イギリススターリングの3つ星ホテル

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

私たちはカップルで、ダブルルームを予約しましたが、2つのシングルルームを与えました。私たちが部屋に入ったときにのみ知りました。レセプションに戻り、ダブルの予約を見せましたが、空室がないことを知りました。驚き(失望)で見つけ、明確にするためにレセプションに戻る必要がないよりも、チェックイン中にこれを明確にしていたら、私たちは感謝していたでしょう。

Comfortable stay, hotel a bit dated but clean and functional, staff mainly friendly, issues at breakfast with staff working really hard but not able to keep up with food replenishment, told by manager to use a paper cup as no clean cups available, had to ask twice for coffee machine to be filled with milk. Reasonable choice of breakfast items, unfortunately no pastries though. Good amount of free parking available, staff clearing and cleaning tables friendly and hardworking.

部屋は広くて清潔で、フロントデスクのレセプションは快適で親切でした。ホテルのラウンジとダイニングエリアは広くて明るいです。装飾はドラムで、醜いカーペットと壁紙を至る所で広く使用しました。 奇妙なシャワー混合弁の配置により、シャワーを浴びるとバスタブが急速に充填されます。ピボットガラスシャワードア/デフレクターの配置により、シャワースプレーがバスルームの床に終わるのを防ぐことは困難でした。バスルームのドアにはプライバシー用の適切なハンドル/ラッチ/ロックがなく、磁石で閉じただけでした。駐車場を見つけることはホラーストーリーでした。すべての定期的なスポットが撮影され、残されたのは完全に混乱でした。他の人は、ドライブに沿って、芝生など、どこにでもスポットを見つけることができる場所に即興で駐車しました... Wi-Fiは、全体の滞在中は機能しませんでした。レセプションスタッフは、ルータが「過負荷」になりそうだと指摘しました。彼らはルータをリセットしましたが、役に立たなかった。部屋にも物理的なLANドロップはありませんでした。 私たちは、最初は存在しなかった朝食に20ポンドを支払った(ビュッフェスタイル - ほとんど空から空の暖房)。私たちが食事エリアに入ったとき、人はほとんどいませんでしたが、汚れた皿、カトラリーなどで覆われた...ほとんどのテーブル...延長された待ちの食べ物が流れ出しました。その間に、私たちはコーヒー(インスタントコーヒーは大量に作られました)を検索しなければなりませんでした。実際の食品は一度登場しても大丈夫でしたが、多くのアイテムはプリパッケージのアイテムを再加熱し、ほとんどヒーシー(フルーツ、プレーンヨーグルトなど...)オプションはありませんでした。

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.

アランパークでの滞在が本当に大好きでした。とても素敵な居心地の良いホミーの場所。必要なものがすべて揃った非常に広とした部屋、スタッフは本当に親切でフレンドリーで、暖炉のある居心地の良いラウンジルームです。私が提案する唯一のことは、タオル用のバスルームのドアのフックです。将来ここに滞在したいと思いますし、誰にでも強くお勧めします。

We received such a warm welcome and friendly service. The room was clean, warm and contained more than what we expected. The hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcome and provide us with everything we needed. I would recommend to all travellers.

Nice pub and rooms, ideal stopping off point travelling up north near Stirling. The restaurant is good, with reasonably priced classic pub food and selection of beers. Unfortunately we left too early to have the full Scottish breakfast which was included.

Superb hotel always stay here when visiting my son the rooms are spacious and clean ...the Scottish breakfast is delicious

This hotel gives serious ”just got married” vibes. Stunning decor, luxury coated in pure style and the service and food in the restaurant is fantastic. Worth every penny
