部屋は清潔で整頓されており、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗面台、キッチンシンクが備わっており、使い勝手が良いです。部屋には大きなベッドとソファがあり、広いバルコニーもあります。バルコニーでお茶を飲みながら景色を楽しむのも良いですね。 フロントのサービスは温かく、丁寧です。当初は翌日に部屋を変更したかったのですが、フロントとのやり取りの後、少し追加料金を支払って元の部屋に泊まりました（たまたま翌日に部屋が空いていました）。 ホテルはヨセミテ公園の南門から車で約25分の絶好のロケーションにあり、行き来にとても便利です。ホテルはオークハーストという小さな町にあり、近くにはスーパーマーケットが数軒と中華料理店が2軒あり、買い物や食事にとても便利です。

この体験に 3 つ星を付けた理由は次のとおりです。 まず、ホテルを予約したとき、Trip.com も The Aster, Los Angeles も、予約した日に屋上が閉鎖されているとは何も言及していませんでした。5 月 13 日と 14 日、私たちは 3 0 6 号室に宿泊しました。ホテルの写真には屋上があることと、そこにいる人々の写真がたくさん掲載されていることが示され、自慢していましたが、その日に利用できない場所は、ホテルの Web サイトや Trip.com のどこにも明らかにされていませんでした。Trip.com に問い合わせたところ、屋上のアメニティはパッケージに含まれていないと言われたようです。Trip.com って本当ですか? 屋上をアメニティとして記載する必要があります... わかりました。これは本当にひどい対応でした。写真を見て予約する人がいることは誰もが知っていますが、これは Trip.com のカスタマー サポート担当者からの非常にひどい対応でした。私たちは、このレビューのために意見を残すことにしました。 The Aster のスタッフは親切でしたが、Web サイトに空き状況がないことを見落としていたとは信じられません。このホテルは細部まで完璧でデザインも完璧です。人々がこのホテルを予約せずにどこか他の場所に行くのは明らかだったので、都合よく情報を省いたのだろうとしか思えません。チェックイン時にフロントの受付係にこのことを伝えました。彼女は、まあ、******** には書いてあると言いました。しかし、私たちは ******** ではなく、Trip.com で予約しました。そして、その具体的な詳細は明らかではありませんでした。7 月 1 日以降、政府は透明性に関して厳しくなり、ホテルは情報を記載しなければならないため、私たちはこの機会を逃しましたが、The Aster のようなホテルに責任を負わせるのは喜ばしいことです:-) また、水曜日にチェックアウトしたのですが、ホテルでは火災警報の訓練テストが約 10 分間続きました。私たちがホテルの Web サイトで予約したときに、別の小さな「不便」について言及し忘れていました。それは午前 10 時でした。それほどひどい状況ではありませんでしたが、言うまでもなく、予約プロセス中に情報を透明化しないことで、顧客が決定する余地を残しました。消防署や技術者が事前にスケジュールしていなかったわけではありません。 1. Trip.com で予約する場合は、必ず指定し、カスタマー サポートに電話して書面で確認してください。クリックベイトや写真は怪しく、信頼性に欠けるように見えます。 2. Trip.com は、どの部屋を希望するかを尋ねました。部屋を選ぶ際、私たちはシティビューのバルコニーを選びました。しかし、代わりにプールサイドビューの部屋に案内されました。悪くはなかったのですが、Trip.com が The Aster に送った予約の詳細にはそれがありませんでした。婚約者は結局プールサイドビューでいいと言ってくれましたが、Trip.com 経由の予約の詳細には記載されているべきでした。ですから、Trip.com で予約する場合は、この点を必ず確認し、事前にホテルに電話してください。 最後に、内装、係員、そして全体的にサービス担当者はとても親切で思いやりがありました。私たちは彼らに 5 つ星を付けます。

Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

No.1ホテルは、近年出現し始めた新しい5つ星ホテルである必要がありますか?ホテルはオリジナルのエコデザインにインスパイアされており、ロビーと部屋の装飾には丸太がたくさん使用されており、とても興味深いです。場所はとても良いです、ホテルは丘の中腹にあり、ホテルの大きなテラスは街全体を見渡せます、LAの夕方は美しいです～私は西ハオライハウスが少年の町～虹の旗であることを知るためにここに住んでいます。ハハハ近くで美味しくて楽しいです。街にホームレスがたくさんいるのとは異なり、5日間滞在しましたが、全体的な感じはまだ非常に快適です～ああ、ホテルの朝食はとても良いです、私はほとんどメニューのすべてのメインディッシュを試しました、雷はありません、ジュースも素晴らしいです、ホテルはカリフォルニアの季節の果物を使用しています、住むならぜひ試してみてください。コーヒーとお茶は言葉では言い表せない、良くない...他のスロットもあります。たとえば、清掃員が冷蔵庫をチェックしなかった場合、冷蔵庫には最後のゲストが残した未完成の飲み物があります...ホテルは非常に新しいですが、メンテナンスはあまり良くありません、カーペットはすでに大きな汚れを持っています...フロントデスクにはサービスエコロジーがあります非常に貧しい...また、LAホテルの従業員の集団ストライキに追いつき、サービスは追いつかなかった。

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Never had to write this bad of a review. Terrible experience for the what I spent on. First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.

場所は素晴らしいです。徒歩圏内にたくさんの良いレストラン、バー、ショップがあり、パームスプリングスの街は基本的にフラットなので、歩きやすいです!私はホテルのロットに駐車し、行きたいところを歩きました。ホテルにはレストランやバーはありませんが、予約したときにこれを知っていたので問題ありません。彼らは小さなカンティナタイプの部屋を持っています。スナック、いくつかのサンドイッチ、飲み物、コーヒーなど、氷の機械をどこでも購入できます。サービスはとても良く、すべての従業員が親切でフレンドリーでした。私の部屋は非常に清潔で、大きなバスルーム付きの大きさでした。部屋の場所も良好で、プール近くの1階で、公園のような中庭が見られます。プールは広くて混んでいて(土曜日の午後に着いた)みんな楽しそうでした。プールの清掃を終えてすぐ次の朝にディップをとりましたし、そこだけのもので、最高でした!パームマウンテンリゾートに必ずまた泊まります。
