Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people! Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

Fair & Honest.   Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).    Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers.  3) very friendly holiday makers hotel  4) location

ホテルと設備は素晴らしいのですが、到着時に2つの問題があり、少し残念でした。 まず、チェックインの手続きが非常に時間がかかりました（文字通り、私は障害者なので）。カードキーを受け取るのにかなり長い時間を待たされました。全く効率的ではありません。 次に、私は障害者手帳を持っているにもかかわらず、駐車料金として14ポンドの追加料金を請求されました。近くに代替駐車場もありませんでした。事実上、私の身体的な不自由さにつけ込んだと言えるでしょう。さらに悪いことに、予約に使用したウェブサイトでは10ポンドと表示されていたのです。 不満はさておき、ここは素晴らしい滞在先で、朝食も最高でした。

Just stayed at the president hotel blackpool Was originally booked in Tiffany's Who rang and cancelled our holiday with 7 days to go due to maintenance ( so they said )was fuming but back to review Hotel a little dated but staff were very friendly and attentive Very nice breakfast but with it been quieter no entertainment which was disappointing Good value for what we paid really Thanks xx

The hotel service was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

room 1-4 for delux is super small despite quiet corner it was noisy was not nade aware of spa facilities prior to arrivsl hence could not use it

last Visit to this Hotel was 45 years ago, some modernisation including new carpets nice touch, warm greetings from some staff, some just ignoor you , Had Breakfast one day was overpriced at £12 the lady runing the restaurnant was brilliant , kept an eye on everything topping up what needed to be topped up , problem with lift not going to all floors they say its due to waiting for a part, I visited a Liverpool Britannia Hotel they made same excuse for years, just get it sorted . On the trip website it says Breakfast between 7 and 9 , its now 8 and 10, also said No Children, after noticing some I asked at reception, they said that was only for a year a while ago . When booking I did ask as bein g a big person, could I have a Shower or Access room , it doid say only of available , but nothing done or said when booking, It was nice to visit the place again but sadly there are better hotels in Blackpool not much more money, so guess wont be Visiting again for anoher 45 years, some guets I spoke to hd to see 3 or 4rooms to find one that was clean and suitable

Very nice hotel and grounds, wish we could have stayed a bit longer and explored all of the facilities and surrounding area.

The hygiene is a bit poor. There are mold spots in the bathroom, and the table wasn’t properly cleaned—it had some sticky residue on it, though I’m not sure what it was. However, the staff had a good attitude.
