‘Tradewinds’ is a charming fisherman’s’ cottage situated in Customs Court, just off the harbour. This area of Brixham was well known for its smugglers hatches and secret routes passing right under the nose of the old Customs Cottages housing the Customs Officers dating back some 300 years!The cottage is brimming with charm and character including historic sea charts, exposed stone walls and old beams. Tradewinds is a very light, bright and airy cottage built over four levels with two bedrooms (the master with.king size bed and second bedroom twin beds) both enjoying superb harbour and sea views.
