Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

良い値。延長滞在。ほとんどの場合、サインを邪魔しませんでした。部屋を掃除するために2回変更しましたが、誰も掃除しませんでした。余分なタオルなどのためにデスクマネージャーに行かなければなりませんでした。彼はまた、私が食べ物を入れたので、私のゴミ袋を交換するために来ました。彼は親切で謝罪しました。全体的に良い経験でした。

飛行機が遅れて空港で一泊することになったので、このホテルを選びました。部屋はかなり広く、アメニティも標準的で、朝食は種類は少なかったものの十分でした。ホテルのシャトルバスのピックアップ時間後に到着したため、地図上では比較的近そうだったので、機内持ち込み荷物を持って歩いて行きました。翌日の空港送迎が必要な場合は、前日にフロントで予約し、領収書を提示する必要があります。前日のチェックイン時に空港送迎の旨を伝えたのですが、ホテルのスタッフが領収書を渡し忘れてしまい、翌日のドライバーの乗車に苦労しました。

The staff at front desk for check in and check out were lovely! The breakfast was fabulous; the young gentleman taking care of the breakfast was fantastic at checking and restocking items. Rooms were quiet ! The hotel cleaning staff were so friendly and polite. Room was wonderful. The pool felt amazing after a hot day on the motorcycle. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so ! memorable

部屋は素晴らしかったし、ホテルからは空港へのシャトルバスが出ています。約100メートル先にはカジノがあり、中には麺屋も入っています。さらに15分ほど歩くと、他にもたくさんの飲食店があります。シカゴ・アウトレット・モールもすぐ近くで、タクシーで10分以内です。写真はメキシコ料理店の料理ですが、全然美味しくありませんでした🤣

3回住んでいた。大きな問題があるとは感じませんでした。満足です。それほどハイエンドではありませんが、そこにある必要があります。部屋とベッドは広いです。空港に近く、周辺のスーパーマーケットはとても便利です。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、よく食べて食べるには十分です。

沒有明白為啥評分那麼高。 酒店臨近高速，隔音超級差。 隔壁房間洗澡講話全都聽的清清楚楚！ 不會再來了。

滞在するのに悪い場所ではありません。快適なベッド、優れたホットタブルーム。部屋は少し時代遅れですが、文句を言うことはありません。全体的に素晴らしい経験に良い。

次の日朝6時のORD出発便ということで、こちらを利用しました。 市内からは、電車とバスに乗り継いで大きいキャリーを持ちながらではすこし大変でしたが、出発当日朝はマイクロで空港まで送ってくれたのでとっても便利でした。 空港までは車で10分程度なのですぐにつきました。 清潔感もあり、空港付近なので、早朝便の方にはおすすめです。

This was an incredible place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds/pillows are comfortable and best of all…the front desk staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating. They have a sense of humor and a spirit of helping in any way they can. We stayed here twice within two weeks and purposely came back again because of all of the above. We’ll definitely be back!
