During our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly. One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. 酒店餐厅有一个服务员Shawn 怀疑对客户有歧视的问题 I am extremely disappointed with the discriminatory and disrespectful service from Shawn, the breakfast host. He refused to let us sit by the window just because we are Asian. When I spoke not-so-good English, he gave me a contemptuous smile. Even though we pre-booked window seats the next day, he still deliberately arranged the worst corner seat for us. This is obvious racial discrimination and totally unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes serious action.

是墨爾本一對中年夫妻十幾年前買下來，陸續裝修了三年，所以很新很乾凈 設施：毛巾、床品都是澳洲本土品牌很舒服，裝修的很現代 衞生：打掃乾淨，提前幫你開好空調 環境：對面就是風景，升級了門口的房型anderson ，窗口能看到碼頭很多人跳水，附近走走就是最有名的龍蝦店 服務：早餐夫妻在非常現代化的廚房幫你準備，也很健談，入住送了牛奶和巧克力，如果到的早可以電話給他們，這裏的治安，大門不鎖，直接打電話得到同意就進去了，很推薦，住兩晚更好
