ゲゲストThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Tried sending a message but no quick reply. So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

ゲゲスト滞在中、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。4階建ての駐車場は十分な広さがあり、入り口からも近かったです。併設のショッピングモールでPRA（プラハ・ホテル・アソシエイツ）に用事があったのですが、とても便利でした。朝食はフィリピン料理と外国料理が絶妙に融合していて、オムレツステーションも最高でした。滞在を満喫し、また利用したいと思っています。

TTRT-TravelI had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Hotel Angeles and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. They were easy to approach whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently.
One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities.
The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit.
The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications.
Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Angeles City and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option.

ゲゲスト部屋をアップグレードして頂き、広くてとても清潔な部屋でした。ただ冷蔵庫がなく、ゴミ箱もありませんでした。(多分掃除後に置き忘れ)それ以外はとてもコスパのよいホテルだと思います。
レッドストリートのゴーゴーバーからお持ち帰りする場合はトライクでさくっと帰ると便利です。ゴーゴー嬢はフロント素通りできます。

MMhinji4月15日から16日までプライムアジアホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。
特にありがたかったのは、チェックイン時間の柔軟性です。通常のチェックイン時間は午後4時ですが、私たちは既に周辺地域にいて、幼児連れだったため、午後2時頃に到着しました。幸いにも快く対応していただき、おかげで旅行がスムーズに進みました。
スタッフの方々は常に温かく親切でした。廊下でもエレベーターでも、いつも笑顔で迎えてくださり、滞在中ずっと快適に過ごすことができました。
ホテルの設備も素晴らしかったです。ロビーには24時間営業のカフェがあり、屋上レストランも24時間営業でとても便利でした。プールも終日利用可能で、滞在中は混雑していなかったので、母と幼児は思う存分楽しむことができました。
部屋は広々としていて、設備も整っていました。リクエストしていなかったにもかかわらず、母のためにエキストラベッドを用意してくださっていました。温かいおしぼりなど、細やかな心遣いにも感謝しています。
YouTube Premiumが利用できたのも大変ありがたかったです。子供は子供向け番組をとても楽しんでいて、おかげで飽きずに過ごせました。
朝食ビュッフェも利用しましたが、期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。特にタパスとベーコンは絶品でした。
唯一気になったのは、駐車スペースが限られていたことです。
全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
