「サビハからメトロで1駅で行けるのが最高 宿泊料金も良い 一人で泊まるには、客室も、脱衣所も、シャワールームも広くって良かった インスタントコーヒーとカップの水が無料だったスリッパもあった 窓無しって書いてあったけど、ある部屋だった 亀が寝てて可愛かった めちゃ良かった」

「すべてが素晴らしく、食事も10/10でした。 初めて部屋にハマムがあり、嬉しい驚きでした。 交通の便も良く、中心部に近く、他のエリアへのアクセスも良好です。 静かで落ち着いた雰囲気です。 少し残念なのは、通りではなく隣の部屋からの音が部屋まで聞こえたことです。私たちの部屋では、隣の部屋の方がかなりうるさかったと思います。」

「ブルーモスク周辺には、このような家族経営のホテルが軒を連ねており、エリア全体に広がっています。しかし、内部の設備やサービスは大きく異なるため、ホテルの説明をよく確認することが重要です。（1）ほとんどのホテルにはエレベーターがなく、このホテルも例外ではありません。足腰の悪い方は注意が必要です。（2）いわゆるオーシャンビューの部屋は、実際には遠くに海が見える程度で、ほとんどは近くの屋根が見えます。（3）ホテルの配色はとても鮮やかですが、部屋の設備は簡素で、ベッドの質は悪く、マットレスの中央がへこんでいて、寝ていると滑り落ちそうになります。（4）バスルームの換気扇は飾りで全く機能せず、ドアを開けて寝室から換気する必要があります。一人で宿泊するなら問題ありませんが、二人だと気まずいでしょう。（5）サービススタッフは礼儀正しく、私たちの要望に応じて手伝ってくれるので、まずまずといったところです。」

「Good hotel location. Big and beautiful room. Though toilet size is small. Poor pressure from rain headshower and no place to hang showerhead above the head. No glass to put toothbrush. No proper place to put clean tower except at below sink which is near to the floor (kinda dirty to put it there). FYI, This hotel only has 1 lift and long queue time especially during breakfast time. Almost got kicked out of my room (standard room) and changed to economy room by Weingart management due to some events and prolly not enough room for them, eventhough I have booked way early, however, trip.com has assisted me to maintain my room after a long consultation. Big thumbs up by trip.com customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying at Karakoy area and wont be facing the same issue as above from their management.」

「Location is good. 10 minutes by foot from Havabus, 5 minutes away from İstiklâl. Hotel is not ready to be booked. It's newly built but renovation work is still on. From 9 am to evening a lot of noize and smells coming and it's not possible to stay in the room at all. At the morning some man came to my room to fix something. Nobody asked me if it was convenient for me or just inform me about that. I came to reception, because I stayed only for two nights, it's possible to repair something after my check out, and they should ask the guests if they need the room. Hasan at reception told that it was his hotel and he can do whatever he wants, he yelled at me, told that it's good that I have this room at all, it was upgraded. This is not a way to treat a guest or a girl. I stayed only because I have just one more night, otherwise I moved to other place same minute. Same day I asked not to clean my room, but housekeeping lady came into my room with her key even not knocking. Also she uses bad words speaking to the guests. Reception and breakfast is in other hotel named Unique something. Breakfast is OK, not too much, but still nice that it's included. I do not recommend to stay here. It's not safe due to anytime somebody can come to your room. And not comfortable because it's a lot of noize all the time. Reception Hasan shows no respect to the guests.」
