個人経営で所有されている素晴らしい歴史的建造物です。実際には400年以上同じ家族が所有していますが、現在はヒルトン傘下のスモール ラグジュアリー ホテル マーケティング システムのメンバーです。隣接する庭園内にあるこの施設は、近くにあるサンタ クララ修道院（400m）とともに、それ自体が目的地となっています。一部の観光客にとってはそれだけで十分かもしれませんが、コインブラの中心部と主要な歴史地区までは徒歩約15分です。 アーサー ウェルズリー（別名ウェリントン子爵）はイベリア遠征中にこの地を訪れたことがあるので、きっと良い仲間が見つかるでしょう。 スタッフは素晴らしく、オーナーが厳選したスタッフであることは明らかです。私が到着した時（2月16日日曜日の夕方）の受付係は、シンガポール、バンコク、東京を含め、これまで訪れた中で最高でした。建物の歴史や以前の宿泊客（有名な、しかし今は亡き有名人なので、秘密は漏らしません）について話すのは本当に興味深かったです。前の宿泊者の話が気になる場合は、可能であれば本館の客室に宿泊することをお勧めします。スパはタイの最高水準を誇り、素晴らしいものでした。隣接するスパルームも同様に素晴らしいと思います。 総じて、期待をはるかに超える、まさに逸品でした。

私たちはアパート2.2に2泊しました-机とシングルベッドのある小さなオフィスルームのある1つのベッドルーム。場所は素晴らしく、旧市街エリアのメイン歩行者専用道路からすぐだったので、とても雰囲気があり、レストランに便利でした。チェックインはホテルオスロで、徒歩約4分なので、階段を上るなど荷物を持って数分歩く必要があります。また、アパートの建物にはエレベーターがないので、荷物を建物内の階段まで運ぶ必要があります。建物の前の通りまでUberやタクシーを呼ぶことができないと思います。非常に狭いので、これを念頭に置いてください。あなたが役に立つかもしれないアパートについて私が気づいた他のいくつかのマイナーな点: 狭い通りにある別の建物に直接面しているため、アパートは自然の日差しを受けません 洗濯機はありますが、乾燥機はありません。服を乾かすのに1日かかり、ラックはリビングルームに座っていました。 - アパートの設備が少し使い古され始めている

立地も良く、設備も充実しています（少し古いですが）。一番残念だったのは、受付係の一人（午前中の担当の方）の対応が全く丁寧ではなかったことです。

このホテルのコンセプトは独創的で楽しいものです。ただ泊まるだけでなく、体験そのものなのです。窓がないのはちょっと変かなと思いましたが、正直言って何も不満はありませんでした。立地も完璧です。 部屋は十分な広さで、ベッドは大変快適で、バスルームもかなり広かったです。床と壁が暗いため埃が目立ちましたが、全体的には清潔でした。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食も期待以上でした。コインブラでの滞在には最高の選択肢です。

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais.  The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University.  The facilities were fine.  My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it.  I missed that point in the reservation.  Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance.  We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in.  Once in, we were very well looked after.  Thanks so much to Mariannna!

ホテルは比較的清潔で、駅やコインブラ大学、市内中心部から近く、すべて徒歩圏内という立地が魅力です。以前はTivoliに数回宿泊しましたが、今回は別のホテルにしてみたら、設備は明らかに劣りました。でも、安いんですよね。部屋の広さはヨーロッパの標準くらいで、無料のペットボトル水はなかったと思います。立地が非常に魅力的なので、次もここに泊まるか非常に悩みます。

Little hotel by the road side. Parking is free but it’s opposite building. Can park the car in front of hotel to unload luggage first. Staff speaks English and friendly. Room has no free water and fridge. Bed is comfortable n firm enough. The location is close to some attractions. However the room facing road is very noisy even when staff told me is not. Motorcycle n people walking past rounding loudly can be heard even late at night. We had bad night sleep. A room facing inwards would be better!

The hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

The hotel reception was poor, no effort was made to inform us of the hotel’s amenities or location of the amenities. The port wine at the reception was on display but was never offered to us or the other guests. The cleaning staff were very friendly, congratulations. The heating unit was located outside near the window of the room and was surprisingly loud. The worst of all was a male guest using the sauna and steam room while completely *****! Shocking lack of hygiene!!!

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!
