The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

全体的にとても良いリゾートでした。メインストリートに面しており、主要な観光スポットやナイトライフにも近いです。この通り沿いの特定の場所（レストランやクラウドナインビーチなど）までは、無料のトゥクトゥクサービスがあります。リゾートにはプライベートの小さなビーチもあります。ヴィラには扇風機とエアコンが備わっており、バスルームにはシャワーが2つあります。1つは室内、もう1つは屋外にあり、これは素敵です。ただし、シャワーヘッドは水垢取りが必要で、そうすればもっと快適なシャワーになるでしょう。 道路に近いヴィラはかなり騒がしいのでご注意ください。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、プールサイドで提供されます。 公式チェックイン時間の午後2時より前に到着し、たとえヴィラが準備できていたとしても、鍵を受け取るには追加料金を支払う必要があります。

The place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

Pros: Big rooms, newr town, clean room. Cons: noisy beside the street, water tank motor near our room which creates noise every hour. Bidet and flash of toilet broken. No generator in case there is brownout.

Stay here for two nights with my family.nice hote.l room is big and clean.i like the toilet nice shower .staff is really friendly.they welcome us with the big smile..alots of foods around and not far from the shopping centeri highly recommend this place .thanks guys for your good hospitality.

Good location. The room is ok, but have problem with water . For one night can accept

全体的に良いホテル、良い場所、スイミングプールとおいしい朝食。エアコンが機能します。しかし、ライトをオフにすることがよくあるので、絶対に動作しません。そして、私たちが定住したとき、私たちの部屋でシャワークレーンが壊れていることがわかりました。部屋を交換するとき、私たちは修理すると言うことを拒絶されました、もちろん、この言葉は保留されました、しかし修理の結果は満足のいくものではありません。
