素晴らしい
LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

FfedericoHotel moderno con ampi spazi comuni e sale riunioni. Camera confortevole e letto comodo, unica pecca l'assenza di scaffali ed armadio di piccole dimensioni.
Colazione ottima con tanta possibilità di scelta. Personale attento. L'hotel ha avuto la piscina in rifacimento durante il soggiorno ed i servizi SPA erano garantiti presso un'altra struttura alberghiera nelle vicinanze, avrei preferito comunque esserne stato avvisato dall'agente o dall'hotel stesso al momento della prenotazione. La struttura è comunque valida.

JJamesthekatFunky hotel with its own cafe/bar for casual passers by. Downside was a noisy tram line outside - but with strong double glazing - you just need to close the window! Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

ゲゲストThe location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well.
We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too.
We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest.
The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products.
If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

予約時に市税を含む全額をクレジットカードで支払いました。支払った金額と市税を含む内訳は予約バウチャーに非常に明確に記載されています。しかし、それにもかかわらず、クレジットカードで支払った滞在費の全額である 600 ユーロ近くのデポジットを支払うよう求められました。尋ねてみると、私は研修生/レナに、クレジットカードで全額支払ったのになぜこんなにも高い金額を再度支払わなければならないのかと尋ねました。
レナはその後、別の女性受付係に、確保すべきデポジットについて確認しました。しかし、この女性受付係は、50 ユーロのデポジットを支払うように伝えましたが、私はそれには問題ありませんでした。しかし、彼女は失礼にも市税を支払う必要があると私に伝えました。私は彼女に支払い済みだと伝え、市税が支払われたことが明確にわかる予約バウチャーを見せました。しかし、彼女は失礼にも、その金額はユーロではなく他の通貨で請求されたと告げました。本気で、これを聞いたとき、私はこの女性受付係の「知性」に衝撃を受けました。彼女は「外貨相当額」とは何かについて教育を受ける必要があり、常識を持つ必要があります。私はこれに異議を唱え、予約バウチャーに明確に記載されていた市税を含む全額を支払ったと主張しました。レナは私に同意して、この女性受付係に、予約バウチャーには市税を含むすべての支払いが支払われたと確かに記載されていると繰り返し伝えました。その後、女性受付係は謝罪もせずに失礼にも立ち去りました。

ヨーロッパの基準では、このホテルの朝食は良いと思います。焼きすぎたベーコン、焼きすぎたソーセージ、ベイクドビーンズ、*などの温かい食べ物はほとんどありません。オムレツはおいしいです（シェフのおかげです！）。パンの種類がいくつかあり、良質のお茶の選択肢がたくさんあります。ジュースの種類は少ないです。コーヒーマシン。新鮮なハチミツの巣。
無料の水
3泊したのに、無料の水がゲストに1泊目だけ提供されるのは奇妙です。ヨーロッパでこのような経験をしたのは初めてです。ゲストは毎晩別の予約をしたほうがよいかもしれません。

ゲゲスト場所は鉄道駅や観光スポットから遠く、部屋は比較的広としていて、清潔で整頓されていて、設備が整っていて、チェックインとチェックアウトはセルフサービスです。ドイツ語と英語はあまり良くありません。少し面倒です。

ゲゲストホテルは全体的にとても清潔でした。電車とバスの乗り換えも非常にスムーズでした。スタッフはいつもとても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。
残念ながら、部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていました。フロントに報告したところ、5分以内に交換品が届けられましたが、品質が悪く、滞在中ずっと飲み物が冷えませんでした。これが最大の欠点の一つでした。
部屋に湯沸かしポットがなかったのも残念でした。良い点は、部屋に扇風機があり、暑い時期にはとても助かりました。
もう一つの欠点は、ホテルが現在改装工事中だったことです。午前中は作業員や機械の騒音がはっきりと聞こえました。エレベーターも一部運休で、1台しか動いていませんでした。
全体的に見て、個人的にはこのホテルを二度と選びません。この街にはもっと良い選択肢があるはずです。

ゲゲストベルリン中心部と空港に接続するSbahb駅の近くにあります。ホテルは中心部ではありませんが、アクセス可能な交通手段がございます。すぐ下にはLidlスーパーマーケットがあります。
唯一気に入らなかったのは、チェックイン時に騒音についてすべての顧客に通知する必要があることです。これほど多くの子供たちが廊下で叫び、ドアがバタンと閉まるのを聞くのは普通ではありません。部屋には、特にテレビ、隅、コンセントに埃があったため、掃除がそれほど徹底されていませんでした。
ただし、品質と価格を考えると、これがあなたが受け取るものです。

MMarina1403ホステルは中心部から離れたところにありますが、簡単にアクセスできます。ホステルの隣にトラムの停留所があります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、ホステルは広くて清潔です。安価なランドリーサービスがあります。朝食はかなり貧弱です。ホステルから数駅のところに大きな Lidl ストアがあります。基本的に、お金を考えれば良い選択肢ですが、マットレスが寝心地が悪いのと、部屋の音が聞こえにくいという欠点があります。
