ホテルの場所は素晴らしく、ホテルはきちんとしていて清潔で、スタッフは常にフレンドリーで親切で、朝食は非常に素晴らしかったです。 しかし： 電気自動車を充電する場合、ブロック料金が請求されますが、これについてはどこにも記載されていませんでした。ホテルでは駐車スペース料金も請求します。これは公平性と透明性に対する私の期待を満たしません。

とても素敵で清潔なホテル。温泉もとても素晴らしく、静かでリラックスできました。 日常生活から抜け出して、体と心に良いことをしたいなら、ここは最適な場所です。 唯一苦情を言わなければならないのは、部屋がとても暖かくて湿気が多かったので、夜中に汗だくで目が覚めることがよくあったことです。残念ながら換気のみでエアコンはありません。快適な睡眠には18度が絶対に必要な私たちにとって、それは何でもありませんでした。しかし、それは好みの問題でもあります。

– Extremely Disappointed with My Stay I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after a recent stay at Mercury Hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in years. 1. Room Condition – Far from What Was Advertised The photos on the website looked great, but the reality was shocking. The room was small, outdated, and poorly cleaned. 2. Customer Service – Cold and Unhelpful The front desk staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I ask for water they didnt give. 3. Breakfast It was included in the stay but it was really poor.

Das Hotel war super und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Der Service war super zuvorkommend und auch für unser Kind war ein Beistellbett parat mit kleinen Spielsachen. Auch das Frühstück ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. In die Stadt waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Perfekte Lage.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder dort übernachtet.

Great location next to the train station. Check-In was a bit of a mess. Seems the reception guys has not much experience and didn't explain anything. But the hotel room is really nice with a decent kitchen area. Pool and gym in the basement are a bit small but totally fine considering the price. Room cleaning service comes twice a week.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

Unser Zimmer war auffallend groß, was sehr angenehm war. Die Bediensteten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wohlschmeckend. Dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist normal. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten, wie der undichte Brausschlauch, sind zu erwähnen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in das Hotel gehen, haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Parkgebühr, 12.-€ pro Nacht, ist etwas happig, zumal keine umgebenden Parkmöglichkeiten, die kostenfrei sind, vorhanden sind. Fazit ist jedoch, dass es ein guter Ort ist, den man weiterempfehlen kann und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als gut zu bewerten ist. M. u. D. O. (verreist im Sept./Okt. 25 für 5 Nächte)
