The whole stay was good, first class stay , my Fiancé is in a wheelchair, the room was a great help designed to help with her disability, The Staff was helpful to make our stay great, would recommend the Grove Hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely had trouble booking has didn’t realise I needed photo ID to check in had had a PIN number but the receptionist wouldn’t accept that lucky for me I had a photo of my passport on my phone this needs to be made clear when booking 

Lovely place, perfect location! Loads of shops and places to eat. Close to the beach and people are super friendly

私は昨夜ヒースランドホテルに滞在し、ベッドは本当に快適で、寝具も快適で、羽毛布団は厚すぎず、バスルームはとても清潔で整頓されていましたが、レストランは小さかったので、最高の夜の睡眠をとりました閉鎖されたしかし、あなたは私がしたバーで食べ物を注文することができますフィッシュアンドチップスとエンドウ豆を食べましたが、魚はカリカリすぎましたが、価格には合理的でしたが、バーはとても静かでしたので、飲み物を部屋に持って行きました126と私は間違いなくその部屋を再び持っていくでしょう全体的に私は良い滞在と良い睡眠をしました

Booked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

First time at a Holiday inn. The staff very welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotless. 2 night stay and the included breakfast was top notch. Help yourself cooked breakfast. Large and very comfy bed, amenities were great. Double shower and toiletries all readily available. Decent beer as well. But just remember to take change if you're not paying by card as they don't have any. Looking forward to going back early next year.

Good location and cleanliness, sea view if you upgrade your room. Only the tv was not working, and bad at Sound insulation, cause I can hear others talking at night

日中は最高のロケーションですが、夜はそうでもありませんでした。少なくとも午前3時までは外の音がかなりうるさかったです。 ファミリールームを利用しましたが、とても快適でした。メインベッドルームは広々としていて、独立したベッドルームにはシングルベッドが2台ありました。ベッドは本当に快適でした。 ホテルでは朝食のみをビュッフェスタイルでいただきました。種類も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルの駐車場はあまり良くありませんでした。荷物を預けて、別の駐車場を探さなければなりませんでした。近くの駐車場はすべて満車で、BICでチアリーディングの大会が行われていたため、大変でした。 滞在はとても楽で、また利用したいと思います。

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.
