Bbm998I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

ゲゲストGood location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel.

DDale StrackHotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

匿匿名ユーザーExcellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen.
I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

KKurzaIt’s great combination of price and quality. We like: 1) very quite rooms for nice sleep and 100% noise free despite location next to highway, 2) good hot water, which can be a problem in the country, but not in this hotel, 3) breakfast, which is not big, but has everything you need (check pictures), 4) friendly reception. Only problem was an elevator in the hotel (actually both elevators were problem), which wasn’t solved while our stay. Nice place!

MMarieHGWe love that the place is just a 10-minute walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel and more quiet than the city center. It also has a swimming pool. Room is ok for the price (seems like most hotels are expensive in this city). Parking is not free. Overall, I would recommend the place.

JJesijeホテルは良いです、部屋はきれいです、ハウスキーピングスタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食はおいしいです。しかし、キッチン付きの部屋を予約しましたが、ナイフ、カッティングボード、鍋などの調理器具はありませんでした。料理用のナイフを頼んだところ、代わりに肉切りナイフをもらいました。

Eestefania castilloThis place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it
