The villa is the end terrace of six properties. It has a lovely large sun terrace overlooking the pool with views across the hills. The beautiful village of Polis with its pedestrianised restaurant area is about 15 minutes walk away. The unspoilt beach is about 2km away and the attractive Marina and seaside resort of Latchi which offers watersport activities is approx 5km.The house which is air conditioned throughout has two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC and washbasin. There is a further WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a beautiful lounge and dining area. The flat screen TV has a set top box which receives all UK Freeview channels plus some Sky ones. It also offers a 7 day catch up facility. A DVD/CD player is also provided. Notes:As is the case with much of Kato Paphos at the moment, there is construction of a residential building nearby, therefore there is potential for noise from time to time during working hours, however some days they do not work at all.The apartments are really well located, close to sandy beaches, Paphos harbour, cafes, restaurants the Mall and historic sites, so if there is a bit of noise during the day it is easy to avoid.Fresh bed linen and towels for use inside the apartment are provided ready for your arrival. The apartment enjoys a washing machine and airer for your convenience.Liquid hand soap is provided, together with toilet paper for the first few nights. Cleaning sprays for the apartment are available for you to use, should you wish. They are stored in one of the kitchen cabinets. Air conditioning/heating units are installed in the living room and bedroom. There is no additional charge for electricity therefore a/c and heating is provided on a fair use policy. A two hour timer switch is installed, which can be easily re-set as often as required, therefore guests can enjoy unrestricted use whilst inside the apartment. The apartment has 3-pin electrical sockets. There are 2 to 3 pin adaptor plugs in the apartment for you to use.The apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm and safety equipment such as a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit have been provided for emergency use.For the enhanced safety of guests, the block of apartments has exterior security cameras which remain on at all times.
