I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀

1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside. 2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing  3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague, Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order. 4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles. 5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay. 6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea. Overall poor quality of service.

AAbhishek Aneraoロケーションは最高です。 部屋は全体的に清潔ですが、家具の一部は古くなってきているようで、部屋のカーペットにはシミや嫌な臭いがたくさんあり、非常に不快です。 素晴らしい景色です。 レストランの食事はまあまあですが、カクテル アワーの料理は格別です。 フロント オフィスとの請求に多くの問題があり、追加料金を請求されたのは残念でした (私が指摘した後、取り消されました)。しかし、5 つ星ホテルではこのようなトラブルは予想されません。 全体的に、市内には同じ (またはそれより安い) 価格ではるかに優れたサービスを提供できるタージ チェーンの選択肢が複数あることをお勧めします。

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala. The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

ゲゲストOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Pros: - Excellent, welcoming staff - Convenient restaurant on-site Cons: - Dated rooms and facilities - Noise management issues - Expensive dining options - Small, outdated gym While the hotel benefits from its friendly staff, it requires substantial updating to justify its pricing and meet modern hospitality standards.
