家族4人で2部屋で１泊しました。息子達が翌朝7:10のフライトのため、空港近くのこちらに決めました。 朝は、5時から10分おきにシャトルか出ますが、7人しか乗れず、4:55に並びましたが、2便目となりました。 朝食は無理で、まずまず充実していました。 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、必要なものは全て揃っています。

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

トイレ、風呂が共有だった。 そんな事書いてなかった。

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

Hotel muy céntrico y limpio, al lado de todos los bares de pintxos. Totalmente recomendado.

Están pintando las habitaciones y los pasillos. Nos dieron una habitación que desprendía un fuerte olor de pintura. En recepción nos atendieron amablemente y nos cambiaron a otra habitación (más grande que la anterior) pero igualmente seguía oliendo a pintura. Los pasillos estaban con cartones y restos de pintura. La ubicación del hotel es genial.

彼らはドアの写真を出すべきです。これは本当に拷問です。特に旅行中に疲れた人に着いたら、背中に20メートルの荷物があります。そして、彼は二階に上がるのに苦労しています。

去年バルセロナのSercotel Hotelに泊まりよかったので今回はサンセバスチャンのSercotel Hotelを選びました。場所はサンセバスチャンのバスターミナルからも歩いて行ける距離、そして観光にも便利で旧市街までも歩いて10分くらいの場所でとても便利でした。(コンチャ湾もすぐ！朝早起きしてウォーキングにも最適) 大通りに面していないので静かです。ホテルは建物が古いので仕方がありませんが、隣の部屋のドアを開ける音、足音などは結構響きました。あと床も傾いていました(笑) 部屋自体はキレイに掃除はされていて快適に過ごすことができました。　　無料のペットボトルの水、アメニティー(歯ブラシ、ガウン、ブラシ、スリッパなど)はなかったです。　シャワーのお湯、水圧などはよかったです。バスタブのお湯はりもすぐにできました。　朝食は食べませんでしたが14€ぐらいで当日でも食べれるようでした。　またサンセバスチャンに来た時にはリピしたいホテルです。
