This hotel is basically met our expectations, eventhough we didn’t try all the amenities but staying at the hotel with city view is amazing, staff were great and breakfast also good and so far met the intercontinental standard, sure will return again

ボゴール・プンチャック地区で最高の高級ファミリーホテル... プルマン ヴィマラでの滞在は素晴らしい体験です。子供たちは大喜びです。ホテル内にはたくさんの施設やイベントがあります。障害者に優しく、家族連れにも優しい...スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。朝食は美味しくて種類も豊富です。マッドカウステーキは大満足です。 高級とは「メンダン メンディング」がないことです。全体的に見て、とても価値があります。 提案: 特に初めての訪問者やよく訪れる訪問者にとって、もっとわかりやすく、わかりやすい道が必要です。各階、交差点、施設に標識や地図、あるいはテレビモニターやインターホンを設置してください。 各階の廊下に激しい雨や強風が入らないように、道沿いにもっと長いキャノピーが必要です。 とても滑りやすく、子供やお年寄りが滑ると危険です。

バンドン会議の跡地はバンドンで唯一の観光スポットかもしれませんが、ホテルはその跡地から非常に近く、便利です。ビュッフェ式の朝食は種類が豊富で、多くの宿泊客が利用していることから、このホテルが人気で稼働率が高いことがわかります。

メイソンパインには何度も泊まりました。最初はパンデミックの最中、メイソンパインの建物がまだ改装中だった頃でした。今でもとても快適なので、お気に入りのホテルです。まさにステイケーション体験です。どこかに出かける必要はありませんが、子供たちはホテル内でたくさんのアクティビティを楽しめます。近くにはレストランもたくさんあります。

クラブキングルームに宿泊しましたが、朝食とアフタヌーンティーに大変感動しました。料理とサービスへの細やかな配慮と真摯な心遣いが感じられました。 ホテルの設備は素晴らしく、美しい山の景色も相まって、とてもリラックスして楽しい滞在となりました。 唯一の欠点は、部屋の防音対策が不十分で、夜間は隣室の騒音がかなり気になったことです。

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

私たちはここに一泊しました。リゾートの環境はとても良かったのですが、平日にもかかわらず、ジャカルタからプンチャックまでの道のりは渋滞が多くて大変でした。全体的にこのリゾートは気に入りました。周りに森があるので、朝は散歩やジョギングができるからです。リゾート自体はもう新しくはありませんが、手入れが行き届いていると感じました。家族での短期旅行におすすめです。

とても素敵で静かなホテルです。客室や建物はやや古い（80年代築）ですが、きちんと手入れされていました。ただし、トイレ、キャビネット、シャワータイル、ナイトスタンド、テーブル、椅子など、客室の備品はもっとモダンなものに交換した方が良いでしょう。私はジャグジー付きの部屋に泊まりましたが、ジャグジーは大きくて綺麗でしたが、かなり古く、改装が必要でした。部屋は広かったので、支払った料金に見合う価値は十分ありました。 セルフパーキングは屋根がありませんでした。到着した時は土砂降りの雨で、傘を借りることも、傘をさしてくれる人もいなかったので、服がびしょ濡れになってしまいました。びしょ濡れの服を持ってフロントに報告しましたが、謝罪するだけで何も対応してもらえず、タオルさえも提供されませんでした。ノボテルなのに、ホスピタリティに気を配ってくれなかったのは非常に残念でした。 ホテルはジャワの古い植民地時代の様式を取り入れたような造りで、開放的なスタイルで、新鮮な空気を楽しめます。しかし、暑い時期には本当に蒸し暑くなることがあります。 全体的に見て、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルでした。チェックインはとてもスムーズで快適でした。 静かで空気の澄んだ静かな場所に位置しており、人里離れた住宅街の中にあります。 そのため、ホテルに着くまでにはかなり狭い道を通らなければならず、ホテル以外にレストランはありません。 しかし、ボゴール・ラヤ・ゴルフコースのすぐ隣にあり、サイクリングツアーやその他のアクティビティ用の自転車も提供しています。 この調子で頑張ってください。このエリアでゴルフをする時や、家族と短期滞在する時は、必ずまた利用したいと思います。

当ホテルは設備が充実しており、交通の便も良好です。フロントデスクのスタッフは英語が上手で、フレンドリーかつ丁寧です。 ホテルでは疲労回復のためのマッサージサービスも提供しています。
