We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Great location, decent rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness in pool and the rooms doesn't justify the 5 star rating but can't blame it when the location is next to an open lake. Overall - had a great stay with my group.

午前3時に到着しました。チェックインにものすごく時間がかかりました。予約に朝食代が含まれているはずなのに、女性スタッフに朝食代を請求されました。ホテル自体はかなり古びていましたが、清潔でした。 朝食時にコーヒーを2回頼みましたが、結局持ってきてもらえませんでした。 チェックアウト時間は12時で、それは承知していました。11時15分から11時30分の間に、フロントから2回も電話があり、チェックアウトの時間を尋ねられました。チェックアウトの際も、部屋のチェックをしている間、10分も待たされました。 全く不愉快な経験でした。

ロケーションは素晴らしく、サービスも良いです。屋上プールはとても清潔でした。食事は普通です。スタッフも親切でした。 一つ気になったことがあります。外の警備員は常に屋外に立っていて、45度以上の厳しい気温の中で働いているので、彼らにもクーラーを提供すべきだと思います。人間として、私たちは皆を気遣うべきだと感じました。

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the amenities are of high quality, and attention to detail is evident throughout the stay. Housekeeping maintains the rooms perfectly, ensuring a consistently pleasant experience. The hospitality at The Fern Jaipur stands out the most. The staff is courteous, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. Special requests are handled efficiently, reflecting Marriott’s global service standards.

Truly Royal Rajasthan experience at Fatehgarh. Cherished every minute of the stay, from seamless checkin to the humble and extremely hospitable staff. I'm glad I chose Fatehgarh over other 5 stars in Udaipur to celebrate my birthday. The 360 breathtaking view, the moonrise, and sunrise/sunset. There are 2 swimming pools in the property, both infinity view and extremely clean. The room size is bigger than I expected. Cherry on the cake, the sustainable practices at the property from solar powerment to the recycling of water, zero plastic usage. The vintage car collection is exquisite, and the vintage car ride is a must try experience with Mohan Singh. Special mention to Akshay and Bharath for making our stay hassle free and memorable. The food with the view of Udaipur city and candle light dinner is surreal. Kudos to Fateh Collection team for putting so much attention to detail in every corner and aspect of the resort. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience.
