Clean & Comfortable Hotel” I recently stayed at City Rise Hotel Miri and was very satisfied with my room. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Very recommended to others. That was my second time stay there and it is the best place to stay. But for my second time there are faulty lights at room 308, the rest is okay nice experience stay there and maybe LI HUA is my fav place to stay during my work travels. Thanks.

Super good and friendly front desk service! The hotel is quite new and very modern style! Near kuching waterfront and carpenter street! Walkable distance to eateries and restaurants! Definitely will revisit again!

Please check all rooms door lock regularly. My door lock was low in battery! It maade us quite frustrated while using the card with PIN Number. Anyway, our stay was pleasant.

I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces

全体的には良かったし、気に入っています。ただ、私の特別なリクエストはまったく受け取ってもらえませんでした!! 結婚式の装飾をリクエストしましたが、第三者はホテルにリクエストについて何も通知も更新もしませんでした。受付に聞いたところ、第三者は何も更新も通知もしていないと言われ、とても不満でした。ホテルはゲストからの特別なリクエストを確認できないか、確認する権限がありませんが、第三者はゲストからホテルへのリクエストを更新する必要があります。それを修正してください!
