酒店的人員服務質量很好，但是房間裏面沒有提供牙刷等一次性用品需要自己提前準備早餐，7:00提供，但是不是非常的豐盛，整體來説離學校很近，去哪裡都很方便，可以免費寄存行李

It is a pretty old fashioned hotel but the location is pretty convenient. It is next to big malls: Galeria, and Platan. The staff are also very patient and helpful. We borrowed an adapter and the staff also helped me to change to a new room upon my request. Will stay here again when I visit Zabrze again.
