インドマハーラーシュトラ州の5つ星ホテル

顧客の勧めもあって宿泊しました。部屋の場所によっては海が一望出来ます。レストランのレベルが高く、ウェイターの皆さんの接客態度も素晴らしかったです。SPAは週末だと予約がいっぱいで利用出来ませんでした。プールがあるので、水着があるとベターです。またムンバイ滞在時は利用したいと思います。

一生に一度の思い出として宿泊。 最寄り駅のChurch gate駅からは、少し距離があるので バスでも来れますが、日本人は車一択です。 有名なGate of india,レオナルド・カフェも徒歩圏内です。（何とレオナルド・カフェの店長さん？オーナーさん？は日本語が話せる方でした。暫く日本語に飢えていたので、癒されました笑） 館内は室内以外は動画撮影、一眼レフカメラ撮影は禁止のようです。スマホの写真撮影は良さそうです。 まず、入館前に厳重なセキュリティチェックがあります。 入館すると荷物を預け、伝統衣装に身を包んだインディアン美女からインド式儀式（眉間に赤いマークを付けて、スカーフを巻かれます）で歓迎のご挨拶。 その後フロントを離れ、カフェらしき場所で館内のご案内とデポジットの支払い（たしか5.000ルピー）をカード払い。何も無ければ戻って来ます。 イケメンボーイさんに部屋まで案内され、無事入室。 ボーイさんにチップを渡そうとしたら、まさかの拒否。インドでチップを拒否されたの初めてかも笑 プロ意識の高さが伺えます。ちなみに入室から20分くらい経ってから荷物が届きました。その方はしっかりチップを受け取っていました笑 人によって違うのかな？理由がよく分かりません。 肝心のサービス、設備はさすがにの一言に尽きます。 スタッフ個人に寄りますが、サービスレベルは総じてホスピタリティに溢れ、まさに一流。 部屋内も使い切れない程の大量のタオル、美容院で使うようなハイパワードライヤー、ウェルカムフルーツ、無料のお菓子（ナッツ、チョコ等）高級ブランドのアメニティ、気品溢れる瓶の水、シャワーの水圧はインドにしては高いです。ただ日本人だと少し弱く感じるかも。 途中でお香の提供サービスがあり、良いお土産になりました。 夜はプールエリアでナイトショーがあります。 私はあまり興味がないので、行きませんでしたが。 朝食は日本では食べた事が無い料理もあり、見ているだけで楽しいです。 朝食時に、シェフがテーブル挨拶に来ました。 TVでしか見たことが無いまさかの事態に、一般人の私は萎縮してしまいました笑 翌日の空港行き送迎まで時間が余っていたので レイトチェックイン（有料）を依頼したら、まさかの無料でした。何故かは分かりませんでしたが有難がったです。 少し残念だったのは私の部屋は2階だったのですが、エレベーターの位置が分かりません。 まあ2階なので別に良いのですが、スタッフに聞いてもよくわからず、階段しか使えませんでした。 まさに🇮🇳を代表する素晴らしいホテルです。 私が予約した部屋は景色無し、一番安い部屋で35.000円。色んな意味で良い経験でした。

1. 電源システムが不安定です。 2. Wi-Fi が非常に悪い。ログイン システムが面倒で、ゲストの使用は歓迎されていないようです。 3. 一般的な電話の信号も非常に悪いです。 4. ホテルのサービスと清掃はすべて問題ありません。

Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

友人の結婚式に出席するためにここを拠点にしました。インドは初めてです！ホテルはゴージャスで、特に屋上は素晴らしかったです。スパトリートメントは値段も手頃で、とてもリラックスできました。全体的にスタッフもとても親切でした。11月に行きましたが、ホテルはかなり静かでした。窓にいくつか汚れがあったので、清潔さに5つ星はつけませんでしたが（床から天井まで）、全体的には、探索に出かけていないときに休むには素敵な場所でした :)

私たちは以前タージ ブサンドラに行ったことがありますが、このホテルのおもてなしは並外れています。何も多すぎません。

Rama Hotel in Aurangabad has a very convenient location, making it easy to access the city’s main attractions. However, the property feels old and tired, in need of renovation to match its potential. While the staff are friendly and willing to help, they often seem unaware or unsure about local information and services. Overall, it works for a short stay if location is the priority, but don’t expect modern amenities or well-informed guidance.
