The good thing is nearby Tunjungan mall only took 10 minutes walk and also the breakfast with more variety and selection. Room cleanliness need to improve.

立地の良い良いホテル しかし、オンライン配達で食べ物を持ち込むのを手伝ってくれる他のホテルとは違い、このホテルはまったく気にかけておらず、入浴中でも外に出て食べ物を取る必要があり、宅配業者が受付や警備員に食べ物を渡すことを許可してくれません

The location was very good. The hotel is quite clean, but the facilities are limited to basic necessities. The food was okay. The service of the staff is very good. I think overall it's worth the price.

Overall good but few things been noticed : 1. The carpet at the corridor of the level is too dusty & dirty ( need immediate cleaning ). 2. There is no sign for Don't disturb or clean my room. 3. Before towels are kept inside the bathroom, please check if they are ok or torn in the middle. 4. Hotel Staff specially at the reception must keep some Tour & Travels number if they don't provide such services to ease the trouble. Rest were all ok... I really like the breakfast.. many options

ホテルのロケーションは最高です！スラバヤ中心部で最も混雑する歩行者専用道路であるジャラン・トゥンジュンガン地区にあり、通りの向かいにはインドネシアで2番目に大きいショッピングモールであるトゥンジュンガン・プラザ・モールがあります！ ホテル自体はまあまあでした。12階だったので、とても美しい景色が楽しめました。ベッドは快適で、枕とテレビも良く、カーペットは清潔でした。エアコンは最初は冷えませんでしたが、スタッフを呼ぶと直してくれました。しかし、バスルームの壁はそれほど清潔ではなく、シャワーは天井まで水漏れしていました。アメニティはまあまあで、冷蔵庫の棚はありましたが、中には冷蔵庫がありませんでした🤣。部屋の値段とホテルのブランドであるスイス・ベリンが有名なので、正直、もっと良いものを期待していました。 朝食は美味しく、食事の選択肢もまともで、味も良かったです。 地下室もありましたが、小さかったと思います。そのため、ホテルの横の空き地に駐車しなければなりませんでした。とても暑かったですが、警備員が場所を守っていました。 しかし、全体的に立地は良く、かなり快適でした。

ここに滞在するのは初めてですが、エンボンマラン以外のホテルには泊まったことがあります。他の支店と比べて、ケドゥンサリのこのホテルがとても気に入りました。フロントオフィスから警備員、バンケットスタッフに至るまでのホスピタリティ、ホテルは素晴らしく、部屋はモダンで窓があり、無料の朝食は非常に充実していて美味しく、4〜5つ星ホテルに劣りません。エアコンが涼しかったのでよく眠れました。とてもお勧めです。市内中心部に用事がある場合は、ぜひまたここに滞在してください。

ほぼ国内エクスプレスホテルレベルのホテル環境が良く、朝食も種類が豊富です。 周囲に食べるところはあまりありませんが、ショッピングモールまでは徒歩10分、コンビニも5分以内にあり、全体的にはとても便利です。

The hotel was great with an affordable price. The service was excellence and staffs are nice and helepful. Located in front of Pasar Atom Mall so we can easily go for shopping and eating. It's a really recommended hotel to stay in Surabaya

ホテルはスラバヤの中心部にあります。ホテルの近くには大きなショッピングモールがあります。ホテルまでは歩いて10分ほどです。翌朝のホテルのビュッフェ式朝食もとても美味しかったです。また泊まります。次回。

This in the only one choice when ever I need to stay in Surabaya. Staff are very kind. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is so nice.. there are conference room though I habn't use it. on the ground floor, in front of reception, there are fredges selling drinks, ice cream in very reason price. night shift girl in reception is particulary sweet and helpful.
