私はとてもがっかりしました。両親と孫のために部屋を予約しました。バルコニー付きの24m2と書かれた部屋を予約しました。私は以前そこに滞在したことがあります。そのため、広とした部屋になるはずだと知っています。しかし、彼らは「グランドデラックス」ではなく名前のためだけに詳細に言及していない17平方メートルの小さな部屋しか手に入れませんが、「デラックス価格」よりも多くを支払いました。ホテルで直接「グランドデラックス」の公開料金と同じ価格。そして、Tripの部屋の選択には「グランドデラックス」はありません。スペースがないため、エキストラベッドをリクエストすることはできません。また、朝食を2人の子供を持つ大人1人はまだ追加料金を要求します。私はこの規則を知っていますが、残念な部屋の高値を過ぎた後、支払いは不公平だと感じました。

Very unique accommodation but it's quite far from the parking area to the receptionist counter which around 200meter. I need to carry my own luggage from the parking area. No hotel staff entertained or welcome me. This hotel not suitable if you travel with old folks. Some of the architecture was run down. The top room not suitable for many people as the ladder very stiff.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the charm of Bukittinggi. The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the mornings. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery in Bukittinggi.

The hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking, Breakfast is OK. Service is great. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.

Hotel bersih nyaman,lokasi strategis jauh dari hiruk pikuk,pelayanan juga bagus ramah,fasilitas sesuai harga,ada balkon kamar luas pokok nya rekomen lh,parkiran luas untuk kmr mandi perlu di tambahkan wastafel

The room is small, not really clean. By the time i step into the room, the floor is dusty, the lamp is full of dust. Believe more than a year the lamp is not being wiped. The air-conditioning is poor, adjusted to 16 Celsius yet cant feel the cold at old. The bathroom water pressure is so weak, u are showering under a low water pressure condition. Highly not recommended!

Bed was really Comfy, bathroom was dirty and they have to Change the Toilette Seat that was old.location was great. Breakfast was Bad.

パダンはスマトラ島西海岸の沿岸都市です。 ホテルは清潔で、パダンで最も高い建物の一つと言えるでしょう。屋上からはパダン全体を見渡せる素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 小さなプールがあり、運動したり、水遊びをしたりできます。 それ以外にジムはありません。 朝食は普通で、特に印象に残るものではありませんでした。 ツインベッドは小さいですが、快適です。 バスルームはカプセルタイプで、私には少し狭かったです。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。
