。近くにはバーガー キング、タイ料理レストラン、パブ、その他の飲食店もありました。ホテルで朝食と夕食を購入すると利用できます。 ホテルの一部は改装中です。私たちは午後遅くに到着し、午前 10 時頃に出発したので、おそらく騒音が聞こえなかったのはこれが理由でしょう。 1 泊以上滞在して、パルミーをもう少し探索する機会が得られれば本当に良かったと思います。

私たちはクイーンサイズのベッド、十分な収納と棚、きれいな清潔さを備えた非常に広とした部屋に滞在しました。照明はいいです。ベッドは、翌日トンガリロ交差点の前にぐっすり眠れるほど柔らかいです。彼らはまたトンガリロシャトルサービスを提供していますが、モーテルに到着したときにしかこれを学びませんでした。ホストはとてもフレンドリーで、彼女は私たちが交差点の準備をするために知る必要があるすべてを見せてくれました。共同キッチンは必要なものすべてを提供してくれました。また、とても清潔で広としています。モーテルは交差点の終点まで車で約30分です。交差点の始まりに連れて行ってくれる片道シャトルを予約しました。場所は素晴らしいです。近くのレストランはイースター休暇中は忙しかったので、自分で料理することにしました。モーテルの温度はちょうどよく、とても快適で乾燥しています。将来またトンガリロクロッシングをやればまた戻ってきます。

おそらく山頂に最も近い宿泊施設ではないでしょうか。ホテルからは2つの火山錐と周囲の荒野を遠望できます（全室から見えるわけではありません）。ホテルはタラナキ滝トレイルの起点と終点に位置しています。宿泊した夜は快晴で、携帯で満天の星空を撮影しました。 今回予約したのはルアペフールームで、部屋はかなり狭かったです。Ctrip（シートリップ）の写真ではダブルベッド1台と二段ベッドが写っていましたが、二段ベッドの上段は収納式で、普段は壁に収納されていました。使う際は引き出す形ですが、非常に頼りなく、厚い埃が積もっており、マットレスもなく、ほとんど使用できない状態でした。実質的にはダブルベッド1台と簡易ベッド1台という感じです。 ホテルは「エコを重視」しているそうで、シャンプーやボディソープは提供されません（石鹸にはシャンプーと書かれていましたが、実際に使ってみると、本物のシャンプーとはかけ離れていて、髪はきしむし、目にはしみました）。ペットボトル入りの水もありませんし、部屋の照明は暗めです。共有のランドリールームがありますが、利用時間に制限があり、7:00～20:00のようでした。チェックインが遅かったため、利用できませんでした。フロントは夜間無人になり、遅い時間に到着すると、Eメールで送られてくる情報に基づいてセルフチェックインする形です。夜間の食事提供はありませんので、持参する必要があります。部屋には電気ケトルはありますが、キッチンはありません。ホテルから車で20分ほどの山麓に小さな集落があり、いくつかレストランがありましたが、夜間営業しているかは不明です。 チェックアウトは10時で非常に厳格です。ハウスキーピングが時間通りにドアをノックし、1時間あたり25ドルの追加料金を払わない限り遅れることはできません。私は追加料金を支払いました。 このホテルは早寝早起きの登山・ハイキング愛好家やアウトドア派の人に適しており、快適さよりも自然体験を重視する人向けです。

I stopped here just because I was tired of driving. There are a bunch of restaurants around and a supermarket, so in that sense, the location is good, but I don't think there is much interesting in the proximity. The room was great: very clean, spacious, the shower was clean and the towels smelled fresh. Even the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were very nice, not like the regular cheap stuff you get. So all in all a great place to have a rest.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is not very comfortable—too cramped, with a shower curtain that tends to cling when the water is running. In the women’s bathroom, I had to unfold the privacy screen to get dressed and fold it back afterward. There was no milk provided in the refrigerator, despite a sign in the kitchen stating otherwise. When we asked about it, two small cartons of milk were placed in the fridge for all guests, but they were used up that same day and not replenished. The kitchen entrance is on the opposite side of the house, so we had to walk around to access it, while the staff could enter directly from inside. Overall, not great value for the price.

We travelled to Taihape for one of my sisters funerals and upon waking up in the morning we discovered that there was no hot water in our room, or for that matter in the whole block of rooms. Because of this we weren't able to shower before leaving the hotel. The Owners/Managers were made aware of the situation and they discovered that the hot water cylinders for the block had ruptured. No alternative or compensation was offered. Very disappointing as we paid full price of $162 for our room for one night. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The manager was incredibly kind and friendly. The room condition was excellent; upon our evening arrival, the manager had thoughtfully pre-heated the room for us. The spacious bathroom, with safety bars for seniors/mobility impaired, was impressive. Our children enjoyed Netflix. Breakfast, served personally by the manager from 7:30 AM, was delicious, and the warm hospitality in the quaint dining area created a memorable experience for our family. Special thanks to the adorable Lucky and to the manager for these precious memories. We will definitely visit again.

Arrived into Whanganui and found the hotel easily. After checking in, very easily, we went to our room. Not sure how old the hotel is, but the hall way & guest lounge very 1920’s with modern touches - comfortable & elegant. Our room was another elegant room with lovely touches accenting the period of the property. Though looking “old” the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a corner whirlpool bath, as well as a shower too. We ate in the restaurant that evening & both of us had a lovely meal. Great stay & definitely recommend it.

Awesum quiet and very comfy bed !!! Bathroom a tad out of date but that’s being picky !!!!

Friendly reception. Great service. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Enjoyed our stay. So closed to our favourite park
