この魅力的なホテルは空港のすぐ近くにあります。スタッフはとても温かくフレンドリーで、ゲストを丁寧におもてなししてくれます。客室は清潔で広々としており、90年代の5つ星ホテルを彷彿とさせます。様々なイベントなどを開催するのに十分なスペースがあるので、結婚式に最適な場所です。 唯一にして最大の欠点は、ホテルのレイアウトです。ホテルの設計上、客室がメインのエレベーターホールからかなり離れているため、端から端までの移動が大変です。オーナー/経営陣には、エレベーターと階段のロビーをもう1つ設置することを強くお勧めします。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home. I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very old hotel but the best hotel at rajkot. The restaurant still crowded at evening

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta with our family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Service across the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. The amenities were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return.

ITC ナルマダでの滞在は最高でした。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、会話も楽しいです。部屋は広々としていて、眺めも最高でした。アダラジ パビリオンでの朝食は最高で、特にマサラ ドーサは特筆すべきものでした。ビュッフェにはインド料理、西洋料理、生ドーサ、*のステーションなど、たくさんの選択肢がありました。クラブ ラウンジへのアクセスも含まれていて、午後の軽食 (アボカド サンドイッチ、さまざまなスイーツ) があり、夜遅くにはさまざまなノンアルコール カクテル (バージン モヒートからピニャ コラーダなど) とおいしい軽食 (とてもおいしかったチリ パニールなど) がありました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。アーメダバードにいらっしゃるなら、このホテルをチェックすることをお勧めします。

The hotel overall is good, we booked 4 rooms there, however we had a few problems with then that we don’t expect from a 5 star hotel. 1. We reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, 30 minutes past the arrival time and have already conveyed that at 1:30, about our arrival, still they did not had any room prepared and told us it will take and hour. 2. Due to them taking so long we want to Dwarkadhish temple, when we returned back at 6:30 they gave YS twin bed room despite our booking of King Bed and one of the rooms were completely wet that a person might even slip and fall on the floor. 3 Though the staff was cooperative and upgraded 2 rooms to family suit, the rest two were twin bed itself.
