「Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels.
When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge).
In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall).
After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI.
Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need.
Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room.
So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel.
At least weather was good.」

ゲストThe location is great, just a ten min walk from the beach, or a five min walk to get a ten min bus to Boscombe or Bournemouth (although these only go every half hour, seem to always be late and stop running by 6.30pm so plan carefully, or take a stress free taxi ride instead - just £6 to Boscombe).
The hotel is clean and tidy, but the reception staff I met were sullen and unhappy to help, the beds we had were awful (feel every spring, I padded it with two quilts to be able to sleep, luckily it was very hot so we didn’t need them) and unfortunately our window was broken so I couldn’t shut the noise of people entering/leaving the hotel directly below the window out. However, the man sent to try to fix the window was extremely polite and helpful, and respectful of my request to be really quiet and softly spoken around my autistic son who was trying to get to sleep. And he fixed the window.
Luckily we were only staying for one night, so despite the painful bed, I would come back for another cheap, brief stay.

ゲスト少しタワーに欠陥がありましたが、全体的には便利な立地で、私にとっては素晴らしい「お手頃価格の贅沢」でした。素敵な古いホテルで、屋外庭園を見渡せる美しいバーエリアがあります。快適なチェスターフィールドラウンジでは、時々ライブミュージックやダンスが楽しめます。廊下や階段は曲がりくねっています。そのため、部屋までは、角を曲がって奇妙な小さな廊下を抜け、階段を上る必要があるかもしれません。チェックインデスクを出る前に、この点を確認してください！多くの人が部屋を見つけるのに苦労していました。また、キーカードが正しくプログラムされておらず、デスクまで歩いて部屋まで戻らなければならなかったことが何度かありました。しかし、壁にカビが生えていたのを拭き取らなければならなかったことを除けば…全体的には滞在と立地に満足しました。Trip.comで1泊35ポンドというお得な料金で宿泊できたからです。さらに、窓なしの部屋（窓なしの部屋を販売するのは合法なのでしょうか？）から、開閉可能な窓とバスタブ付きの小さなダブルルームにアップグレードしてくれました。とても満足でした。部屋の清掃はありませんので、数日滞在する場合は、ハウスキーピングまたはフロントデスクに備品を頼む必要があります。
海岸沿いの散歩道を終えたこのホテルは、プールからバスで25分、電車で15分の場所にあります。ボーンマスのビーチ、遊歩道、桟橋のすぐそばにあり、バス路線5、M1、M2が運行しています。駅から5番のバスに乗ると、バースロード沿いの玄関から数メートルのところまで降りられます。海岸沿いの散歩道は、バースロードの頂上からスワネージ行きのバス50番が2ポンドで運行しています。サンドバンクスでのフェリー代も含まれており、その後、ダードル行きの別のバスに乗ることもできます。バスの時刻表を確認してください。シェルベイからサンドバンクスへのフェリーは無料で渡れますが、サンドバンクスからシェルベイへの直通便は1ポンドです。私はバーススパホテルからビーチ沿いの遊歩道に沿ってサンドバンクスまで歩きました。本当に気持ちの良い長い散歩でした。
ホテルでは、12ポンドで美味しいビュッフェ式朝食、（私が行った夜は）15ポンドで平均的な質のビュッフェ式ディナーを提供しています。美味しい料理が十分にあり、私にとっては行く価値がありました。混雑していない場合は食べ物の補充は終了し、品切れになってしまうので、早めに入店しましょう。美しい芝生と屋外のラウンジ エリアを見渡せる、素敵な雰囲気のダイニングです。ダイニング エリアのスタッフは本当に素敵で親切で、感じが良かったです。私はプールとホット タブは使用しませんでしたが、屋外の別のコンサバトリー エリアは素晴らしく見えました。スタッフの中には 5 つ星のサービスを提供する人もいましたが、バーの女性スタッフの 1 人は、私がワインについて尋ねたところ、ほとんど失礼でまったく役に立たず、さらに 2、3 質問するまで「わかりません」と答え、ドリンク リストを見せてくれませんでした。最後に、まるで私がその詳細を知っているべきだったかのように「はい、バーにあります」と答えました。他のスタッフは、数日滞在しましたが、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。ホテルは広大で、ちょっとウサギの巣穴のようです。案内された部屋の一つは 21 段の階段を上ったところでしたが、大きなスーツケースをそこまで運ぶのは無理だと言ったところ、彼女は問題なくエレベーターのある階に変更してくれました。ですから、これらの詳細を確認し、不満な点は受け入れないでください。そうでないと、彼らはできる限り物事を逃れようとします。自分の立場を貫きなさい。

AmmarAhmad選択を考えると、今日のパークインの経験の後、それは私の将来の英国旅行のリストから除外されています。英国以外の方が優れており、3つ星のプレミアインはこれから私の選択になります。
施設はかなり荒廃しており、アップグレードが必要です。バスルームの棚が壊れており、洗面台の冷たい蛇口の水圧が明らかです。きれいですが。しかし、条件のために部屋とバスルームはきれいに感じませんでした。
これらすべてにもかかわらず、ぐっすり眠りました。全体的に、私は滞在を楽しんでいませんでした、そして私が言ったようにそれは大丈夫でしたが、私はラディソンチェーンからもっと期待しました。

匿名ユーザー設備が充実した素敵なホテルです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧でした。部屋は清潔でベッドも快適でした。部屋には紅茶とコーヒーが用意されていました。
朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。
スパ施設も充実していて、素敵なプールもありました。

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint.
Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful!
Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room …
The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

RB28The location of the hotel is excellent.A short walk away from both Bournemouth beach and Boscombe beach. The staff were also very helpful. However the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Chipped cupboards, creaky bathroom shower doors. Also the towels provided weren't clean. In the heatwave they gave us fans, which hardly gave any cooling, unless you are seated 20cm from the fan. When we asked for another fan, they asked us to pick it up ourselves from the reception. Food order was only till 8pm, that to none on bank holiday Monday and information wasn't really provided beforehand. Breakfast was ok.
The view from our rooms was excellent but that's about it.
