喧騒から離れて静かに過ごしたいなら、この場所はぴったりかもしれません。ただし、目立った観光スポットから少し離れていることを気にしない方であれば、という条件付きです。とはいえ、完全に孤立しているわけではありません。ホテルのすぐ外にバス停があり、約15分から30分間隔でバスが運行しているので、移動はそれほど大変ではありません。 静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、ホテル内には素敵なバーがあり、タパスの種類も豊富で、夜のひとときを楽しく過ごせました。しかし、滞在中にいくつか残念な点もありました。部屋のテレビが全く映らなかったのです。リモコンの電池切れなのか、もっと深刻な問題なのかは分かりませんが、電源が入らず、とても残念でした。 朝食はきちんとしていて、エネルギー補給にはなりましたが、数日経つと少し単調に感じました。特にペストリーは少し期待外れで、パサパサしていて新鮮さに欠けていました。 全体的に見て、静けさを重視し、多少の孤立感に耐えられるなら良い場所です。交通の便も良く、リラックスできる拠点となりますが、改善の余地がある点もいくつかあります。徒歩約10分のところにコンビニエンスストアと食事のできるバーがあり、子供向けの遊び場は主に住宅街にあります。

このホテルは、スムーズな旅行体験を求める方に最適です。最大の利点は空港に非常に近いため、早朝便や深夜の到着にも最適です。 客室の清潔さと快適さに大変感銘を受けました。空港と主要高速道路のすぐ近くにあるにもかかわらず、ホテルは驚くほど静かで、ぐっすりと眠ることができます。レンタカーをご利用の方には、無料駐車場が大きなメリットです。 スムーズなチェックインから迅速なチェックアウトまで、サービスは一貫して効率的でプロフェッショナルでした。無料の朝食は、一日のエネルギーチャージに十分な、温かい料理と冷たい料理が豊富に用意されていました。 唯一の小さな不満は、近隣のホテ​​ルと比べて少し値段が高いように感じることです。しかし、その利便性、信頼性、そして無料駐車場などの特典を考えると、当然料金も妥当と言えるでしょう。 空港すぐそばで快適、静かで、手間のかからない滞在を重視するなら、このホテルはまさに理想的です。

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Simple rooms, but tidy, well kept and very affordable. The breakfast can be purchased from the front desk on the day for €8.5 per person.

El servicio de bar cierra a las 11 de la noche. Como debido a la ubicación en que está el hotel no siempre esfácil salir fuera a cenar alargar este servicio hasta las 12 de la noche se agradecería- El desayuno buffet está muy bien. Variedad, cantidad y calidad.

A good location, very close to the beach and town centre which was positive. Staff were helpful & lovely. The hotel appearance generally was good, however the room was very dated & basic. Bed quite hard & pillow had an odour. No AC but window open worked well enough. The bathroom was disappointing - leaking shower-head, black rim in toilet bowl, and no toiletries other than soap. Restaurant didn’t open at night until 8:30 so went elsewhere. Vending machine (half empty) available for drinks/snacks. For a solo traveller paying almost AUD$200 for 1 night it was not value for money.

ホテルは川沿いのエリアとグッゲンハイム美術館から徒歩約17分のところにあります。 隣にはGOikoとバーガーキングがあり、バー、ベーカリー、カフェもあります スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、必要に応じて荷物を預けられる荷物保管室もあります。 私の場合は駐車場を予約しましたが、周辺の駐車場は複雑で、緑/青/赤のゾーンなので、追加料金なしで契約した時間よりも長く車を駐車させてくれました...本当に素晴らしいです！ コストパフォーマンスが良い 5階の屋根裏部屋で、安全上の理由から窓は完全には開けられませんでした。ベッドは快適で、枕は1人につき1つしかありませんでした（これが唯一の欠点です） 各階に冷水/温水のろ過水を補充できる再利用可能なボトルが用意されており、すべてのゲストに無料の水が提供されます。 シャワー付きの広いバスルーム 優れた清掃

Hôtel pour transit, situé dans une zone commerciale peu attirante. Il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour un grand nombre de chambres. La chambre est très confortable et accueillante. Le problème s'est posé pour le petit déjeuner : si on ne veut prendre qu'un croissant (tout le monde ne nécessite pas un grand buffet pour son petit déjeuner), il faut payer 12€ et accéder au buffet. Alors que celui-ci est placé à quelques mètres, il est impossible au personnel du bar d'aller y chercher un croissant car ”c'est séparé”. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle absurdité. Nous n'avons pu prendre qu'un café dont le prix était d'ailleurs, très élevé. Le réceptionniste de nuit était particulièrement sympathique mais l'enregistrement a duré très longtemps alors que nous étions les seuls à arriver à ce moment.

観光のため3人部屋に宿泊。大きなダブルベッドと一つの簡易ベッド。簡易ベッドは縦幅が短めだったので，背が高い人は困るかもしれない。アメニティは充実しており、バス・スキンケア用品と、歯ブラシなどもあった。サステナビリティに関する記載もあった。部屋は新しく清潔。環境も静か。鉄道の駅、バルやレストランが多くあるエリアからは遠い。美術館やスタジアム、バスターミナルから近い。荷物預けも可能。ロビーにはくつろげる空間があり、飲み物や果物のサービスもあった。素晴らしかった。
