Very nice new hotel clean and amazing service from sabrina at the reception desk great location

Clean, comfortable and very nice staff (reception, restaurant and bar staff, gym staff and amanger) Thank you all again for making our stay comfortable snd experience great. It is perfect for relaxation and family

これは新しいホテルですが、スタッフは経験豊富で知識が豊富です。部屋はとてもモダンで、とてもよく設計されています。 5-starアメニティとNuxeトイレタリーで広として清潔。そしてベッドと枕... 😍😍😍 スパと施設はとてもきれいです。駐車場はゲストに利用可能で、エリアが非常に忙しいため、運転する場合は大きなプラスです。 モールに接続されていますが、独自の入り口もあります。徒歩圏内にたくさんのレストランやコーヒーショップがあります。 私はそれを強くお勧めします! 私は誕生日にそこに滞在しましたが、彼らは間違いなく私にとって非常に特別に作ってくれました。ケーキとチャンピオンのボトルさえもくれました。 ありがとう、私はすぐにまた会えることを願っています。

Great hotel that is right on the doorstep of the airport. Fabulous staff, free parking, great pool and facilities and the double room was superb. Thought the added suncream in the room was a great touch. The only dissapointment was the restaurant, overpriced and by far the worst meal we had in Albania but this shouldn't deter you from booking the hotel. 10/10 would reccomend 🙌

絶対に素敵なホテルと素晴らしいロケーションは十分に静かですが、すべての素晴らしいスポットに十分に近いです。マリオ、ティラなどのスタッフはみんな素晴らしかったです(私はそれを間違って綴っています)。プレミアムホテルを考えるとビーチエリアで少しがっかりし、ルームサービスへのアクセスがないことに驚きました。室内の冷蔵庫は、あまり冷却されていないワインクーラーのようなものなので、氷さえも得ることができませんでした。

ホテルのスタッフは、ホテルに到着した最初の瞬間からとても暖かくフレンドリーでした。彼らは私に無料のアップグレードを与え、私の部屋に連れて行ってくれました。 ホテル自体は素敵で、快適さのレベルは素晴らしいです。朝食はとても良かった、それはオムレツステーションさえあります。 アルバニアの海岸でリラックスした滞在をお探しの場合は、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Great hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut. It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone. The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.

It was a great location and easy to get from Tirana for a city followed by beach experience
