The new annex building Terk opened on November 1, 2022 and is a two-storey building of 15 rooms, designed in a modern Provence style. All rooms at the Terk building offer views of Stolovaya Mount. The building is adjacent to the main building of the Armkhi, so all services will be nearby: cafe, medical services, spa, sauna, cable car and rental.
