外観は美しいのですが、内装は非常に古びた印象です。全体的に投資すれば、もっと良くなるでしょう。エコノミールームはまるで学生寮のようで、床はきしみ（最初は魅力的ですが、共用トイレを使う夜は騒音が気になります）、マットレスはへたっていて、ベッドサイドランプは壊れており、椅子は1脚しかなく、装飾もなく、天井照明もありません。エコノミールームを予約したことは承知していますが、これはあまりにも簡素な印象でした。初日の夜は午前1時半までパーティーが続いていました。宿泊客には事前に知らせるべきですし、宿泊施設としても機能しているなら、イベントはそんなに遅くまで行うべきではありません。修道院の見学ツアーが追加料金なのも残念です。これは簡単に宿泊客に無料で提供できるはずです。全体的に、この施設は宿泊客の体験に投資するよりも、利益を上げることに重点を置いているように感じます。大きな可能性を秘めているにもかかわらず、現状は期待外れです。

Good stay near Valkenberg station, but tight for early conference goers The hotel is conveniently located near Valkenberg station. My room was nice and clean. I especially liked the leather chair – it's soft but still firm enough to sit and work for long periods, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was good, even though the variety was somewhat limited. However, breakfast starts at 7:00 AM. Since I had a conference at MECC (about a 14-minute walk plus a 20-minute train ride), I had to rush every morning to get there on time. If you have an early start, just be aware of that. Overall, a pleasant stay if your schedule allows a bit more flexibility in the morning.

Great castle hotel in romantic surroundings during Christmas holidays ❄️🎄we has also our christmas dinner and breakfast included. Rooms are specious , clean. Shower is amazing designed. Definitely coming back. We're Dutch and Vietnamese . Great done Vaeshartelt 🇳🇱🇻🇳❤️

こんなホテルの部屋にしてはかなり高いです。 バスルームとトイレ付きの小さな部屋でした。 バスルームは全体的に歪んでいて、タオル掛けはネジから外れていました。シャワーは漆喰で汚れていて、塗り直した方が良いでしょう。ヘッドレストは壊れていて、革は剥がれていました。ベッドスプレッドも汚れていました。 玄関のドアノブは壊れていて、そこを通るときは服が破れないように注意が必要です。 こんな部屋にしてはかなり高いです。 朝食は一人当たり高めでしたが、美味しかったです。 スタッフは親切でした。 マーストリヒトの中心部に近いのが利点です。

Ideal location, right opposite the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful. Small room, coffee/tea making machine in room is not provided as standard (you have to pay for this) and also need to pay for water bottles in room. For one night stay it is manageable as shops are round the corner.

I choose this hotel because it is just 5 min walk from train station. And also very close to shopping and dining area. Check in is all automatic and is very easy. Room is big and clean the location makes it one of the best hotel for traveller

Nice modern Hotel, nice room and confortable bed. In the morning an essential continental breakfast was proposed. Very cordial staff. Just ine small suggestion: one small bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

Great location; walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff and appreciate the welcome snacks and lounge area with free coffee and tea. Definitely will stay again when on business trip again in the city.
