イギリスランカシャーで、朝食のあるホテル

ブラックプールのベストウエスタンカールトンでの素晴らしい滞在。スタッフはこれ以上助けることができず、フロントデスクの女性はとてもフレンドリーでおしゃべりでした。彼らは私がベビーカー、幼児、そして2つのバッグを持っていて、一人でいることに気づいたとき、すぐに助けてくれました。 唯一の欠点は薄い壁でした。つまり、隣の部屋で午前4時の議論のすべての言葉を聞くことができました!

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and had no toilet roll or towels in. Tv didn’t work on the wifi or normal tv channels. There looks like there has been a leak and chunks of concrete were loose under the window-ledge. The positives were the Sea view and tower view from the room and the power in the shower was great. The room did also have a fan, an Iron and board, safe and hair dryer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park was fine for £7 and you could park until midnight on the day of check-out. The room in general was dated and in need of an uplift, but it was ok for a base for 1 night.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

全てが素晴らしかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、トラムの停留所の真向かいに位置し、寝室の窓からの眺めは素晴らしく、ベッドも快適でした。ただ一つ問題がありました。部屋だけを予約し、夕食はホテルで支払おうとしたのですが、その週は人数制限があり、夕食はホテルの外で食べなければなりませんでした。それ以外は特に問題もなく、また泊まりたいと思っています。

安さに見合った快適さ。

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

ノーブルック城は当時は豪華で高級だったに違いないが、悲しいことに今は悲しくて落ち込んでいる。しかし、良い点があるため、予約して選択したときにこれを知っていました。場所はバスとトラムが外に停車するので良いです。車を出して戻る場合は、スペースを見つけるための十分な駐車場があります。部屋は清潔な寝具とタオルで古い物件を掃除できる限りきれいでした。朝食は基本的ですが、再び満足のいくもので、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。この機会に、プールや娯楽施設を使用しませんでした。簡単に眠れる場所として、数泊するのに全体的に良い選択です

It was so great the staff was really helpful all times and hotel was also great overall it was so good specially mentioning staff they were so friendly so helpful and respectful love them. I would highly recommend this hotel and thanks to staff members🙏

ホテルと設備は素晴らしいのですが、到着時に2つの問題があり、少し残念でした。 まず、チェックインの手続きが非常に時間がかかりました（文字通り、私は障害者なので）。カードキーを受け取るのにかなり長い時間を待たされました。全く効率的ではありません。 次に、私は障害者手帳を持っているにもかかわらず、駐車料金として14ポンドの追加料金を請求されました。近くに代替駐車場もありませんでした。事実上、私の身体的な不自由さにつけ込んだと言えるでしょう。さらに悪いことに、予約に使用したウェブサイトでは10ポンドと表示されていたのです。 不満はさておき、ここは素晴らしい滞在先で、朝食も最高でした。
