ドイツノルトライン＝ヴェストファーレン州で、プールのあるホテル

フレンドリーな受付。ホテルをアップグレードしてもらい、ライン川の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができました。夜には、素晴らしい景色、素敵な雰囲気、素敵なサービス、おいしいカクテルを楽しめる屋上バーを訪れてください。強くお勧めします。追加の肘掛け椅子とスツールを備えた広い客室です。とても快適なベッドと枕。朝食は1Aです。豊富なビーガンメニュー、牛乳の代替品、注文に応じてオムレツなど、あなたの心が望むものすべてが揃っています。ゴシップサンドイッチもありました。サービススタッフはとても気が利いていて、控えめです。私たちが最後にそこにいたのは間違いありません。

Mercure Duisburg is quite a good hotel. Especially for the price we paid for 4 people. The sleeper couch was comfortable for the kids and the bed for us was nice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (although we missed the bacon…). The swimming pool was actually nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect. The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC. There are nice shops as well. Parking was very reasonable. 12 euros for 24 hours.  Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat. They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there.  - there is only 1 lift. That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.  - the carpet could be changed. It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.  - the TV mainly had German channels. The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone. So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure. We would come back again.

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one.  Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given.  Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes.  I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!!  The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.

このホテルは川岸という絶好のロケーションを誇り、象徴的な教会を望む素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。特に夕暮れ時は格別です。ケルン中央駅に到着した場合、ホテルまでは橋を渡る必要がありますが、その分、静かで安全な環境という利点もあります。駅周辺は治安が悪く、犯罪が多いことで知られています。 ホテルのサービスは五つ星ホテルにふさわしく、スタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。客室は広々として明るく、清潔感にあふれています。客室の大型テレビはスマートフォンの画面をミラーリングできるので、快適な時間を過ごせます。朝食は心地よい雰囲気の中で、種類豊富な美味しい料理とともに提供されます。

部屋はそれほど広くなく、駅に非常に近いですが、スーパーマーケットからは少し離れているため、アパートに住むには不便です。一般的に、家族で海外旅行をする場合、アパートはコストパフォーマンスの高い選択肢となるはずですが、このアパートにはその利点が反映されていません。

私は非常にサービスをすることができます、私はもともとホテルを選び、私の誕生日を家族と祝うために熱を使用しました、私たちは早く来ましたが、それでも入ることができます。レストランでは、誕生日が近づいているのを見て、私たちは非常に早く友好的にサービスし、テーブルを設置することさえしました。全体的に、食べ物もとても良いです、そして熱意も面白いです。私たちは良い時間を過ごしました、ありがとうございました。 

Usually Crowne Plaza is quite a bit more modern and updated. Staff seems inexperienced and not trained for 4+ stars, somewhat rude and takes very long to check in… Rooms are size wise good, bathroom on the old side but clean. Overall I would recommend staying in Dusseldorf itself, as this is quite far for a city visit traveller.

ケルンにあるリスクルヒェンホテルは、地元の人々やドイツ国内からの旅行者も推薦するほど素晴らしい選択肢です。ロケーションは、チョコレート博物館から徒歩5～7分、ケルン大聖堂と中央駅からは約15分です。Krua Thaiという素晴らしいタイ料理店を含むレストランやバーへは徒歩圏内で、ローマ・ゲルマン博物館やホーエンツォレルン橋へも苦労なくアクセスできます。 リスクルヒェンの客室は快適ですが、一般的な4つ星ホテルに期待されるような特別なサービスはあまり期待しない方が良いでしょう。プールは十分な広さがあり、短い距離を泳ぐ際も子供たちが邪魔にならないほどだったので、大変助かりました（ただし、ジムにはがっかりする人がほとんどでしょう）。 オンラインチェックインは強くお勧めします。結局のところ、フロントでもオンラインでの手続きを求められるからです。リスクルヒェン ケルンには、環境に優しい素敵なキーカードも採用されています。 朝食は典型的なコンチネンタル式で品数は限られています（そのため、宿泊料金に含まれていない場合、25ユーロを支払う価値はないでしょう）。 総合的に見て、ケルンでの短期滞在には依然として素晴らしいホテルです。

美しい環境ですが、タクシーはほとんどありません

Newish Hotel, in a remote location, need a car to get around. The rooms have no climate control, needed to request a fan as it was hot and humid in room. The 'natural pool' was freezing and quite dirty to look at, pointless as not heated in Germany. For a chef hotel, breakfast was average, not consistent, one morning the eggs benedict were great, next morning, totally overcooked and unappealing, Pancakes were aweful. At dinner, service was also inconsistent, forgot the soup, brought it after a long time after main course, just didnt work. We also found it to be very inflexible for a small luxury boutique hotel - they only provided sparkling water in the room, when we asked to switch the bottle to still water, there was poor communication and a charge of 8 euro for the still water? tap water tasted pretty salty and did not want to use that in the coffee machine either. overall pretty average, would not return or recommend
