ホテルのスタッフ全員のサービスはとても良かったです。ウェイターはとても積極的にドアを開けてくれ、水を運んでくれ、衛生管理もしてくれました。ロビーの警備員はタクシーを呼ぶのにとても熱心で、私たちは言葉が話せませんが、彼は積極的に通訳や買い物を手伝ってくれました。ここ数日は忙しくて写真を撮る時間がありませんでしたが、良い経験になりました。朝食時に地元テレビ局の農業番組グループの仲間数人に会いました。彼らは私が中国出身であることを知っていたので、とても熱心に対応してくれました。彼らに感謝します。

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Lovely moderately priced property. Good airco, huge room, fridge in room ++, breakfast was very good, egg station, cornflakes (yes!), wide selection of local favorites. Service very very very good. Would go back. Now about the image, Velvita ‘topping’ was big at home growing up and it’s the choice of Vegans now (no bovine ever came close to this ‘food stuff’. Anyways, the Hitel is fine.

All staff behaviour is amazing. i highly suggest this hotel for coxs trip. Thanks
