The Paradise Hill is located on the western coast of Koh Chang, next to many other hotels and restaurants. As with all locations here, you need a car or a motorbike to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whatever our request was. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and as far as I can tell, they all have a balcony big enough to sit on it comfortably. Breakfast was very good, a lot of Asian food, though. For me that's perfectly ok, but I know not all western tourists like that. But then again, you also have toast, eggs, sausages and corn flakes. Next to the hotel is a huge pool area, with sliders and stuff, a paradise for kids for sure. If I ever go visit Koh Chang again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

We’re back to The Splash Koh Chang again with our family. In this year we’re here in low season time, strong rainy all the day ,we still love it. But on next day it was stop and sunshine ,The sliders was fun and exciting , room was clean, and very nice staff.

ホテルは大きく、プールが 2 つまたは 3 つあります。ホテル全体は本館と補助館の2つに分かれており、補助館は道路を挟んで向かい側にあり、プールルームと呼ばれています。ホテルを予約した友人は、プールルームは実際にはホテルの反対側にあり、ホテル内ではないことに注意してください。全体的に設備が古く、部屋によっては臭いが気になるところもありました。全体的な雰囲気は非常に平均的です。ビーチはプライベートビーチではありません。遅く到着した場合は、ホテルのビーチベンチに座る必要があります。お子様連れには適していると思いますが、カップルにはあま​​りお勧めしません。

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. OK why am I giving 3 and not a 5 star rate, for a couple of key points, but let's start with a positive points. Great location, and beautiful property, nice pool (although at the time we visited the pool was green it didn't bother us but it might bother you) and facilities. Nice breakfast, good happy hour. Nice rooms with great balconies. Now into the details that I didn't like. - The room wasn't well clean, since day 1, even when we checked in we didn't have towels and had to wait couple of hours to get towels and after requesting several times. We also noticed that all floors had different cleaning staff, maybe we weren't lucky, we were on the room 233. - Poor and old amenities in the room. We had a super old shower cap in the room with hairs, really unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, and that was it for amenities, and the tray their were supposed to be displayed was dirty with hairs and dust. - somehow the room was missing something, maybe the cleaning part, because it missed the wow factor that it could have. - the hotel promotes tours with elephant riding which in my opinion is BIG NO and unacceptable. - the egg station in the breakfast was working in a strange way, if you wanted a fired egg they had already several done and in a super odd shape, not natural. I don't understand why to have egg station if you don't preper them fresh. - the staff in the reception was not costumer service mind or service minded, maybe they need a workshop for all staff members in this hotel, maybe it's a management problem or still covid recovery problem. I don't know this hotel has such a great potential maybe it's the best hotel in the island and some details are missing. Another annoying point, but this is not the hotels fault is just a warning, so much people taking Instagram pictures everywhere, to the point that it's annoying. People are not experiencing the place instead they are taking pictures to post online, and it kills the vibe. I hope someone reads it and it creates an impact in how this hotel is managed, spec3the cleaning and attention to detail. Would I return yes, again I believe that this is one of the best hotels in the island. This is not a complain althout it might sound, it's more notes for improvement. Hope next time I can give a 5 star rating.

Sehr schönes Hotel, stellenweise leider etwas abgewohnt, aber trotzdem noch ganz schön. Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt am angrenzenden Fluss, was von der Lage her schön war, jedoch von Innen sehr Standard eingerichtet und ziemlich abgewohnt war. Zudem war es ganz leicht schräg. Aber das hält sich in Grenzen, darüber kann man hinweg sehen. Es gibt 2 schöne Pools in der Anlage mit ausreichend Liegeflächen. Zudem wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Boot Service zum Strand und zur den Fireflys angeboten. Wenn man Pech hat wartet man jedoch lange auf das Shuttle bis es einen wieder mit zurück nimmt oder man verpasst die Rückfahrt (18 Uhr), dann muss man ca. 25 min zu Fuß zurück gehen (Navi oder Ortskenntnisse nötig). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider nicht empfehlenswert, die Auswahl sehr klein und geschmacklich auch nicht so gut, dann lieber für kleines Geld auswärts frühstücken. Der Service an sich war völlig okay und sauber ist die Anlage auch. Von der Lage her ist ein Roller vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss, in 15-20 min Gehweg erreicht man auch das wichtigste. Das Wlan in den Zimmern ist okay, reicht für Netflix. Aber zum Arbeiten vllt. nicht so geeignet.

クット島、19年前に3回来ました。今回で4回目の旅行です。何度かこのホテルに宿泊しています。環境は言うことなしです。毎回プールルームに泊まって写真を撮りました。フィルターなしで、景色は本当に美しいです。部屋はリノベーションされていて以前よりきれいになっているはずですが、今回チェックインしたところ、寝具に虫がいるかどうかわかりません。これまでの滞在で虫に遭遇したことはありませんでした。今回は体にブツブツができました。翌日、とてもかゆみがありました。虫に刺されたのかな？なので、万が一に備えて使い捨てシーツや掛け布団カバーを持っていけば安心です！ ！それ以外には欠点はなく、ホテルには専用のビーチと架台（雨季には折りたたまれ、繁忙期には架台が展開されます）があり、特に美しいです。ハイシーズンには桟橋から海に飛び込むシュノーケリングが無料で体験でき、色とりどりの魚たちを見ることができてとても綺麗です！比較的コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです！レストラン🍴は海に面しているので、泊まったことがない方はぜひ行ってみてください！ ！今回は国慶節の連休で予約料金が少し高かったのですが、実はホテルの友人にも知り合いがいるのですが、今回は連絡が間に合わず…。

Ensemble de petits bungalows (certains familiaux avec 2 lits) agréables dans un superbe jardin parfaitement entretenu et au calme. Les bungalows donnant tous sur le jardin sont simples, pas immenses mais largement suffisants, et correctement équipés. Salle de bain extérieure agréable. Pour un long séjour, évitez les 3 premiers bungalows 14 15 16 situés à l'arrière du restaurant (moins agréables et pas de vue mer). Matelas corrects. Jolie plage autour du ponton privé, face au coucher de soleil. Petits déjeuners simples mais corrects et complets. Restaurant excellent, nous avons dîné plusieurs fois sur place et c'était vraiment très bon et à des prix vraiment corrects par rapport au reste de l'île ! Staff aux petits soins (notamment Bee !) Rapport qualité prix moyen pour l'hébergement, mais c'est désormais comme cela dans toutes les îles thaïlandaises et sur Koh Kood, Dusita resort est un super choix pour qui cherche un environnement calme et préservé.

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

A very beautiful hotel located right on the beachfront. Very relaxed vibe and very good staff except for the concierge. They were not very attentive and we had to follow up on queries many times before we got an answer. If I'm honest, we felt like we were being looked down upon. My guess is because we used a voucher bought off a third party off the internet( Valid voucher, no problems regarding using them). It wasn't serious but it was enough put us off a bit. Apart from that it was a good stay. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with alot of varieties and the room service/ restaurant in decently priced.

クット島、19年前に3回来ました。今回で4回目の旅行です。何度かこのホテルに宿泊しています。環境は言うことなしです。毎回プールルームに泊まって写真を撮りました。フィルターなしで、景色は本当に美しいです。部屋はリノベーションされていて以前よりきれいになっているはずですが、今回チェックインしたところ、寝具に虫がいるかどうかわかりません。これまでの滞在で虫に遭遇したことはありませんでした。今回は体にブツブツができました。翌日、とてもかゆみがありました。虫に刺されたのかな？なので、万が一に備えて使い捨てシーツや掛け布団カバーを持っていけば安心です！ ！それ以外には欠点はなく、ホテルには専用のビーチと架台（雨季には折りたたまれ、繁忙期には架台が展開されます）があり、特に美しいです。ハイシーズンには桟橋から海に飛び込むシュノーケリングが無料で体験でき、色とりどりの魚たちを見ることができてとても綺麗です！比較的コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです！レストラン🍴は海に面しているので、泊まったことがない方はぜひ行ってみてください！ ！今回は国慶節の連休で予約料金が少し高かったのですが、実はホテルの友人にも知り合いがいるのですが、今回は連絡が間に合わず…。

Ensemble de petits bungalows (certains familiaux avec 2 lits) agréables dans un superbe jardin parfaitement entretenu et au calme. Les bungalows donnant tous sur le jardin sont simples, pas immenses mais largement suffisants, et correctement équipés. Salle de bain extérieure agréable. Pour un long séjour, évitez les 3 premiers bungalows 14 15 16 situés à l'arrière du restaurant (moins agréables et pas de vue mer). Matelas corrects. Jolie plage autour du ponton privé, face au coucher de soleil. Petits déjeuners simples mais corrects et complets. Restaurant excellent, nous avons dîné plusieurs fois sur place et c'était vraiment très bon et à des prix vraiment corrects par rapport au reste de l'île ! Staff aux petits soins (notamment Bee !) Rapport qualité prix moyen pour l'hébergement, mais c'est désormais comme cela dans toutes les îles thaïlandaises et sur Koh Kood, Dusita resort est un super choix pour qui cherche un environnement calme et préservé.

Well, after a lot of searching we finally found a place on the beach, away from the bigger resort areas, within our budget, and overall, we weren't disappointed. The good The location is ideal. Right on a stretch of gorgeous sand with a shallow stretch of sea protected by a shelf of rocks a hundred metres offshore. With young kids, nothing could have been better. Crystal clear waters, clean beaches, and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were very welcoming, and the resort provides free masks and snorkels as well as skiffs for up to three people to paddle out over the shallow sea. There are plenty of fish to see so it's definitely worth taking advantage of these. There's a great collection of tables, sun loungers, swings, and hammocks for you to use, and most have umbrellas to protect you from the harsh May sun. It was incredibly hot at this time and I don't think we were quite prepared for that. The staff were very responsive when we asked for some things to be fixed in the room, such as a missing towel rail from the bathroom, an iced-up fridge, a broken remote control. and these are were resolved within a day or two. Perhaps the best thing about the resort is the restaurant and bar. The food was, we thought, exceptional value and of really good quality. My daughter couldn't eat enough of the spaghetti with pork and tomato and the spaghetti with bacon and chilli is excellent. Also good value is the barbecue set which we had for lunch at least twice. There's enough for 3 or 4 people with just one set. The bar is a great place to relax in the evening though I wish they were a bit more imaginative and varied with their happy hour cocktails. The not so good I've mentioned the problems with the fixtures and fittings in the room. What I find annoying is that guests need to tell staff that a towel rail has been removed, and that the fridge is so iced up as to be unusable. For the price, these things should be checked at least between guest bookings. The wooden laminate flooring in the bungalows has been pretty badly warped and there are gaps between the ends of the boards. This doesn't give a good first impression but perhaps the most annoying thing about the room was the design of the bathroom which seems to have been done by someone with no sense of what should go where. When you open the door to the bathroom, it brushes the side of the toilet seat, which inevitably means the toilet seat is constantly loose. Mad idea to put a toilet just inside a door. I don't think I've ever come across a design like that before. The shower location and the way it's attached to the wall means that anything near the sink gets totally soaked unless you want to remove the shower from the fitting and hold it while you shower. I think a bit of care and effort when designing the bathrooms would have paid off. But perhaps the worst thing of all is the breakfast. Considering the main restaurant food is pretty good, you'd expect breakfast to be along similar standa
