イギリスドーセットで、バーのあるホテル

The whole stay was good, first class stay , my Fiancé is in a wheelchair, the room was a great help designed to help with her disability, The Staff was helpful to make our stay great, would recommend the Grove Hotel to anyone.

Central location very close to the part, pier and beach, restaurants and cafes. The room s are smallish, We had a double bed to share with my son, was rather tight. Not much space around the bed either. But very clean, new and maintained very well. Would recommend for couples and business travellers . Families might want to find a bigger rooms or even self catering flats. Parking is extra. We used NCP across the road . It’s cheaper. We were charged to the card £1 upon check in. Very strange and not sure whether this would be refunded.

Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected.

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

清潔感とサービスは実はかなり良かったです。 しかし、部屋に入った途端、怒りがこみ上げてきました。2階の隅っこの席に通されたのですが、エレベーターがなく、スーツケースを運んで上まで行かなければなりませんでした。ファミリールームを予約していたのですが、ダブルルームでした。ホテル側は空室がないと言い、予約時にCtripで入力した情報が間違っていたため、エキストラベッドを追加して部屋を狭くしただけでした。しかし、バスルームは広々としていました。テーブルランプが倒れていて、かなり危なそうでした。 今回の旅行で一番寝心地が良かったのはベッドだけで、柔らかすぎませんでした。

非常に清潔で美しく整備された当ホテルは、居心地の良い雰囲気を醸し出しています。ビーチから徒歩わずか13分という便利な立地で、太陽と波を満喫できます。カスタマーサービスは抜群で、フレンドリーなスタッフが常にお客様のご要望にお応えし、快適なご滞在をお約束します。新鮮で風味豊かなバラエティ豊かな朝食は、一日を気持ちよくスタートさせるのにぴったりで、大変好評です。

Needs some improvement in cleanliness. The hot water jug wasn't clean. I haven't complained as I have not used it. All restaurants, bars and bus stands are within 10-20 mins walking distance. The location is quiet, but enjoyable. Recommend for staying with family.

これまでで最高のイギリスのホテル滞在の 1 つです。部屋は新しく改装され、上品で、高品質でよく考えられたインテリア装飾が施されていました。アメニティは一流で清潔でした。ホテル内のレストランは、倫理的に調達された食材を使ったおいしいメニューを提供しています。スタッフはとても親切で効率的でした。チームの皆さんに感謝します。

ホテルセレブリティでの滞在は最高でした。景色の素晴らしい場所に近く、広々とした素晴らしい客室を提供しています。私は246号室に宿泊しましたが、部屋はとても広々としていて清潔で、バスタブ付きの専用バスルームもありました。滞在はとても快適で、ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、お客様の質問に丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食にはベーコンやその他のベジタリアン料理が含まれていましたが、ベーコンとベジタリアン料理に使えるスプーンは1つだけで、交差汚染につながる可能性があり、ベーコンを食べない私にとっては致命的でした。しかし、交差汚染を防ぐために別のスプーンが用意されていれば、さらに素晴らしいものになったでしょう。全体的に、滞在と周辺環境は素晴らしく、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。休暇やレジャーでボーンマスを訪れるすべての人に、ホテルセレブリティを強くお勧めします。

We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good! Definitely will stay again .
