The hotel doesn’t have much to offer except a place to sleep but the location you’re surrounded by a subway at McDonald’s, a Cracker Barrel, a Taco Bell and like five or six gas stations so even if you did want snacks they’re well within reach interstate access right next to it and the service sometimes it’s great sometimes less than to be desired but all in all it’s a good deal for

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

I wasn’t too pleased in the beginning because we get there at 5 in the morning a little after booking this room online exhausted and then the guy upfront tries to tell us that it’s a $40 up charge bc check in time is 3pm ok fine whatever not pleased. Then we get into our room and the curtains are stained and dirty the shower oh don’t even get me started. The water from the shower is so bipolar it was the worst shower I’ve ever taken it kept going from hot to cold in seconds back and forth. The pool was finally open for a change not too bad , breakfast wasn’t too bad either waffles were good. House keeping knocked then opened the door when we were sleepin I quickly got out of bad freaked out but told them we’re good night need towels but that’s it . I did notice that there was a hole in the bathroom door it looks like someone punched it oh also I’m pretty sure half the staff lives there .

良い場所

The hotel itself was fine, claim, roommate, decent price. But and there's a big BUT... SOMEONE A PART OF THE HOTEL STAFF AT THIS HOTEL WASPLAYING SOME TYPE OF ANNOYING GAME! SOMEONE AT THIS HOTEL, STALKING ME CONTINUOUSLY DEACTIVATED MY KEY CARD, MAKING SURE THAT I DON'T HAVE SMOOTH ACCESS TO MY BELONGINGS. THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY DAY, AND EVERY MORNING appx AROUND 930am. THEY DID THIS EVERY MORNING, EVERY DAY. IT WAS MILDLY ANNOYING, BUT IT WAS ALSO WEIRD TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE HYPER FOCUSED ON PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR KEY CARD. For THAT REASON ALONE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BECAUSE I WOULD HATE ANYONE GOING THROUGH THE ANNOYANCE OF A HOTEL STAFF MEMBER THAT IS STALKING YOU, AND DEACTIVATING YOUR KEY CARD EVERY MORNING.

We were greeted by a very friendly face and checked into our room, we were upgraded to a double room because the housekeeper was still in the room we booked “we were a little early”. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I had our own bed to ourselves to stretch out and watch television “ until bedtime
