This hotel is basically met our expectations, eventhough we didn’t try all the amenities but staying at the hotel with city view is amazing, staff were great and breakfast also good and so far met the intercontinental standard, sure will return again

ボゴール・プンチャック地区で最高の高級ファミリーホテル... プルマン ヴィマラでの滞在は素晴らしい体験です。子供たちは大喜びです。ホテル内にはたくさんの施設やイベントがあります。障害者に優しく、家族連れにも優しい...スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。朝食は美味しくて種類も豊富です。マッドカウステーキは大満足です。 高級とは「メンダン メンディング」がないことです。全体的に見て、とても価値があります。 提案: 特に初めての訪問者やよく訪れる訪問者にとって、もっとわかりやすく、わかりやすい道が必要です。各階、交差点、施設に標識や地図、あるいはテレビモニターやインターホンを設置してください。 各階の廊下に激しい雨や強風が入らないように、道沿いにもっと長いキャノピーが必要です。 とても滑りやすく、子供やお年寄りが滑ると危険です。

最近、クラウン プラザに宿泊する機会がありましたが、最初から最後まで本当に素晴らしい体験でした。到着した瞬間から、スタッフのおもてなしとプロ意識が際立っていて、本当に歓迎されていると感じました。 部屋は広々としていて、完璧に清潔で、モダンなアメニティが備わった美しいデザインでした。ベッドは信じられないほど快適で、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。また、高級なバスアメニティや窓からの素晴らしい景色など、心のこもった配慮も嬉しかったです。 ロケーションも大きなプラスでした。便利な場所にあるため、ビジネスでもレジャーでも、街を楽に探索できました。コンシェルジュ チームも素晴らしく、滞在中素晴らしいアドバイスやサポートを提供してくれました。 全体的に、クラウン プラザでの滞在はあらゆる点で期待以上でした。贅沢さ、快適さ、卓越したサービスが組み合わさったこのホテルは最高の選択肢です。私は間違いなくまた戻ってきますし、思い出に残る滞在を求めている方には強くお勧めします。

全体として、雰囲気は新鮮でオープンな空間であり、ロビーはモダンなコロニアルのコンセプトで非常に美しく荘厳であるため、快適です。香港の正門警備、ロビー、飲食チームに至るまで、フロントデスクのスタッフ以外は皆フレンドリーです。ゲストはゲストを見る前にまず挨拶しなければなりません。彼はホスピタリストではないので、ホテルのフロントで働くのには適していません。ホテルで、部屋のタイプについていくつか尋ねたとき、彼は熱意と最小限の情報なしで説明しているようでした。戻ってきたときに再び彼に会わないことを願っています。 私たちが最初にこのホテルに行ったのは、チルボンに滞在していたときに F&B スタッフの勧めで、彼女 (シンタ) がすでにメイソン・パインのスタッフだったことが分かりました。私たちは本当に驚きました。バニさん、ジャカさん、そして特にシンタさんのおもてなしに感謝します。 私たちはデラックスパインルームを注文しました。ホテルは満室ではありませんでしたが、まだ他に部屋があるのに、なぜサイドビューの部屋を選んだのでしょう。 1714号室のナイトスタンドは部屋のインテリアと一致しません。 朝食でもサマラでも私たちが食べた食べ物の味は美味しかったです。 別の部屋タイプを試すために戻ってくる予定です...また会いましょう。

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

このホテルでの滞在は快適でした。2泊しましたが、スタッフは親切で協力的でした。唯一の難点は、食事の選択肢が限られていることでした。ホテルはタマンサファリに近いのですが、プンチャック交通システムの影響で、道路が交互に閉鎖されることがあります。

私の正直なレビュー 家族と両親と一緒に宿泊しました。場所は有料道路からかなり離れています。ホテルはとても良く、家族連れに適しています。 ただし、入力したいことがいくつかあります。 1. タオルが入手できなかったので、追加のタオルを要求しましたが、商品が送られてきませんでした。理由はタオルの在庫がないから… 5つ星ホテルだけど予備のタオルは用意できないの？ 2. 残念な朝食はビジネスホテルのようで、食べ物がなくなると補充するのに時間がかかります...約45分待たなければなりません ミニ動物園もかなり整備されていて、かわいい馬もいました…。 全体的に部屋はとても良く、フロントオフィスからトレーニングレベルまでのサービスは非常にフレンドリーであることは認められます...朝食中にレストランで私の子供をサポートしてくれたNurulに感謝します...

当ホテルは設備が充実しており、交通の便も良好です。フロントデスクのスタッフは英語が上手で、フレンドリーかつ丁寧です。 ホテルでは疲労回復のためのマッサージサービスも提供しています。
