Overall, I would say the stay was not bad, but there were some issues with communication. I was woken up in the middle of the night by other guests and I’m not sure why there was no control over the noise, but this was quite disruptive. Another issue was the breakfast arrangement. Our package included breakfast (not we chose to have breakfast), but we were not given any reminder or clear information that the breakfast venue was located somewhere else. We only realised before checking out that we had missed breakfast for several days. We then had to discuss the matter with the staff, who agreed to provide breakfast for two days, although we had missed it for three days. The boy at the front desk was extremely helpful but not the lady. Only after we raised the issue were we asked to sign a check-in form stating that breakfast was included. I’m not sure if other guests experienced the same situation, but we felt that the communication and coordination could definitely have been better.

Lovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want. The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such. You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.

当初はユルトに宿泊する予定でしたが、夜間の気温がマイナス5℃まで下がったため、ホテルの方が親切にもより快適な部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。1部屋はクイーンサイズベッド、もう1部屋はシングルベッド3台が備え付けられていました。部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いており、バスルームにはビデなど、細やかな配慮が感じられました。全体的にとても快適な滞在で、スタッフの柔軟な対応と快適さへの配慮のおかげで、さらに素晴らしい体験となりました。強くお勧めします！

Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

プライベートルームに泊まりました。 部屋もとてもきれいでエアコンも良くなってよかったです。 地下1階のキッチンもスッキリしてトイレやシャワールームもスッキリと好きで共用トイレ、バスルームの使用に不便さが全くありませんでした。 宿泊施設のすぐ隣に24時マートがあり（カード可能）歩いて10分ほど出ると大型マートもあります。 一ヶ月住む旅行者に最高の宿泊施設のようだと思いました。 後でまた旅行するなら、無条件にここに来ます。

寮は広々としていて、スタッフも親切で、博物館やメイン広場にも近い便利な立地です。キッチンと浄水器があり、外にはかわいい猫たちが何匹かいます。

В целом, условия довольно хорошие, достаточно комфортно. Недостатки - душно в комнате и отсутствие туалетной бумаги в первой половине дня. У меня возникла ситуация, связанная с путаницей с завтраком, администраторы не проявили желания разобраться, перебивали, менталитет явно не клиентоориентированный, а советских времён. Было неприятно общаться, не было конструктивного диалога. Поэтому остался осадок от посещения не из-за потери денег, а из-за отношения.

このホステルは、共有ルームや個室を探している場合は、キッチンが良く、キッチン用品が完備されており、部屋は清潔で、トイレも共有されていますが、清潔に保ちます👍🏻

立地が非常によく、清潔でとてもよかった。 入場はわかりづらいが、他の人の口コミで番号を知って入った。ベッドは広く、他の人が動いても揺れないもので助かった。 また、こまめにシャワーに清掃が入ってるようでとてもよかった。これが1番嬉しかった。スタッフも親切。 ただ、他の客がうるさかった（ホテルは悪くない）のと、特に鍵などないのでセキュリティ面でどうなっているのか？はやや不安。

全体的にとても清潔でした！ワークスペースもあるし、キッチンもあります。お茶やコーヒーも好きな時に飲めますし、浄水器もあるので飲み水もいつでも飲めます。 利用してませんが洗濯機もあるので洗濯可能。靴を脱ぐスタイルなので中はとても清潔でした！
